Tokyo Bubble Tea The Block, SM North branch finally re-opened two weeks ago! They also offered 50% off discount promo which ended yesterday and luckily I got to avail of it. So, instead of 600+(inclusive of service charge), I only paid P345 and that already includes:
Matcha Ice cream frappe- P150
Strawberry Ice cream frappe(not in the photo)-P140
Takoyaki- P178
Ultimate Chocolate cake- P105

Everything I ordered were very sulit! I will surely go back!

While waiting for the long queue in BDO. Beside the bank is tokyo bubble tea which is a little away from the crowded mall. This branch is very small but they have table outside to accomodate more customers. Their milk tea is one may favorite because the taste are always consistent. I ordered my favorite japanese green milk tea. I love that their version is not sweet compared to other milk tea shop. The sago has also an option of the usual big pearl or the small sago which are more like the one served with taho. I choose the small pearl and it was good since it was made much easier to drink. They also serve their milk tea in a glass mug which bring more classiness to it. We also order the cheesy french fries which was also good. The only prob was gooey cheese was sticking on the paper oil of the plate. Overall good milk tea and great place to hangout!

Red velvet cake: A not so sweet cake for my sweet tooth with perfect white choco toppings.
Truly mouth watering.
Perfect cake for people on diet cheat and for those diabetic.
Definitely we'll go back here to try their pasta. 127860

I visited a friend near SM North and she suggest this japanese resto. The place is a lil bit tiny but the ambience was nice and they have a long playlist of japanese songs. Hahaha I didn't relate with those songs but for those who loves J-Pop like my friend, you'll definitely love the place.

I ordered oyakudon and again I can shout Oishi! The bowl was huge, good for a hungry tummy. They also have various flavors of milktea. Honeydew was my first try drinking milktea because I never try a milktea before and I can say, milktea pala is delicious its not that bad like I imagined.

I'll definitely go back here. And try other dish on their menu. 128521

Ordered Apple-glazed Grilled Porkchop. Service was great, taste of the dish was good. But the meat...I couldn't chew it well sa sobrang tigas. 128557

It was past 9pm, got big bags, asked the staff until what time the store close. She smiled and answered 10pm. Went to the nearest table, and checked menu. Naulanan ako that day and sorethroat starting to bother me. But I was craving Matcha that night. All milktea shops were probably closed. And hindi ko na kaya magikot sa bigat ng dala kong bags. Dahil accomodating ang staff, sige dito na lang. 128522 The staff even insisted to help me sa dala kong bag, sabe ko mabigat ako na lang.

Ordered Japanese Green Milk Tea (Large) P125+SC and changed pearls to Adzuki Red Bean. I enjoyed the drink but it was too cold dun sa area ko. Nag sisimula nako magkasakit ng mga time na to. Not blaming the store pero inggit na inggit ako sa mga nakaupo sa labas. hahahah!

We were here for some meeting and I liked this place. Something I'd go to if I just wanna chill out with friends or study if I get to hang out in the area. I ordered the Matcha Milk Tea and it wasn't so sweet and really a must try. Their snacks are good too! Tried the nachos and as a spicy food lover, I recommend it! 128522

Their branch in SM north is really a perfect place for chilling, whether you're alone or with your friends. And as much as I'd like the place to maintain its peacefulness, the lively interior (from its color palette) and its homey vibe makes their customers comfortable. (Hence the loud talking and laughing, which me and my friends or guilty of. At times. :)))

Anyway, we decided to go here after dinner to kill some time and chill. My glutton persona wanted to order drinks and dessert since it has been a really long time since I've gone here.

I wasn't disappointed with my order of JCC Black Milk Tea. The taste and texture of their bubbles are deliciously consistent, as with the assorted sizes. The cream perfectly matched with the black tea.

The Mango Green Tea that my boyfriend ordered tasted great, too. I'm still fond of the transparent glasses and cups they use in their drinks. (And with the syrup they always serve when you order hot teas. :D)

The satisfaction I had for their drinks was unfortunately not the same with the slice of Red Velvet Cake we ordered. It was so sweet in the way any red velvet pastry should not taste like. Maybe it would taste better if they used cream cheese instead of icing. If they used cream cheese though, I couldn't taste it at all.

I guess I'll go back to my favorite Matcha cake, and hope that its taste hasn't worsened the next time I visit. And I hope their prices go back to the student budget-friendly ones I loved.

This branch is small and cute cause of their tiny "loft dining"... I found it small cause I'm too big and tall... Hehe 128523

Its always a Caesar salad feast for me at bubble tea. I just love their Caesar salad. 195 for a big serving.
Paired it with their tasty California maki., i found it too big., since Maki rolls are traditionally eaten in one bite. (The rice in the roll tends to fall apart if eaten in more than one bite)

I didn't like this almond milk shake, i prefer their strawberry tea slush 10084128523128539128540128077
