Food: they mainly offer deserts but they also have other choices like rice bowls and drinks. I only got the chance to try out their ice cream and it was really good. It was so creamy that a cone of it was not enough. You can also add toppings on your ice cream. The cone costs P110, a cup with toppings is P160.

Ambience: Cute combination of pastel colors

Price: Affordable

Service: Good

I tried the S’mores Sub-zero Soft-serve cup. It basically consists of their famous Blue Vanilla soft-serve with crushed grahams underneath it, a big torched marshmallow, a graham cracker, and a chocolate syrup in a syringe.

When it was served to me, I was surprised that the cup comes with a liquid nitrogen so I got thrilled when I saw it. For me, that’s what the effect of liquid nitrogen does every time they serve my food with it. It always adds up more excitement and appetite. 128514 Also, parang it makes up na din for its price because for me if walang extra paandar like this, hindi naman siya ganon ka-worth it kasi it doesn’t taste any different to the typical soft-serves that I have tasted. Parang hindi siya yung uulit ulitin mo 128517

This dessert cafe is definitely an eye-catching store. The interior is very chic and is truly a feast for the eyes! I’m planning to try one of their milkshake concoctions naman next time.

(I hate resizing my photos just so the whole picture can fit or else it’ll get cropped ☹️ wala lang sad lang haha)

128149Date for Two: S’mores Sub-Zero Soft-Serve (Buy One Get One via Booky)
128140Total: P145

Overall: Passed by The Lost Bread at Mega Fashion Hall and saw that there are vacant tables here, usually full actually, so this is our time to try. It’s more perfect timing as Booky has their BOGO deal here! We got their Sub-Zero Soft-Serve, and as we can only get one flavor for this transaction, we chose S’mores. And were in awe. It’s a heaven on earth! The vanilla ice cream can be compared to Jollibee’s but creamier and less sweet. The marshmallow is so big and perfectly torched. They have generously placed crushed grahams at the bottom of the cup and one chunk on top. We do hope they’ve put on more chocolate syrup as it’s tastes really good! Will go back here (crossing our fingers for empty tables again) to try their milkshakes. 128521128149

Value for money: Worth it even without the promo 128055

There’s a promo on Eatigo buy 1 take 1 on your ice cream and toast bread dessert. Nooooot happy with the toast which is supposedly their main selling point. It was bland and oil like I could squeeze those toasts on top of a pan and use it for cooking an egg. The only ice cream was melon which was good and creamy.

Choose between strawberry syrup or white chocolate sauce
Then crunch: pop corn or fruit loops

Sub Zero Soft Serve Cups in White Chocolate Caramel. The smoke from the dry ice was a nice touch. It gives it a fun factor. The ice cream base was actually really good. It was not too sweet but very creamy. I didn't like the crumble at the bottom that much. Fun concept though

I got lost with my craving for some sweets and found The Lost Bread Megamall.

I tried their sub-zero soft served ice cream with chocolate syrup, graham biscuit, and a good piece of s’mores for the toppings!

The tastes is a-okay, but their presentation is fun! 9786

•Soft Served Ice Cream is vanilla flavoured but has the blue color. A little bit sweet for my preference since I’m not really into sweets but I loved it!

•Graham Biscuit is crashed and mixed with the ice cream at the bottom part that gives the crunchiness on the sweet ice cream, and another whole graham biscuit for the toppings.

•Chocolate Syrup is in a syringe! Yassss a real deal small syringe 128137 but it doesn’t have the needle in it 128517

•S’mores, oh God! Their s’mores is perfecccctttttt 10084️ it goes perfectly with the ice cream dear lord!

The fun part!

IT HAS LIQUID NITROGEN AT THE BOTTOM THAT MAKES THE SMOKE EFFECT!!!

But it’s not mixed in the ice cream! Calm down 128513 the presentation has two plastic cups, one holds the liquid nitrogen, while on holds the ice cream separately.

They offer other toppings to fit your cravings and taste 9786

So if you’re looking for a fun way to have your desert, visit The Lost Bread!

They served toasts, milkshakes, and coffees too!

Decided to try what the hype was all about in this dessert place.

i learned that The Lost Bread originated at Teacher’s Village in Quezon City and is famous for its instagrammable milkshakes.

i decided to try the sub-zero soft serve because it was instagrammable and it has less of the works the other milkshakes have. i wanted to try its soft-serve than be overwhelmed with the garnish.

why it’s called sub-zero? it will be served with a liquid nitrogen at the bottom to keep the soft serve from melting immediately.

i ordered the s’mores sub-sero soft served. i was informed that the blue vanilla is currently not available until january 6 and it will be replaced by its gingerbread soft serve. it costs P145.00 plus 10% service charge so it’s around P160.00.

there were only 2 staff working when i went there and i noticed that both of them were busy. so i really do not take it against the store if i was not attended to immediately. but once they’re done finishing the dessert and cleaning up, they were really nice and will serve you water even without asking.

my order took around 5 minutes more or less, to finish. it’s a deconstructed s’mores. it has toasted marshmallow, a syringe, some graham crackers with the liquid nitrogen at the bottom of the other cup.

tried the gingerbread soft serve which is actually good but it became too sweet for afterwards. i think it’s because it also tasted like graham crackers and believe me when i say that they did nor scrimp on these crackers. aside from the garnish, there were also graham crackers mixed with the soft-serve and some more crushed graham at the bottom.

the syringe has chocolate sauce in it. i suggest you leave some sauce for the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of the cup to lessen the “umay” factor of the graham crackers.

the marshmallow was toasted well but i also suggest you eat it with the soft serve, choco sauce and the graham crackers to complete the s’mores feeling. i had a difficult time doing this though.

over all, it was worth trying. not sure if i will try this again but i’ll try the milkshake next time.

for P160.00, it is worth it since i can just imagine how they prepared it. and it’s instagrammable! haha i can say this is better than Kiss the Tiramisu because it costs lesser.

We were in search of a unique / new dessert place in Mega Fashion Hall, and we stumbled upon The Lost Bread. This used to be a humble stall in a Maginhawa food park, but it has now expanded to Megamall. 128522

The Lost Bread serves French toasts, some savory food items, and of course, their best-selling sub-zero ice cream and milkshakes. We took advantage of the Booky BOGO promo for their Sub-Zero Soft Serve, and we got a milkshake for mom.

✅ SUB ZERO SOFT SERVE (Php 145 - Buy One Get One) - 110881108811088
Just for the season, they're serving this with Gingerbread flavored soft serve instead of the usual blue vanilla. You may choose from S'mores, White Chocolate Caramel, Chocolate Popcorn, and Strawberry Fruit Cereals. We chose the S'mores -- mainly because of the Toasted Marshmallow. 128525 The soft serve is served in a cup with some liquid nitrogen at the bottom, to keep the ice cream from melting too quickly. The gingerbread soft serve was okay, but I'm not too crazy about it. The various spices included is a bit overpowering for me, and it tasted a bit strong. After a while though, I eventually got used to it. In hindsight, I might have like it better in its original flavor. I loved the toasted marshmallows though!!! So fluffy. 128522128525

✅ SPIKED COOKIE (Php 180) - 11088110881108811088
My mom enjoyed this a lot. For Php 180, this has great value for money as it is served in a tall milkshake mug. This consists of Bailey's coffee and chocolate chip cookies! It was thick, milky, and delicious. It was a tad too sweet for me, but for my mom, it was just right. 128076

The service was okay, but was a bit slow. I guess the picture-perfect and instagrammable desserts do take a while to make. 128517 On the bright side, you can take pictures around the establishment as the place is VERY instagrammable! 128525 Great experience that is worth a try, but I'm not sure if I'm coming back any time soon. 128533

Now on their fourth branch since their success at Maginhawa, LostBbread I believe will continue to thrive with their milkshakes and their array of creative savory dishes. They just recently opened at the Mega Fashion Hall in replace of a retail store space.

Did you know why it’s called Lost Bread? It’s because of their signature blended cake into a milkshake which they call Cake Shakes. Wild I know. You can now have your cake and drink it too. I tried and loved the Nut Interested. it has peanut butter, banana, chocolate syrup and brownies. It was thick yet creamy and had a perfect balance of different sweet treats.

For entree I enjoyed their Sukiyaki Beef Tapa just the same. For Php 270 it was a superb deal as it had enough serving of tender angus beef tapa. In the bowl includes salted egg rice, sunny side up egg, green mango achara and tomato onion salsa. These made it even more interesting with combinations of different tastes. It is definitely a must order dish.

I also had Spicy Corned Beef Aglio Olio. It’s a simple household recipe made even better. The corned beef was delicious, spice was on point and its noodles were cooked well. It was a tad greasy though as it had too much of the garlic oil.

Don’t miss a chance to get a sweet craving answered. It’s also a go to place for a snack and even a night cap as some of their milkshakes have alcohol in them.

After wanting to visit The Lost Bread (and receiving a couple of reco's), at last I've visited it just today. I didn't need to go to Maginhawa to check out the legendary The Lost Bread, because it's right here at its branch in SM Megamall's Mega Fashion Hall.

By curiosity, I ordered the Sub-Zero Soft Serve (S'mores, in a cup, ₱157 methinks). Na-cute-an talaga ako sa hitsura -- a blue-colored vanilla soft-serve ice cream and graham crackers, complete with a low-lying "theatrical" smoke (liquid nitrogen smoke, I think) a stick of the roasted marshmallow, and a syringe with the chocolate sauce inside. It looked like it was straight out of a science fiction or something. It was certainly fun to squirt the chocolate syrup out of the syringe. Hahaha.

The taste was quite the opposite of its looks -- nothing spectacular, just like any soft-serve ice cream. It was even a bit too sweet for me. But it was pretty fun to eat.

Will come back to try their other offerings (I'll go for the less heavy and more refreshing ones like Soda Pop with the strawberry popsicle)

So me and my friends decided to meet at SM Megamall last Tuesday. We went all over the mall in search of a cute place where we can take instagram-worhty photos purposely because we want our "Indiana Jones" friends to regret that they missed that day!
Anyway, it was our first time in The Lost Bread. Originally, we will try all 3 flavors of the Sub Zero Soft Serve but unfortunately, only 2 were available so we decided to order a frappe or smoothie?? (Really not sure, it wasn't mine lol) for Jas.
We were really amazed by the smokey effect of the ice cream and we have to make extra efforts to take good boomerang videos and photos because we don't want to miss that experience.
At first it tasted really good but as I scoop deeper it slowly tasted too sweet. This maybe because I'm not a fan of sweets. I wasn't able to finish mine though.
But everything was nice except the ice cream's excessive sweetness.

GET LOST AND BE FOUND!

Finally I've tried one of my food bucketlist, The Lost Bread at 2nd floor Mega Fashion Hall Megamall. It's first branch is at the popular street of Maginhawq so glad they have branch here in Megamall and so many seats and has nice ambience compare to Maginhawq which is most of the time crowded.

Can't wait to try this Carnival milkshake , it's one of their best seller here. The Carnival brings out the child in everyone. Made of caramel popcorn + cotton candy + vanilla butter cake. So delicious and not to sweet. Will try next time their other cute milkshakes on their menu.

Price is a bit higher here compare to Maginhawa branch, price like a Starbucks, it's ok, it's Instagram worthy and fast service 128077

We tried the buy 1 get 1 promo from booky app. Note that, flavor of the cake shake should be the same when availing. We ended up ordering peanut butter cake shake, I actually forgot the exact name of the cake shake but without further ado.. Here's my review

The peanut butter cake shake was too sweet for my taste buds. I actually didn't finish it. I think I just sipped thrice. Thankful I just paid less than a hundred because of the booky app but this, for me, is really not worth the try. 128078
