The Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory at SM Megamall was just a kiosk, no seats and tables so i had to consume my dessert standing.

The soft serve ice cream(hokkaido/gouda mix) and cheesecake is ok...but nothing out of the ordinary.

If creamy ice cream is what you're craving for, there are other places that offer bigger serving and more variety. (Rita's, Caramia, Cafe Ti Amo, Gelatissimo).

The cheesecake left me wanting in serving size and flavor wise, the creamy, cheesy, flavor you'd expect from high quality cheese was missing.

I ended up going to Uncle Tetsu(Grd flr, bldg A) and grabbed myself the mini cheesecake which was creamier and more satisfying.

If you crave for yummy, Japanese cheesecake that you'd like to have on the go or for dine, Kumori offers more variety and way more delightful

This ice cream is very different from anything I’ve had. My pick was Mix, which is a combination of milk and cheese. If I recall correctly, ice cream already contains milk so this description is a bit weird. The cheese they had was more like butter. I personally didn’t taste any cheese. That said, it doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it. The ice cream is barely sweet, it’s very light and creamy. Ang sarap! If you want to go fancy, you can add cheesecakes and cookies. You can taste the cookies for free.

I know that this have been here for a very long time already. However, I am usually full or on a diet, so i just pass by it couple of times already. I am a person who loves cheese. Like if i had a plate of pasta i would cover it with grated parmesan cheese if i can, until all that I can see is cheese haha. I’m pretty sure i’m not alone here. :))

Anyway, I was walking around megamall and saw their stall. I quickly asked my friend to buy one with me. We wanted to try 2 flavors, however both the cheese and mic where sold out. How sad is that right?! So we were only able to order the MILK flavor (Php130), which is made from Jersey cow milk w/ mascarpone cheese from Hokkaido, Japan.

I would say if you look at it, you would think of it as just some normal looking soft served ice cream. Vanilla looking perhaps. However, as soon as i got to taste it. It tastes like whipped cream with a slight hint of cheese. I am pretty sure this would pair well with their biscuits or cheesecake to not overwhelm those who would only appreciate a few amount of cheese. However, if you are a cheese lover. I think it is better to really go for the other flavors. I love this flavor though, because it was creamy, smooth and simply delicious. I wouldn’t mind ordering another cup next time I visit.

I first tried Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory's cookie in Japan. It was super good. I miss Japan, so bad -

While I was walking in the mall earlier, I was really eager to try their ice cream - I ordered mix, it was half milk, half cheese (150php) it was soooo creamy. Melts in your melt!!!

MUST TRY 🤤

Feelin’ like a loser because I’m just trying this now. Haha! Been seeing this Cow Cow Ice all over Instagram and lots of foodie friends have written reviews about it already and I was like, “Okay, I really need to try this, asap!”

Got the Cheese Cow Cow Ice, it’s made with two cheeses — Cream Cheese and Hokkaido Gouda Cheese. Plus add ons of cheesecake and their salt & camembert cookie. It was seriously amazing! Sinfully cheesy and creamy. 🧀🧀🧀 Finally understood what everyone has been raving about. Its salty and sweet combination is heaven. But daaamn, it puts a dent in yo’ wallet! This small cup cost me P300. It’s a nice “treat yoself” dessert once in a while, but can’t really have it everyday. Too pricey. 128557128148

When Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory first opened in SM Mega Fashion Hall, I was curious about their cheese and crackers for a while. But now that they serve ice cream, I had to give it a try. Of the three flavors, I sampled the following:

Milk (₱130)
Ice cream made of Jersey milk and Hokkaido Mascarpone cheese

A very creamy ice cream. It almost tastes plain in comparison to the Cheese ice cream. I suppose the Mascarpone was quite mild so it might not be for people looking for that distinct cheesy bite. However, it is still a good treat for those wanting something cool and not too sweet.

——

Cheese (₱150)
Ice cream made of Cream cheese and Hokkaido Gouda cheese

My personal favorite, as the Gouda has that salty bite that I love. The ice cream itself is sweet, so it reminds me of the combination of salted caramel, which works wonders in my opinion. Definitely ordering this flavor when I have the chance next time.

Amazing! I like milk generally 128514
Their biscuit is so goood and really really pricey.
The cheesecake is nice as well.9786

It’s pricey but nice to have once in a blue moon haha. Php 150 for this milk plus 100 for the small small add on cheesecake. 128556

I just had to see what all the fuss was about so even though my wallet wasn’t fully prepared, I finally tried Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory’s Cow Cow Ice! And I have no regrets! Well, my wallet kind of does but at least I was happy...for like a few minutes until we finished the entire cup. 128514

We got a mix of the milk and cheese flavors just so that we could compare the two variants. But I really wish we had gotten a cup of pure cheese ice cream instead because it was TO DIE FOR! It was ~extremely~ rich and creamy but surprisingly not cloying. I can’t say the same for the milk ice cream though. I thought it was pretty weak and just kind of pulled the overall flavor down.

Unfortunately for us, they were out of their famous biscuits on the day we visited so our only ice cream topping was the Letao cheesecake. I really can’t complain though because it was AMAZING. Light and fluffy but packed with so much cheesy flavor. Ugh so good. 128557

Would I buy myself a cup of Cow Cow Ice again? Probably not anytime soon. It puts too much strain on the wallet lol. Anyone know of a cheaper alternative that’s just as good? 🤔

COW COW ICE.

COW COW ang bigay ng Maykapal.
Sagot sa aking d-ICE-sal. 127926

(Oo na. Last ko na. Joke. 🤗)

It was my first time to try this soft serve ice cream last week with Angela Marie C and Sandy P. Oh man, what to say?! The hype is real. It's really delicious!!!

We got the cheese one and it was so good. The texture of the ice cream was rich and velvety smooth. I loved how creamy it was, without sacrificing the cheese-y taste. We decided to add a slice of cheesecake as a topping with additional 100php. It's kind of expensive but hey, it's not everyday that we're buying this so we gave in. Their cheesecake is actually not sweet, and can perfectly balance the richness of the ice cream. There's no available cookie that time tho.

I would like to try the milk flavor next time! 🤤

Few days ago, I heard two of my officemates talking about this piece of cookie from Japan that is so small and delicious but so pricey, it’s hard not to feel a bit guilty when you buy it. Turns out they were talking about Tokyo Milk Cheese factory, the cookie for the can-affords or one friend puts it, the social climbers, lol.

When I went to SM Megamall recently, I spotted its store in the Mega Fashion Hall. I don’t have any intention to buy the box of cookies, but when I saw that they have a soft serve ice cream with a piece of a cookie as a topping, I went for it.

The ice cream though is the most expensive soft serve I have ever bought, more expensive than Farmacy. I chose the mix flavors, milk and cheese so I could try both in one go. I mean, it’s not like I can buy this everyday you know. The ice cream is worth P300, yes, folks, I spent 300 pesos for a soft serve ice cream.

As soon as I got the ice cream, I immediately took out the cookie and ate it. O.M.G. It was so delicious I have forgotten my name. No wonder it is this expensive! And because it is so small it was gone in no time. I wanted to cry. Maybe when I get an extra money I’d go back and buy a box.

The ice cream itself is also amazing. It fascinates me that despite it being two flavors mixed, I could still distinguish the milk from cheese.

And there goes my feeling mayaman moment buying an uber expensive, soft serve ice cream.

Weekend shopping at SM always meant a spontaneous opportunity for a foodcrawl. After roaming around the mall, I was trying to get an uber when I spotted Cow Cow Ice signage of Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory. The store is near the entrance of the Megamall Fashion Hall.

I used to ignore this stall since I initially find the cheese products unreasonably priced. That’s my frugal self speaking.

I’m an avid fan of soft-serve Ice Cream and I gave a try on the mix of milk and cheese for P150, neglecting all the add-ons. An additional slice of cheesecake is at P100 and Salt & Cambembert for P50. I could buy a pint from other brands in the price of one cup with all the toppings! Again, that’s the frugal side of me.

The texture and consistency is perfected smoothly. Milk is made from jersey cow milk with mascarpone cheese from Hokkaido. The cheese is derived from cream cheese and gouda cheese.

Although, the mixed flavoured ice cream is lacking in the taste of cheese.

There was no seating area but the stall itself is attractively created. It was a delight for the sweet tooth and one thing that a dairy-inclined person would definitely love.

Oh man so so so happy that I was in megamall the other weekend. That means that I'll finally get to try this soft serve ice cream. 128557

I ordered the milk and cheese soft serve and added a cookie. It's so so so good! 128557 The soft serve was really creamy and smooth. But if I were to choose a flavor, I think I prefer the milk soft serve over the cheese one.

It can get pricey with the add ons but I think it's still worth a try. 128523

I haven’t tried anything from Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory because I find most of the products expensive. I was intrigued with their ice cream. I ordered Milk ice cream (Php 130) then added biscuit (Php 50). I wanted to get cheese cake but it was Php 100 for a tiny slice. The ice cream was really creamy but it’s expensive for me.

Tried this yummy cheese and I loved it! I like that it’s soft, creamy, and tasty. But for people with milk intolerance, this isn’t for you. 127846128046🧀🥛

My cousins have been raving on and on about how good the Cheese soft serve ice cream is that we finally gave it a try.

My sister and I shared an order of the Cheese variant. It was light and creamy. Cheese flavor was very subtle. I tried my mom's Milk and Cheese and the Milk was corny.

I doubt that I'll be going back. I'd rather grab a coffee or chocolate flavored ice cream elsewhere.

It's been a while since I wrote down an entry here in Looloo. I missed writing a review 128540

I've been to places lately however, I haven't had a chance to write about my experiences, hence I will be writing down my first entry this 2017 hahah

It was scorching hot outside so I craved for something sweet and cold. I asked my boyfriend to treat me for an ice cream hahah. I was the happiest when he bought me Cow Cow Ice from the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory 🤤 They have 3 variants; one Milk Flavor, another is Cheese and the last is the combination of both. The only available then was the Cheese Flavor.

I had a blast eating the Cheese soft served ice cream hahah. It was like a frozen cheesecake, not to sweet and not too sour. Ice cream full of goodness and creaminess. I don't know to you but I definitely would want to eat this again. 128571127846

PS: sorry no photo. I got too excited, I forgot to take a photo hahaha

If I had to eat here for the rest of my life...I'd probably end up being a cow-ard, but it's okay because at least I know I will be in a very good mooooooood! 🤗

I tried their combo flavor of Milk + Cheese with Salt + Camembert biscuit. Cheesecake slice was not available because they were out of supplies due to the baaaaad weather. 128557

You have the option to have the Milk or Cheese flavor alone or go for both. I love that it's so creamy and milky but not too sweet.

If you are to ask me, I'd say go for the Cheese instead because...

...if I had to eat that flavor for the rest of my life, I know I will not be able to moooooooove on!!! 🤣

Since I'm writing a review I thought might as well join the challenge! Haha! Looks fun! 128149

Saw the huge soft serve cup in front of their stall and immediately gravitated towards it. 128046

I decided on a cup of their mixed Milk and Cheese soft serve (150 PHP) and decided to top it off with a salt + camembert cookie (+50 PHP). I wanted to get their cheesecake but they were sold out when I went huhu.

Got my cup and there's a fairly decent amount of creamy, richly-flavored soft serve! I loved how heavy it was. Quality is defs 128076 and I recommend you guys stop by and treat yo selvessss!
