I like the whole setup that it was a buffet eat-all-you-can food..wide variety of dishes to choose from..you have to cook your own food..make your own "sabaw"..really cool.. Very affordable thats a plus

The BEST eat-all-you-can place to practice your cooking skills before settling down 128521

No one will instruct you how to fried or what should be the ingredients in Sinigang. They don't even care if you're gonna put hotdog on it as long as you'll eat it. 128514 kumbaga "walang basagan ng trip" 128514128514128514

I really don't like buffets but this one tops my favorite. I love how you can eat and cook all you want at the same time! Haha and now that i've desensitized myself from eating shrimps, all the more reason to eat here! :)

I love that it has shabu-shabu and a grill for the fact that it doesn't cost much at all.

The shabu-shabu was good, I like the base. It was nothing mindblowing but it's good.

The choices however are very few (we came in at lunch). So minus a 127775 for that.

Raw food for the grill, I really like. Personally, I like their raw food here even more than in Yakimix.

However, their tempura, their other viands, their makis were not good for me at all but it wasn't that bad.

Their dessert bar, I could count in my hands how many there was. Ice cream most likely.
And the drinks too, I think they only had iced tea, four seasons, softdrinks, and pineapple at that time.

I won't say that I don't like to come back but I wouldn't if I had enough money to go to Yakimix instead.

What I like about this place is that they have grill and shabu shabu. Unlike other buffets which offers only one of the two. What I don't like is that they really have few selections dor grilling and shabu shabu. They also have cooked food, about 3-5 dishes. You can choose 2 soups for your shabu shabu which are sate, chicken, and sinigang. We decided to have it all sate. Sate is the best. 128521 Sorry I forgot how much it costs per person.

Your usual shabu-shabu and bbq experience. I like that it's eat & drink-all-you can for only 399php per person. Not bad for a resto with lots of food choices, right? They have very welcoming staff, too. Makes you wanna eat more. Lol

Their shabu-shabu soup doesn't taste so good, though. It lacks taste and savor. That's the only downside I could think of.

PS My photo is ugly haha

Our new place to Pig-out!

Boyf and i go out and date a lot! We usually have this routine of starting our plan for the day and end up eating and PIGGING OUT after.

Vikings, Yakimix and Dads are our fave Buffet Restaurants, very sinful. We really love food but we don't want to get fat, workout and training every week doest work with this kind of routine; then one day a friend suggested this another Eat-All-You-Can Restaurant BUT more healthy and LESS CARBS. Yehees! This kind of buffet is for us :)) Seafood all you can, our favorite lalala.. Enjoying our pig-out session Healthy, Less calories and Guilt-free food.

PS. Their P300+ for lunch and P500+ for dinner is really worth it!

If you're in for an affordable eat-all-you-can shabu shabu meal, Tong Yang is a good choice. For PHP400pp during weekdays, as my friend said, "pwede na, sulit na".

Your 400 includes unlimited access to their shabu shabu counter 127845127844127842, a few dimsum selection 127858 and chinese favorites 127835, a limited japanese counter 127833127857; dessert counter which includes ice creams 127846(although they don't have chocolate fudge to compliment it), all time Filipino favorite halo-halo 127847, some cakes and pastries 127856127850 and fresh fruits 127817; beverage counter includes juices127865, coffee 9749, tea 127861and beer 127866!!!

Upon arrival the hostess will ask you of your choice of soup, chicken, satay or sinigang. If you have a palette for spicy food, I recommend my personal favorite Satay. On their condiments counter they have their special mix of sauces. If your adventurous it's worth to try them all.

Their waiting staff are sufficient and attentive but we didn't asked for them much since most of the things are self-service. The place has a good ambiance and spacious. Plus they don't include service charge on the bill so it's up to you to leave a tip.

This is a new eat-all-you-can hotpot & grill. The ambiance is good but the refilling of seafoods (esp. crab & squid) is soooo slow. Btw, it has free flowing drinks also.

(Since it's a new branch it initially wasn't on looloo... But thanks to the 'suggest to add' feature, they were able to put it up in less than an hour. Amazing!)

Shabushabu, grill, buffet--Give me just one out of these three and i'd be happy. But Tong Yang has all three of them! They have a variety of seafood, meat, balls, veggies, and some innards as well. In terms of flavor they might not be the best shabushabu items i've had, but they're pretty good, and given the variety, plus the different ways you can cook your food, it's quite satisfying. Especially if you're looking to eat a lot.

Another thing you'll notice is this meat slicer, out of which comes out thin but sumptuous slices of beef! I personally like grilling their fatty but oh-so-good beef belly.

Oh and did i mention that they offer unlimited drinks as well? Juices (orange, mango, pineapple), iced tea, coffee, and even beer.

This place isn't bad if you're craving or if you want to really indulge in food once in a while. It was raining when i ate here a while ago, perfect weather for shabushabu.

One thing though, i really like to keep the soup boiling a little, so i kinda get annoyed when every few minutes a waiter lowers down the fire. I mean, i know they were instructed to do that, so it's kinda okay and we just turn it back up haha...but for me it kinda disrupts the whole dining experience.

Oh and also, when eating at shabushabu or grill places, please do not do what i noticed some people are doing--using the same set of utensils for both raw and cooked food. :)
