I was just at your Conrad Barbershop where I had a very disappointing experience with your staff, particularly, barber Fhan Janohan as well as the manager I escalated the issue to, Mike Tindugan. It seems that your barber wants to hide inside the staff room instead of servicing customers. I arrived around 1:20pm for a haircut which I had scheduled around 12:30pm when I first walked in (was told had to schedule so I did for 1:30pm, earliest open slot). When I came back at around 1:20pm, as Fhan was obviously not close to being done with his customer when I arrived, I asked if I could come back 1:40-1:45 instead and said he had a 2pm. Had to take care of other pressing matters but tried to come back around 1:45 and he was again nowhere to be seen (seems like he likes to stay inside the staff room unlike the other barbers who stay by the chairs). At around 1:50, I asked what time I could get a haircut and I heard the guard relaying it to him through the door of the staff room and he was refusing. So since they were within earshot, I asked what time he wanted to work. For the fees you charge, it is an expectation that you train your staff better on customer service. Basic. Requirement.

At 1:50, I looked for the manager who gave me no resolution. The common sensical thing to do is put me on the next open slot and apologize. I guess he preferred excuses over resolution. Please explain why that is the culture at Titan Barber shop at Conrad - my guess is, because I got the same lousy communication aka excuses from the manager, that it is a lack of leadership and understanding of how important repeat business is. Right now, 28 minutes after walking away from Titan, I am getting haircut at a more established chain (I simply walked in and was 3rd in queue) - they seem to be happy and willing to do their jobs - service the customer (no wonder they’re a brand).
I walked in at Titan 3 times in the last 3 hours.
Please ensure this is addressed by the owner(s). I would like to know this has been escalated. Else, I will.

So Disappointed with my haircut. I thought I would be treated well because it is a high-end place. But the barber butchered my hair, and I have to take my graduation picture that week. The treatment is not welcoming, even the grooming is not that well, they didn't even wash my hair I have hair everywhere and it was itchy, didn't style it with pomade or something.
