If you are looking for a budget-wise hotel in Davao City, The Royale House Travel Inn and Suites in Claveria is the right place for you.

It generously offers a complete package of accommodation services for as low as Php1, 000.00: free wifi, cable TV, hot and cold shower and most importantly free Filipino breakfast!! Plus their staff are very accommodating too.

The Royale House Travel Inn and Suites is owned and operated by former First District Congressman Prospero Nograles.

Booked here a family room good for 5 pax for 3days 2nights. It costs around 5000+. The room is just enough to fit us. We were only 4 in the group. There were 5 double beds, a mini table, closet, TV with cable, sink area, bathroom and shower room with heater 128077. The room smells "kulob" haha the shower room can only fit a single person and one wrong move and you will bump yourself on the wall. The door also is difficult to close. 128528
They only gave free soaps. No shampoos/conditioner/toothpaste and even complementary bottled water. They offer free breakfast. We were scheduled for early Surigao tour and river tubing for the next days therefore we will leave the hotel super early. I asked the receptionist if they can pack the breakfast for us but they said it is only available for dine-in. 128528 The staffs, some were nice and some were... nevermind. 128564128564128564
There are different paintings scattered in the area which are also for sale. 128513
++ just walking distance from Quezon park and San Pedro Cathedral. There is a near BPI and BDO branch. Tapsi house and different eateries along side.

I got a really good deal in Agoda with this place. For a triple deluxe, around 2,000 pesos is not that bad especially if the place is really huge. I was expecting it to be a dorm type kind of place but I was wrong. It really looked wonderful and spacious. It has good ambiance and a flat screen TV with cable! The place is huuuuge with a walk in closet + a bathroom. It was definitely worth the money. I really like this hotel!! Downside though, it's situated in CM Recto which is a one way street. If you're not from Davao, you would definitely have a hard time finding the place. The surrounding is a busy street. The lobby smells a little funny and there's a leak somewhere in the roof. But the place is awesome! They could do some fixing and it would be great. For a cheap one, it's definitely great! Oh,
It has free breakfast too.

Room is new but the toilet is stinky. No hooks in the bathroom, no bath mats, they just give you soap (no shampoo& conditioner). Continental breakfast is 2 slices of bread with butter and jam, that's it.
