Loved it here! The room is big and spacious at a very affordable price. Would definitely stay here again next time I revisit Cebu. The hotel's interior is very quirky and well thought of which makes this hotel unique and one of a kind!

Today is our flight back to Manila so we weren't able to stay in. Its our friend who is extending for another night who had this really cool (must stay here nezxtime!) Was here to wash up and get a couple drinks -- nice nice interiors and design. The coolest boutique hotel Ive been to so far 128525128077

I have heard so much about how cool this place is. I decided to book a room for my last night in Cebu so I can experience this modern artsy hotel.

Service was great. Hotel staffs were very friendly and proactive. The room was sizeable (49sqm ata), clean, and complete. I had my own dining table with a an expansive bathroom. I don't know what the theme of my room was but it was cool. Haha!

I also like the location of this hotel. It's located in Paseo and is right beside Cable Car for booze nights, a dessert cafe, pizzeria michelangelo and a spa..

It’s one of the country’s first design driven hotels, with 38 different creatively designed rooms to offer.

Just the word “creative” already pulled me! I’ve never been to a boutique hotel until our Cebu trip so it was quite a refreshing experience to have stayed in a very artsy hotel. Without doubt, like no other.

The Lobby - While confirming our reservation I couldn’t help but to look around. I mean everything I saw was gorge! I’ve noticed the unfinished concrete walls, vintage luggage, sofa set that were all stunningly put together!

We had the Big Room, the smallest room they have but it’s already spacious for us already! C’mon, it’s 36sqm, bigger than the standard hotel room right? We just requested additional bed since we’re a group of 3.

Another reason why I love Cebu even more is because of this artsy hotel. I’ve heard that they’ll open another top-notched The Henry in Manila! Oh, that’s definitely a good news! 128076

Our home here for 2 days in Cebu. 128522
Incase you are heading in Cebu, you might wanna check this out. 128513

Did some collage with this one because I want to show this awesome hotel. A different take on fine, classy hotel but still comfortable and very inviting. 128522

Every spot in the hotel can be your place for #ootd, photoshoot. It's like an instant backdrop. 128514 The crew are also dressed up differently, not with barongs or suit and ties. 128522 Every little details from welcome greetings to rooms' walls are quirky. 128513 I think the room walls are different from each. Our room was the smallest but it was still spacious. I can roam around and even dance. Hahaha! Our beds are so comfy, I can fall asleep easily. Walang pamamahay. 128513

Service was fast. They accommodate us right away. Price for us is so reasonable. I think we had discount because my mom knows someone in the hotel.

Service was great. Food is not bad! Their price is very affordable. I liked its vibe. Although hotel interiors look great on photos, do not be deceived! I wished they could have put more quality to their fixtures and furniture.

What better way to celebrate hitting the 200th mark than to make a review about the hotel that caught my heart, made it faster and slower at the same time, and made me fall hard. 10084

Two things about me: I love vintage things. And I'm a lover of anything and everything beautiful.

The two things about me was easily captured by The Henry. It's as if it was made just for me! 128522128522

Yeah, obviously I'm the market.

This hotel reeks of contemporary art. Some are traditional, but most of the art pieces are avant garde. I had the inkling that the owner's an artist and the staff confirmed that to me. Every nook and cranny of the building is made of love and art. I couldn't help but gush over every single day. 128525128525 Even the building facade had a subtle art message.

When you look at it from the outside, it's just a black box with a minimalist design but the sculpted cans of paint on top of the building with paints flowing over the building gave away the mystery of the hotel. 128076

Even the logo is pretty artistic. The whole building is screaming of coziness and that homey feel that I always look for in a hotel. The staff had a cute uniform, everyone's wearing vintage, black-rimmed glasses without, well, the glasses. It's just for uniformity and show, obviously but it's still pretty cute. 128077 Everyone including the Housekeeping are all speaking in fluent english. It's as if they were trained to speak that way and it's mandatory to have that kind of language when engaging with customers.

A hotel with a homey feel but with professional, proper people serving you, imagine that. 10084

Our room had the beach babe painted on top of our headrest. The room was large, about 30-40sqm, with a nice, clean, big bathroom. It had that raw, edgy look but was still very nice to look at and admire. The bathroom was glass-panelled all over so it was a bit of a problem since I was sharing it with 2 other friends. But then at the end of the day, we compromised... So it turned out it wasn't a problem at all. 128513

The toiletries were all personalized. The Housekeeping was efficient in giving us everything we needed. Everyone always smiled and was ready to greet us.

It really was a happy place. What made me even happier was the fact that it had a reading room and a bar. And a gallery on the first floor! 10084128525

And the hotel was also situated at the heart of the places we were planning to visit. 128077 It was very accessible.

When I asked the person at the reception how many rooms they had and if the design's all the same, she said they have about 38 and no room is the same. 128526

I admire the creativity and detail of the owner. Every corner was obviously been thought about. Every detail, every element pondered over before finalizing. It was also a nice touch giving artists the chance to showcase their craft.

It was also pretty apparent that they really value their customers. One of the days we were there, they sent us a formal letter just to apologize because they will have an event downstairs and the noise may or may not disturb us. I mean, even in 5-star hotels that I've been to, I have never encountered such a personal approach! 128525 Also one proof of that is the owner's strict rule that the staff should talk to customers in first-name basis. 128077

I have the highest regard for this hotel that I can't think of the proper words to say...

Let's put it this way, when we left, the only comment I wrote in their form is -- "If not for the lack of bidet, you would've been more than perfect" 10084128522

If you can't go to Cebu, wait a bit more, they'll be constructing a new Henry here in Manila! 128525

And if you can't wait for that, you can stay in one of their sister hotels here, The Picasso in Makati. 128077

A hidden boutique hotel that stands out among the rest. It was simply hip and photogenic in every angle. I could not stop taking pictures.

It features quirky and contemporary decor that offered something new to everybody's eyes, it was like we were in a modern art gallery. It reminded me of our hotel in Florence.

You may also encounter some difficulty when heading here, our cab driver roamed around the area as he wasn't familiar with this hotel.

Highly recommended! Especially if you want new profile pictures! 128514

The Henry. Like No Other.

Exactly as they said it! An absolutely inviting and enticing boutique hotel. Nothing special from the outside but wait til you step into the lobby and then you realize, this might just be really special. Expressions of art on every nook and cranny.

It's a bit out of the way (i think) and not a lot of cabbies knew the hotel by name (not a biggie though as long as you give the street it's on).

Don't share a room with someone you're not comfortable with as they like open layout (yes, no doors!) or see-all (yes, all glass) bathrooms.

None of those things bothered me though. It actually made me like it more since it's so different. Service is excellent too. Ask what you need and they get things going.

Artsy. Quirky. Just my kind of place!

Cebu's new design hotel is what everyone's talking about. It's got the most kooky interiors, you're instantly charmed by it. The ground floor restaurant and the lobby and all the landings have such a offbeat vibe. All the rooms too, are individually designed, and they're very attractive. The bar, which is called the Scrapyard, is a mix of New Age Middle East fusion and a grunge soul. Come here on Wednesdays when it's Ladies' Night, drinks on the house!
