As fate would have it, my favorite coffee place in the airport was closed. I badly needed a caffeine fix and the next best choice was Tinder Box.

I went with their Cafe Latte and was pleasantly surprised that it was actually a good cup of coffee. I enjoyed their ratio of milk to coffee, not too creamy or too strong.

I would have enjoyed it even more had it not been served in what seemed like a human smoke house. Believe me, I felt like I was a piece of ham being smoked to perfection. I enjoy an occasional cigar or two, every once in a while, in a well ventilated room, but since that was the only smoking designated area in the whole airport lounge, I guess all the human chimneys converged on the place. I felt so asphyxiated I left the second I got my order.

Nonetheless, the coffee was good, my caffeine craving sated and all is well. 128516

Because I didn't like Cafe France's coffee, I transferred here at The Tinder Box to have my morning picker upper. Better brewed coffee. Thank you. 128522

It's filled with smokers so there's nothing really much to say about this place. We're just thankful that this even exists. Hahaha.

four because of the very limited choices of food places in naia, this is the closest i can get to good food.

ordered my usual: iced black coffee (must for travelers), grilled vegetable panini and pegi belgian waffle.

feeling the crunch of baked sugar between my teeth, savoring the grilled eggplant coated in pesto, im just relieved i did not breakfast with an overpriced, under seasoned adobo roll.
