On Mondays-Thursdays TOSH has a PHP150 promo available, a plate of rice with side salad or nachos if they're out of salad, with your choice of pasta (inasal, pesto, alfredo, oriental etc) and meat (Hungarian sausage, chicken BBQ, fish parmigiana etc).

The portion of each variant on the plate was satisfying. I got Alfredo and fish parmigiana and the fish could use some salt the Alfredo was simply good. For iced tea just add PHP15. The fried Oreos were good just a bit overpriced.

The service was slow and unthoughtful.

Our daughter chose to eat her last night at Galle with L and I .
She ordered a combo set which included
Appetizers - a plate w sweet sour fish nuggets, calamari and chips with 3 different dips ++++
A pesto pasta with chicken +++ chicken was dry
And an cheese pizza +++++ very thin crust almost a biscuit , nice .
And a big pitcher of iced tea.
For meat lovers , this combo is not for you :-(
But J & L loved it ! A perfect dinner for 3-4 ladies
We weren't able to finish it off. P280 per for 3 .

Pardon the photos. Was halfway thru before i remembered to snap some photos.

Pasta Al Nero was good, just enough serving for one. It was generous on the squid ink sauce. Didnt like the calamari topping as it wasnt seasoned, so "tabang". The bread was a bit hard.

Five Cheese Pizza fell short. I could hardly taste the 3 cheeses. The crust was ok, thin, but thr cheese was not enough. 128078

After 2 yrs I finally ate at tosh again. Was looking forward to the choco truffle pie but got disappointed. Taste was so different from the first time I tasted it a few years back. It used to taste like sentro's coffee pie but now its like regular chocolate.

Can't decide a while ago where to eat, then I realize I haven't eaten pesto for a long time (like maybe, 3 weeks?) 128517

TOSH is my default place for affordable pesto pasta 128521

Glad that they still have that Mix and Match promo (meat + pasta + rice) i had the crispy fish fillet (with yummy sour dip), pesto, rice and side vegetables. I also ordered spinach soup because I was famished due to infinite walk I had with my sales call. 128516

I was surprised that it only took few minutes and my food is already served ✔️ Kudos to that!

I think the promo is for all TOSH stores 128513

Cynthia's Scottish Meatballs - I prefer pasta with white sauce than the other so I like this one. However, the meatball has an awkward taste.

My last meal: breakfast 10am. I was so so hungry but my mom was craving for lasagna and asked me to buy some here.

While waiting (super hungry dizzy tummy rumbling), I discovered they offer speculoos desserts! I tried to resist the temptation but it was too strong!!! Haha. The pictures were so appetizing (or i'm just hungry) and add that I haven't tried speculoos cookie butter yet. (Loser me)

I gave in so I ordered the cookie butter pie... And I have 4 words to describe this dessert...

HEAVEN IN MY MOUTH!!! 128582128581128134 It was so good and so worth the calories! FOODGASM!!! (Or i'm just hungry)

Anyway, I'm sure I will try this again! Probably after I tasted speculoos so I have something to compare it to. 128513

Here's the thing, if you're going to serve a really small and really thin piece of steak, a few leaves (and pass it off as salad), and a blob of mashed potatoes, better NOT use a big plate. Really, the huge plate does NOT make the food look more appetizing.

The steak was very thin and overcooked, so it was very hard to chew.

Really great service, affordable, and they value loyal customers well - my family and I eat there almost every weekend and we get 10% off discount! I love their chicken tequila pizza :) thin crust!

To make the long story short: epic fail.

The gory details: Searching through the menu, I tried to do experimental but still a bit safe in ordering. I ended up ordering fried steak with mashed potatoes, sounds safe right? I usually order pasta here, should have stuck to doing just that mehh 128533

The steak was okay, nothing special. I think my aunt can do the same taste at home using thin strips of pork meat. But the steak was just the tip of the iceberg, the mashed potato was a different story. It's texture and taste is very disturbing, reminds of undigested potatoes and puke, one that literally came out of someone's stomach 128561 I don't know why but maybe it was too much milk and the bits and mashed potatoes mixed texture have the consitency of saliva, cryyyyy. 128557 I finished the steak but I cannot eat more of the mashed potato with puke on my mind. 128078

It's been so long since I last ate at TOSH so I decided to have my lunch here. I used to love this place back in college, but I'm surprised. It's not like how it was before or it's been like this but my palate is not very specific back then. Haha!
Anyway, nothing spectacular, I just need to eat lunch and I don't want to be in crowded place.

Panko crusted risotto balls stuffed with smoked bacon and mozarella served with home made marinara sauce.

What a mouthful ... of words. Though it can be found on their "special" menu, there really wasn't anything special about it. The risotto resembled arroz caldo, and you can't really differentiate the taste of the rice from the bacon and mozarella. You'd only know there was mozarella in it because of the name and the strings it makes when you cut into a ball.

This branch is never fully booked during lunch, so it's always a good comfy choice for a relaxing lunch.

The pomodoro spaghetti is a good staple - simple and flavorful, it's almost never wrong.
Additional points for this branch because their pasta isn't soggy like others (Antipolo being a constant offender).

TOSH has tight-crawl spaces. Expect to rub elbows (literally speaking) when it is crowded. TOSH has huge servings, which may be enough for a couple. Sharing is recommended since the dishes are quite expensive. Service is a bit slow but I guess it is because of the preparation time for each dish.

The Meatballs Spaghetti has that Italian flair so this is a no-no for people who want Jollibee-ish pasta. My personal fave is the Oriental Spaghetti. Its sauce is quite sweet and goes well with parmesan cheese.

127829
Their pizza is a hit or miss ---- mostly a miss. They are very greasy. They are sliced vertically, as opposed to the usual triangular shape, which makes them difficult to eat. Surprisingly, the Thai Bagoong Pizza is satisfying.

127813
The Appetizer Basket contains buffalo wings, calamares and onion rings. They taste good so long as they're still hot. The first dip refill is free and the succeeding ones will be charged to your bill.

Nacho Supremo is also delicious -- until you run out of beef and cheese. I think this applies to all nachos anyway.

Overall, my dining experience was good.

Pasta lovers and Italian gourmands will enjoy dining here... but I would recommend to just have TOSH as an alternative instead of being the main option since there are other restaurants in Galleria that offer good food for a more reasonable price. 128076
