Late night lugaw run!
Another one of our go to places after drinking sessions in pasay.
We went to the main branch in Libertad where they have a lugaw stall outside. As usual, at 3am the tables outside are still packed with lugaw eaters : ).

Oh wow, didnt realize Capitol would be in looloo! Its a "Batang Pasay" thing! We love Tito Rom's eversince! Beers, pulutan, videoke! Bawal ang maarte dito! Hehe! 128525

What we usually get:
- calderetang kabayo
- tapa/adobong kabayo
- maskara ng baboy - favorite ng tropa
- pansit alanganin (esp after out drinking session... Sarap with hot pandesal!)

Simple. Good food, good price, good people! 128540

If you want to enjoy your food privately and peacefully, they deliver! 128513

PS. On the photo, the "regulars" since birth! Lol!

A must try Chopsuey. Vegies are half cooked that's why it is crunchy to taste. Instead of using oil, they use butter. And to make it more yummy, you'll have to add calamansi. :) love!

I haven't "officially" eaten inside Capitol. I only knew of this because my grandmother loves their pancit. After I tasted it for myself, I loved it as well! :) Although, I can't say anything else, except their pancit.
The noodles isn't sloppy. It feels "substantial". It has just the right firmness. And the flavor, not too much, so as to leave some room for seasonings, and it's not too little as well, so you can eat it on its own!
The toppings are a mixture of some veggies, chorizo longganisa, chicken, and pork. Nothing to say, although I wish there was more chorizo. :p
I would recommend you guys to try out the pancit. It's a big serving, and it only costs Php 100! Now that's value.
I would love to visit the place sometime.
