It was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel on almost the same date and they never fail to give reliable service. They have preserved their cozy atmosphere and scenic view of the Taal lake.

Breakfast buffet was better than the last time we went there since they offered more variety of food. However, this one staff, the one who makes omelettes, was kinda off. She was not that accommodating. I don't know if she was having a bad day but If she did, I felt it. Nevertheless, other staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even told me to use all their amenities because it's for free :)

They also have pools but not deep enough for most people apparently (and this is coming from a 4-footer 128514128513). They also have a gym and pool tables.

Booked via Agoda, Standard Twin Beds P4,640 [over-priced] (no window view-yikes!) on February 16, Check In April 6, 2014 (Overnight stay)

From Pico De Loro, 1 1/2hr van ride (P2,500 via Pico De Loro service), arrived past 2pm.

Needs to deposit 2,000 or 3,000, 15-min check-in time.

Free Wifi, Great View of Taal, Breakfast buffet included (good selections but wasn't the best), 15-min walk from Starbucks, Leslie's, other restaurants, 15-min jeepney ride to Sky Ranch, safe vicinity

Pricey hotel shuttle from Tagaytay to Manila P4,000 we just rode a bus in front for P79 each to Pasay. Convenient!

2nd day since we checked in here. This hotel have the best view of Taal Lake and Volacano. Their room is really comfortable and relaxing. Really great place where you can unwind with your buddies and maybe the place to you can find happiness. Coz it's cold here, this hotel is Perfect for summer getaway too 128513128522128514

We paid 8k php for the room with the view. It had a nice view and nice interiors. But its all look and no substance! We had to move the bed to dodge a leaky aircon, which made a big puddle one the floor in the morning! The shower was clogged so our bath water was just stuck there! ( kadire just remembering it). And i had to have the front desk open our door several times because the key wont work and we cant get inside our room. To the point where we had to switch rooms on our last night at 3am because even they cant open our room. My relatives who stayed in the bext room had the same experience. Terrible experience for a premium price. I wanr You. Do noy stay here.

the good: relatively new place. pretty decent rooms & unique bathroom (it has its own view, which may be a good thing depending on the company). courteous staff. and the view, now that's worth the trip.

the bad: food is just so so, nothing to write home about. takes them a while to replenish. oh, and their pool is small and well ... "infinityish." also, rates are a bit pricey.

the ugly: there was a point where the food ran out. but that was during our planning session, mind. but still.

the verdict: like i said, it's a pretty decent place worth visiting if only for the view.

The hotel that can offer you the best view of Taal Lake! This place is highly recommended for those who just want to relax and enjoy the windy Tagaytay weather. You can order from their restaurants to be sent to your room so you could enjoy the wonderful view.

We had our team building here and the place is really nice. Great view of Taal Lake. The semi indoor pool is not heated though so prepared to be chilled to the bones.

Food is okay but very affordable.

They have this huge bed lined with magnets but I find it too hard for my back. They say its expensive and good for circulation.
