Hi! Can't believe that I'll be reviewing for Looloo.
Went out with my son as our week end bonding. As promised, I bought him shoes as an early Christmas present. We were so tired and so, we opt to eat at The French Baker.

For me, I ordered my all time fave Chicken Ala King. The flavors blend so well in my mouth that I finished all what's in my plate.
My son ordered the Soup on the Bread Bowl. The soup was so rich and flavorful, he finished all of it thou he also had rice with the Fish and Chips.
Lastly, we ordered the Fish and Chips. It was requested by my father and so, I just abide. We opt for the Barbecue flavor for the chips and when it arrived, I can't help but munch the crunchy chips on the bowl. It was nice eating there again. It's been sometime since I last ate there. It was an awesome experience eating there with my family.

Went to Sta.Lucia mall yesterday with hubby to shop. Kids are not with us so this calls for a Sundate with hubby.

We were so hungry and decided to have lunch at French Baker. Hubby had his chicken ala king while I had this Hickory Spareribs!

We waiterd for 15 minutes to 20 minutes then soup came to me then followed by hubby's chicken ala king. He is already finished and mine was not yet there! I follow up thrice or four times saka lang dumating. Super gutum ka na ginutum kapa. They have a lot of staffs pero ang bagal. Then on the other table may family na nauna samin yung daughter nila wala pa din food nauna Dumating sakin pero nauna sila Dumating samin.

Babala: huwag pumunta ng gutum dto lalo kayo magutum128545

From my younger years to the present, i love French Baker's lasagna!! For me nothing beats this saucy, meaty pasta dish. 128522 Oh there's always a vibrant ambiance when you dine in. 128522

I love french baker! This is my all time fave snack combo: soup on a bread bowl, ham and cheese croissant, chocolate banana crepe and brewed coffeee. I stay for a bit most of the time esp when i snack alone. 128522

Happy Easter! 128035

Been here for several times already and still loving the ambiance. Cozy couch, bricks on the wall, so vintage.

I ordered chicken cordon bleu for myself. They put herb sauce on it (actually you can choose between herb sauce or gravy). The sauce was great with the mashed potato and chicken. I had not felt the umay effect. You can also choose between rice or bread. If you're on a diet, bread is enough. But since I don't care, I chose rice. Lol. And I was able to finish it all. Yeah! \m/ Price is reasonable for 240php. Will surely order this again.

I also recommend their hamburger steak. It's my all time favorite. 10084

It's been a while since we last ate at this place, we just usually buy breads and pastries but since we were hungry and tired from doing our groceries and running around the mall, we decided to eat here. The food was not that bad, it was not amazing as well. Good enough or just right. Not very happy with the service though, theres something not right, they lack the warmth the crew should have in a place where you're supposed to be serving comfort food.

Loved the spicy seafood pasta. Just make sure ask for the fettuccine type pasta not the spaghetti type pasta. Also try the chicken BBQ!

Worst french onion soup I've had so far. Looked inviting at first but somehow the bread, onions, and I-dunno-what-kind-of-cheese they used just mashed up to a bitter gunk. Avoid.

Serve to impress! The presentation is neat, but the impression on the tastebuds is not memorable. In the taste department, there is a lot of untapped potential to make a memorable meal and dining experience.

Got to try French Baker's entrées about a year and a half ago. I can still remember how I opted to eat here because every resto I liked was packed 128554

Anyway, I love pesto. Whether it's the best or not in town, I'll eat it and I'll like it! But French Baker's was a disappointment. I remember asking the waiter "where are the basil leaves? And the olive oil?" He said the ingredients were all mixed together that's why it's so creamy. CREAMY. Can you believe that? A pesto that is creamy. 128561 Anyway it costed 185 Php and I was bankrupt at the time so I ate it anyway.

The Chicken Ala King, well, I haven't tasted it yet. But according to my friend it was super creamy (i guess french baker loves cream) and sweet. The good thing is, it offers a variety of texture because of the salad on the sides. Costs 165 Php.

They served us BEEF LASAGNA with burnt top part (sa sides lang naman) but who cares? not me 128522 tasted good.. not the burnt part but the lasagna itself.. It was almost minutes late since the standard service time. Finally, they served the SEAFOOD ALA KING, I'm glad it's a bit late because I felt they gave me more than the normal serving.. Love it! 9786

I had dinner with my boyfriend and his parents last Thursday and since it was kind of late, French Baker ran out of good stuffs to offer. Boyfriend's father's usual was out of stock and mine's too so I ended up ordering one thing left that I preferred! Uh, four stars only for French Baker this time..

I ordered Fettuccine ala Carbonara, if I'm not mistaken of its spelling hahaha, and it was one of the flavorful carbonaras I have tasted and liked. I'm so into carbonara to begin with and finding one that's really delicious is so hard until I got to taste Shakey's and French Baker's. My favorites!! Oh dear...

While waiting for the results of my CBC and all that medical thingy, my mom and I decided to have a really late lunch and my only condition was for the food to not be fast food.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa and it was 127775127775127775127775127775 for me! The sauce wasn't really necessary because the chicken was flavorful itself.

-1 star because the waitress was looking so bored and impatient. Para pa ngang padabog niyang binalik yung menu sa other table eh.

But other than that, the food was good. :)
