Good and real healthy: you can actually have the best of both worlds.

The Wholesome Table is designed with lovely rustic interiors. Earth colors are emphasized with the use of wooden frames and dried grains as table center piece. There is a set-up of indoor trees and hanging plants. Even the powder room is crafted beautifully. The ambience is reflective of the kind of food they serve.

There is an immense selection of healthy food from poke bowls, gluten-free waffles, avocado toasts, and more. Source of the ingredients are all natural. Meats are derived from grass-fed cows and poultry are of free-range. This intricacies defined the price point of the menu.

Found comfort in the Burrata Cheese with grape tomatoes on top. The bowl of cheese is flavoured with fresh basil and sourdough toast on the side for P350. Also ordered a salad tossed with sunflower seeds, greens, ricotta cheese drizzled with white balsamic vinaigrette. This restaurant is also family-oriented for There is a menu for kids that offers mac n’ cheese, DIY pizzza, and chicken crispies. There are no more excuses to refuse healthy dining.

Got treated out for dinner @thewholesometable the other day. I suggested the poke bowl to my friend and she's happy with it as I equally enjoyed it when I tried it myself the first time I went to eat at this restaurant. Pasta (mac n cheese + salmon in tomato basil cream sauce) was just OK and don't think I would order those again. But burrata is a must try!

When I first brought Mommy here, she instantly fell in love w the food and how the place can be so calm and relaxing especially when it is not full w customers. So when she visited me again one time for lunch, it was already given that we'll eat here. 128154128155

It was a little past 12 and the place was already almost packed. Good thing we were a bit early than most of the customers so we were still able to get a table near the window (hello sunlight hihi).

Ordered right away since I know what I want to try this time. Convinced mommy to try the CLASSIC PESTO PASTA (Solo: 420php) and then for me, the AVOCADO TOAST (250php). We also shared an order of the CARROT-PUMPKIN SOUP (180php).

As usual, we loved everything. The CARROT PUMPKIN SOUP was tasty and really made our tummy warm and happy. It's amazing how they can make a simple soup so tasty and healthy and at the same time, EXPENSIVE!! Haha, oh well. This one's made w carrot, pumpkin, goji berries, and coconut cream foam.

The PESTO PASTA is one of the best tasting pasta I've tried and probably the only healthy version! 128517128541 It does not tastes like the usual pesto I'm used to but it's a yummy kind of different. Plus it's loaded with a lot of grilled yummy chicken fillet + sundried tomatoes + parmesan cheese. Sarap sarap!! 128154

And then of course, the star, the AVOCADO TOAST. It was good, loved the huge slices of soft sweet avocados, perfectly cooked runny egg 128155, and the mustard wasn't too overpowering. If there's just one thing I didn't like about this toast was the toast itself. The bread was too hard that it almost felt like I was eating a toasted toast (mamon toastado tigas! 128517128518) that's used for dipping. But still, I enjoyed this one. Kinilig ako when this was served to us! 128525128525 Also, was surprised with the serving size! For 250 pesos, not bad!! 2 toasts + 2 eggs!! Had the other half for dinner pa! 128154

For "dessert", we ordered the SUPERFOOD SICKY RICE "BIBINGKA" (160php). I remember wanting to order this last time since I read somewhere, in IG I think, that this one's good but it was not available before. I also can't remember how it looks so when this was served to us, both mommy and I were surprised. AY SOSYAL NA BIBINGKA! 128517 It was presented so perfectly and nicely. It's like a fruit bowl complete with chia seeds, desiccated coconut, cashew nuts, hemp seeds, cacao nibs.. basically all the healthy maarte toppings. Tasted it right away and it's not like the usual bibingka, it's like a heathy sosyal version of a BIKO. I love biko (my top favorite kakanin) so I enjoyed this one. It was a bit sweet but I was still able to finish half. 128517

SERVICE was excellent. Even with the crowd, servers were still approachable, they ask every table if they need anything. It wasn't as fast but still good. 128077🏼

I’ve always wanted to try The Wholesome Table. Their earth-friendly concepts of organic food production and sustainable agriculture attract me, not to mention their commitment of serving fresh and natural food.

I had lunch here last week before trying Pablo. The restaurant is very homey yet rustic. I immediately felt the comfort as my friend and I were seated on the couch area. After quickly browsing their menu, we ordered the following.

** Poke Bowl (450php)
This was served with brown rice and raw salmon. I loved that freshness of the salmon which was well complemented with the Japanese mayo. The taste of the onion was evident in a good way. This meal was filling.

**Grass-fed Beef Burger (490php)
This order has 100% grass-fed beef patty with emmental cheese , tomatoes and greens. I had this cooked well done, but surprisingly the patty was still juicy and soft. The burger was delicious! This was served with Parmesan fries which I didn’t like, tbh.

Service was impeccable. While trying to do a flatlay with our orders, I accidentally hit my glass of water. It was still full. It tumbled down, and yes, it created a mess. I was apologetic for being so clumsy, but the server managed to clean the area in the most polite way. Great job! +1 star for that excellent customer service.

I really liked to try their pastries as they’re on the display. However, knowing that I’ll have dessert at Pablo made me disregard the idea. Their cookies and cupcakes seem delicious tho.

P.S. Their menu has symbols – V (vegetarian), VGN (vegan), GF (gluten-free), DF (dairy-free), NF (nut-free).

As soon as I entered, I immediately want to lie down. I wasn't tired, its just very homy for me. The interiors are very rustic and warm on the eyes, the employees are calm and accomodating. They offer a lot of comfort foods and they have kiddie servings too. The food may be a little pricey but rest assured its worth it because they use the best (if not organic) ingridients. I ordered the Poke Bowl (Salmon) and my friend ordered the Grass fed beef burger, both great tasting and a little guilt-free. Its the perfect resto to chill on a Sunday morning.
Cost: Php500-700

I always look forward to days whenever Mommy would visit BGC because we get to eat lunch together. Last time, we ate at Passion and she was not satisfied and happy with the food. I was telling her "Masarap kaya!" but hindi daw talaga! Haha, oh well mom knows best! 128517

To redeem myself, I brought her here. I've visited this place once before and enjoyed the salmon pasta and the salad with watermelon. I'm 80% confident that Mommy will like it here. 128521 Another reason why I chose this place was because of the complimentary bread. I remember liking it a lot before so I was excited to let Mommy try it but unfortunately, they don't have any complimentary bread or anything anymore. 128557 The bread is now part of the menu. Can't remember the price anymore but I think it's around 250 pesos (not more 300).

Anyway... I was about to order the Avocado toast but... another sad news....... The Avocado toast is no longer available. 128557128148

I had a hard time choosing what to get that will pair well with Mommy's order but ended up ordering something I was craving for for a very long time but just can't eat because "not healthy". 128546128518

After around 15 minutes, our orders were finally served.

LASAGNA (420)
Grass-Fed Beef, Mornay Sauce, Mozzarella, Emmental, Parmesan Cheese

GRASS-FED BEEF BURGER (520)
100% Grass-Fed Beef Burger, Emmental cheese, Arugula, Tomatoes served with Parmesan Fries

Mommy loved both dishes. Mas masarap daw kesa last time! 128517128518 For the price, she said that it was worth it. Serving size for the lasagna was generous. I think 3 persons can share one order but we were able to finish everything! The lasagna was yummy! Just the way we want it! Not the Italian maasim type and not the too meaty and cheesy type. Just the right amount of everything. Also, if you like spicy, you can ask for chili flakes or hot sauce.

And the burger with parmesan!! OMG! I can't remember the last time I ate fries and ang sarap talaga ng fries! 128557128557 Seasoned with parmesan cheese! OA but I just really missed it! 128517128518 And of course, the burger was good. It wasn't dry or bland. Not like how you would expect a healthy burger would taste like. At first, you may think that it's bitin or kulang since it's kind of small but it was pretty filling. Mommy and I shared the burger and was very satisfied.

Overall, Mommy and I loved our lunch date together. We were happy and satisfied. Super busog but without the guilt. If only I have unlimited money, I'll eat here all the time! 128517

Service was good, too. We just had to wait a while for our orders but good thing we weren't that hungry (bat wala na kasing complimentary bread? 128546). Servers were all attentive and would really make sure that we get everything that we need. 128077🏼

Seriously cannot wait to go back here again! 128513128525

Funny how it needed to be on a site visit day that I get to try this restaurant when I've been meaning to try it for more than 2 years already. I've heard all good things about the Wholesome Table and now I finally get to decide for myself if it really is worth the hype.

What did we get?

Geisha bowl (290php) brown rice with cucumber, roasted tofu, and etc.

-this was a bit weird. but everything was mild and so-so.

Grazeland Pizza (690php) grass fed beef strips, tomato sauce, baked onions, walnuts, olive oil, 3 more cheeses

-it was a bit soggy for us, and it wasnt special for the price point. too homey.

yakitori bowl ( 320php) brown rice w/ yakitori chicken, baked chicken crisp, and etc.

-I didnt get to try this but my friends said that its okay

beef lasagna

- forgot the price of this dish but I remember it being around 450-590? For starters, serving is big. This one's pretty good but it wasnt cheesy as I like my lasagnas to be. You couldnt find big chunks of beef since it was super grounded/minced. For me its a 3.5/5. Not so memorable.

I expected a lot because of the countless praises it's been getting, but in the end I realized the food here is just not my cup of tea. If I wanted something healthy, I would've just stayed home for healthy home-cooked meals. I always get so excited when I get to eat out because I'm always looking for food that'll make me go wow, I want something different from my usually yummy home-cooked meals, anddddd in TWC's case, I didnt. Food was just too bland for my taste. Plus, I'm not sure about the pricing!

Now, I dont want to go all negative here because I really think its based on your personal preference. I heard lots of good things about the food here but I never thought it would be too homey. Its probably great if you miss home-cooked meals. Anyway, I left happily in the end knowing that I was served with healthy food, and afterwards, I didnt feel bad naman unlike when I dine in other restaurants I always feel so bloated and tired after eating.

Also, I'd like to mention that their washrooms are sooooo pretty! and that their staff are well-knowledged about the menu and are very welcoming + nice. Love the ambiance.

A WHOLESOME BRUNCH!

My birthday is only a few weeks away and as I turn another year older, I’m becoming extra conscious on what I eat. For the past six months, I’ve been quite addicted to eating avocados. When at home, I make my own avocado toast by mixing avocado, salt & pepper, olive oil & lemon juice then spreading them on top of toasted bread. When I’m outside, I always tend to look for restaurants that serve dishes with avocado, and that’s why I ended up having brunch at The Wholesome Table earlier today.

It’s my third time to eat at The Wholesome Table. I think the last time was about 4 months ago in their Salcedo branch.

Since I’m a huge fan of avocado and I wanted eat something healthy, I ordered their AVOCADO TOAST, Php260 (sourdough toast, dijon mustard, free range eggs, avocado, Dukkah spice) *new dish

While waiting for my order, I studied the restaurant’s very earth-friendly interior. The ambience made me feel as if I’m eating outdoor. The background music is laid-back and the dim lights made me feel very relaxed.

When my AVOCADO TOAST arrived, I got excited. I’d have to say that the plating and amount of serving was very reasonable. The taste? - Overall, it was delicious, BUT the dijon mustard was very dominant that it somehow killed the taste of avocado. I ate everything except for the last toast bread since I couldn’t take the dijon mustard taste anymore.

The ICED LATTE, Php120 was good.

I was grateful that the manager asked for my comment and he actually mentioned that some of their customers said the same thing. He also said that they will try to improve the dish, maybe reducing the dijon mustard (I hope they really do!).

My total bill was about Php400+

I’d definitely come back again especially when I’m craving for some organic & healthy meal!

Happy Eating!

They have really good quality food. 128523 You won't feel guilty eating here because you know they use organic and quality ingredients.

The deepfried mushroom with mozzarella filling was a good start to our mains 128523 - I forgot its name in the menu.

I ordered the Miso Salmon with Black Rice and its simply divine! You have to try it to know!

It's also good that they offer green juices for better choices for drinks 128077🏻

Also got to try a small bite of what my friend ordered which was the Buddha Bowl and that will be my order on my next visit. I like anything curry 128523 And its perfect for my diet too.

4 stars because of how my 128184128184 flew away haha!
But i will definitely be back!

Went here twice for a friend date and a work meeting.

Ordered the Buddha Bowl for lunch. Only got to take a picture after I mixed though. Overall it was pretty tasty, you can really taste the peanut, even more than the coconut curry. It might seem weird to taste it with brown rice but it was alright. I would give it a 3 out of a 5.

Tried the Be Amazing and Be Refreshing juices during the work meeting. The Be Amazing had an overpowering beet taste more than anything (which I wasn't a fan of). I had a cold that time and wanted something more to clean my throat and it was one of the few options that had ginger. I prefer the Be Refreshing juice which was indeed refreshing because of its citrus flavor.

One thing that I really took notice in Wholesome Table is the overall aesthetics. Kudos to the interior designer (team?) who conceptualized this place since it really captured the whole conducive-for-healthy-eating vibe.

Like many other healthy & organic dining places, prices may be steep here (one juice was P200++) but apparently it's a must-try among many, especially if you're into that lifestyle.

Might come back here to try one of their main dishes next time to find out if it's really worth it.

Finally! Was able to try this organic resto in BGC.
We made a reservation for dinner around 6pm. When I arrived, the staff immediately assisted me. I must say, they were very accommodating. They assigned a staff just for our table.

While waiting for my friends, I get to appreciate the place. They used a low-light which makes it cozy and intimate, perfect for dinner! The interiors exude farm-like style and I find it really creative.

We ordered their best sellers:

1. Ultimate Grilled Cheese ~ Gruyere Cheese Mix, mustard, onion jam, momay sauce, grilled sourdough with a choice of tomato soup or side salad. P460 which is so good and tasty!! The serving size is also good for sharing.

2. Salmon in Basil Cream Sauce ~ Fresh Salmon, Organic Tomato Passato and Creme Fraiche. P490, this was my order and I liked it! I just need to add some chili flakes to make it spicy!

3. Gambarerri Arrabiatta ~ a bit spicy, with deep sea shrimps, smashed grape tomato sauce, home made bacon. P590

4. Graze Land Pizza ~ Tomato sauce, grass fed beef strips, baked onions, roasted garlic, Fresh mozarella, parmigiano-reggiano P690, The pizza was just ok. Nothing really special but it's tasty.

5. Lamb adobo ~ Served with free range eggs cooked the way you like it, brown rice and side salad. P750, this is my favorite! It's really delicious!! 128525

6. Tiramisu ~ With creamy mascarpone and espresso shot. P420, it was just ok. Not really sweet.

Overall, the food was really good and tasty I must say! It's a guilt-free choice, you get to eat what you want in a healthy way! 128513 All the staff were very friendly and has a good customer service. The assigned staff, Kelly, checks on us from time to time. Our bill was 4k+ which I find a bit pricey. But the quality of the food is really good, so makes it worthy too! 128522

A1 place. Even with the packed lunch crowd, servers are extremely alert and attentive. Yes, it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for in the quality of food, its expert preparation, clean-looking ambiance, and superior service. The photo above is their miso-glazed salmon with organic black rice. Loved that they cooked the salmon right: seared tight on the outside and semi-raw inside. Too many an upscale resto cannot even get this right. And yes, Happy Mothers Day to all mommys out there!

A quaint and relaxing dinning place...

That's how I describe the ambiance of The Wholesome Table.

Service was good! Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately. As the place was not packed when we dined in, they let us choose were we preferred to sit! 128077🏻

We got the Yakitori Bowl and the Pork Chops.

- The Yakotori Bowl is composed of brown 127834 (which by the way was nicely cooked & easy to eat) 2 chicken yakitori skewers together with strips of chicken skin (yes! You heard me right, 128020 skin!) and poached 127859. I liked the meal as it was just light for me. However, for those who are hungry or at least have a big appetite, this may not be the type of meal (127860) for your. 128521 Serving portion is a bit small. (In fact when I ordered it, the waiter had informed me ahead that the serving portion is just small...🤔🤔🤔 I think he got an impression that I have a BIG appetite! 128563) anyway, that's just fine with me as I was not too hungry that time! The chicken yakitori was moist and the poached egg was cooked perfectly, silky and runny. As for the 128020skin, it was good not oily (i guess it's baked and not fried). However, my only comment on the meal was that the skewers were brittle ad it was burnt that once I held the stick and tried to bite into the chicken, the skewer broke 128533. The chicken skin was crisp, but I was not able to finish it because there are portion of the skin with appears to have like hair follicles or remnants from feathers which was removed from the chicken. 128529 making it less appealing to eat.

- The Porkchop was 128523. Serving size was big as the cut of the chops was thick. The meat is cooked all throughout and moist. As chops tends to have a bland taste, the sauce that goes with it compliments well bringing out the flavors. Since the cut was a bit thick, it would have been nice to have an extra dipping sauce on the side, as it goes well with the roasted potatoes. (Probably next time, I'll try to ask if its ok to request for extra sauce..and hopefully, they'll say Yes!🤗)

Overall, for this dinning experience it's a11088110881108811088️ for me. I 128156 the food, service, and ambiance of the place! Will I go back, of course it's a yes! Actually, I've been here a couple of times already.

Just a 128221, first time diners must keep in mind that the ingredients used are organic so expect the price to be a bit more expensive.

First time to try their food after hearing about it so much. I'm all for clean eating, but my wallet begged me to restrain myself from ordering their juices and smoothies (so I can have dessert after hehe.)

I ordered their take on the Cubano sandwich, their version didn't have ham but that's not really surprising. The pork was the star of the dish with the pickles popping up to make themselves known from time to time. Those were pretty much the only flavors in the sandwich, the dominance of salty and sweet. I would've liked some mustard on it to give a slight kick and more cheese! You could barely notice the cheese!

The sandwich came with a side of Parmesan fries. It was pretty good, light and very crisp. The flavor wasn't too overwhelming, easy enough to just keep eating it.

The whole meal cost me almost 500 and for that I can't say I got my money's worth. On a side note, there's something about their water that makes it so satisfying to drink. Might've had 5 refills of it, it was good water.
