I invited by the sales exec to check out theirs rooms and to have lunch this is my first time to eat here. First their rooms are ok more than what i expected. The lunch is buffet and today they are serving filipino food the choices are limited compare to others but quality wise better. I live their okoy to make it diff they make it small so that di nakaka-umay and di matinik i love it together with cucumber salad that will also serve as the dip. Main dish my favorite is the tortang talong im not a big fan of talong but here i ate a lot the taste is different compare the one at home perhaps how they prepare it. The beef pochero is great the beef is very tender at the sauce is not that sour and salty plus the veggies are perfectly cooked. Chicken inasal or bbq is like something unique i find it bit sweet which i like others are ok. Pansit bihon one of the best so far for me. For dessert nobody can beat halo halo for dessert the laman like beans, monggo, macapuno are natura not canned lechlan is good not that sweet. Over all the foods are ok good but limited choices, service is ok price is ok.

I love this place due to the convenience it offers. Its just a five minute walk from my place at the columns in ayala ave. I go here every sunday morning for the buffet breakfast. With the price of 350php, its sulit. Although it isn't really at par with hotel food, but its fine :) coffee is bottomless as well. Best to come here at 6am to enjoy a leisurely and hearty breakfast.

I've been passing by Strands Cafe on the way to work and decided to give it a try. They have breakfast buffet available until 10 am; however, i did not find the selection appetizing. Ordered a la carte instead - creamy potato soup and adobo pasta. I like the soup because it has this texture; suggesting that it was made from real, pureed potatoes. The adobo pasta was also good too, but i feel they should have added more fresh or crispy garlic bits and pork.

Overall, it's a good first meal; I wanted to give it 3.5 stars 128541 but have to settle for 3 vs 4.

They serve a small selection for their breakfast and lunch buffet. I can't really say if it's good because I have yet to try it. Though I will have to say that the dishes looked a bit dry without much customers when I went.

Ordered ala carte to try their chicken wrap as I wanted to try something filling but light. Ironic right haha! It was served with potato cut fries which really complemented the wrap. I would've liked it if the whole wrap had filling though (not just chunky in the middle). I did however enjoy how they played around with the ingredients and added croutons to the wrap filling -- it wasn't bad.

The Strands Cafe is located just beside the building where I work. I pass by this restaurant every morning and see a lot of diners at the very early time of the day.

We went to Strands for breakfast at around 7AM. There were just a couple of tables occupied but after an hour, almost all of the tables are filled with customers.

The buffet is comprised of bread such as pan de sal, baguette, sliced bread, with ham, cheese and marmalade on the side. The egg soup was very delicious and the sausages are perfect match to the fried rice and mixed veggies. However, I didn't like the luncheon meat and fish fillet, which are both very salty.

We have also requested for an egg omelet, which was cooked right in front of us.

Vegetables for the salad such as lettuce, mushroom, pepper, cucumber, and onions are all fresh with either vinaigrette and mayonnaise for dressing.

Slices of watermelon, oranges, and pineapples were also served as well as pastries such as chocolate cookies and banana cakes. Brewed coffee, tea, and choices of orange and mango juices were also in the buffet table.

The breakfast experience in The Strands was good considering the buffet only costs P299 per head. I'd probably visit The Strands Cafe more often.
