Authentic Japanese Street Food for only 60 to 80 pesos. The Cook here is Japanese. You can get 4pcs. tempura with rice for only 80 pesos. I love this food cart. I always eat here whenever I have a tight budget and also craving for Japanese Food.

When I saw this Japanese stall at MCS, I thought there was no way it could be authentic. Firstly, look at its location. Secondly, "Tita Emm" is the last person I'd associate with anything Japanese. But a friend of mine told me to try it. So I did.

I was surprised to see an old Japanese man at the booth. I was even more surprised to see how cheap the dishes were! 60 to 80 pesos for gyoza, gyudon, or tonkatsu. My office mate and I are adventurous pigs so we ordered all three.

We sat down at a makeshift table, which was really just a cooler, with short plastic stools. They served us miso soup for free and before we knew it we were chowing down on Tita Emm's rice bowls. Everything tasted good. I couldn't believe how cheap it was.

Would I eat here again? You bet I would!

P.S. If you're trying to look for it, it's the stall in between Rice in a Box and Ate Merlie BZNZ Food Corner. Enjoy!!!

Little food stall located on the first floor of Makati Cinema Square. Four different Japanese rice dishes for P70 each, without rice P50 each. I had the sukiyaki don for lunch and it was good. Adequate amount of beef with the sauce soaked in the rice. My fiancée had 4 pieces of gyoza with Japanese rice and it was yummy.
