Place was just okay for the price. Yeah you can't really put a value on the beach just 10-15 feet away, pero there are factors that really made me decide to give them this, hope they improve.

1. Staff - they'd rather look away than say good morning, The only ones who said good morning were the people at the reception, and sa kanila 2 out of 3 pa nga hehe. Also, I didn't see the pro activeness to get our luggage when we arrived. We had 3 pieces of luggage that needed to be carried to the room, and we had to ask pa one of them (who was just pretending to look away) to help. I was with a kid, and two ladies, being the only guy siguro kaya ko yun isang luggage pa (meron nako handcarry na bag ko), and we just had a long long walk from the drop off point so sana mas helpful sila sa mga guests nila. Which brings me to point 2, the location.
2. Location - Yeah tahimik and relaxing, pero ang LAYO sa lahat. Our fault din cause I had this misconception that station 3 was station 1 and vice versa, ang alam ko lang talaga is yun rock na meron mama mary was dun kami lage, kala ko station 3 yun haha. engot :D. Anyway, the drop off point to the hotel is a trek you'd wish you'd taken a trike (by the way bawal ang trike kasi makitid ang daan) pero you're forced to walk. Not a good sign when you're a bit tired from the travel and just want to start enjoying the beach.
3. Food - the free breakfast was meh, except for the corned tuna. Never order eggs na hinde sunny side up...ang scrambled and omelet nila and konti. Yun ala carte nila na silog ok naman serving.
4. Policy - Early check out kami on a Sunday so we would not be able to get the free breakfast for that day, so we wanted to use it agad on the first two mornings. Inde daw pwede kasi the room is for three people (four kami) so only three stubs can be used per breakfast. LOL. We asked, baka pwede i-adjust since alam naman nila na wala na kami by Sunday morning even before mag open kitchen nila, no daw talaga. One waiter said that they can just serve the food earlier on Saturday night instead...ugh why not now? lol. Anyway, we just took advantage of the senior discount to buy breakfast kasi inde niya magamit yun stub. On Saturday we asked again, same answer, pero nung check out they decided to give us a discount on the ala carte difference ng ala carte order vs. the free breakfast. So may calculation pa nangyari and stuff. Could have been easier to just let us use the stub, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Yun rooms ok lang, standard size. Bathroom is fairly big naman. I guess you get what you pay for talaga, don't expect anything more kahit bora.

It's a family-run inn so the staff and the owners are very friendly and warm. It's located at the quiet part of Boracay which is great for children and for people who really want to spend some relaxing days. The food is good and has big portions. The room rates are perfect for people who want to have great accommodations at a 'just right' price. Cottages have that beach vibe which is how it should really be when you're on the beach. Even our children, who are teenagers, loved the place! :)
