This Tokyo Tokyo branch is not a restaurant but part of the food court in Alabang Town Center so that means NO UNLIMITED RICE. Haha! Anyway, even if there are so many choices at the food court, I would sometimes venture to Tokyo Tokyo because of the prawn tempura.

This time, I tried to taste new things and try their Big Chicken Katsu. Come on, it is really big and comes in three flavours. Plain, Asian Spice and Teriyaki I think. I chose the Asian Spice flavour and was greeted with a Katsu that is as big as my face. It was actually good, the chicken is soft, the breading is delightful and overall a great meal to have. The rice with the sesame seeds is actually a very nice touch. My only concern is that the teriyaki sauce is so little 128517 I guess you could ask for extra but I did not bother since I was seated at the other side of the food court.

Still, good alternative to their other offerings.

It's been a while since I've had Tokyo Tokyo, and I usually visited the branch in Greenbelt back when I worked as a Marketing Exec.

If you're looking for a quick and cheap 'Japanese' fix you've found your place. Personally, I would only eat here if I have no choice OR if I'm craving for their Red Iced Tea because honestly that's the only thing worth buying.

The maki I ordered was soggy. 128534 But then what was I expecting? Lesson learned.

I went solo this time instead of sumo coz I got no one to share with haha so I ordered Prawn and Kani Tempura w/ vegetables and rice. It was delicious as usual though there was something different about it that made feel less satisfied, I'm just not sure what. I still loved it though. :)

Found the best combo for sumo meal. Fried chicken karaage and honey chicken something. 127857
