Thanks to EJ B for extending the invite to team kaladkarin. Tony’s Bar and Grille is apparently not the same with the Tony’s at Tomas Morato. We were actually invited to try the new dish and their all time recommended dishes.

128204128525 Nasi Goreng @195PhP
This one, i am already familiar with, previously me and my office mates tried this already. This is truly good, swerving is a lot for just less than 200! The mix is filling.

128204128525 Fish Fillet in Vermicelli *NEW
I love their new dish, cream dory in glass noodles drenched in a garlicky sauce? (I couldn’t actually call it sauce 128517)

128204128525 Mixed Seafood in Buco Shell (Seafood Curry) @295PhP
I like the presentation, but we had a difficulty eating it. My tip is you get an extra bowl and place all the seafood in it. There were shrimps, squid, fish, and crabs all good to pair with the curry sauce. My tip is you get those coconut meat off its shell, curry and coconut makes it more creamy.

128204128525 Sizzling Sisig Original @180PhP
Love this super crunchy sisig. It got a sweet taste, which what made me love the dish.

128204128525 Tilapia Fillet with Honey Mastard @255PhP
This one was a surprise to me. I always love fried crispy tilipia (butterflied)—especially when pairing it with beer, and the honey mustard dip was such a great addition to its taste.

128204 Sinuglaw @270PhP
If you like ceviche, then, you’ll gonna love this as well. Sinuglaw is a mix of pork and fish ceviche, this one is relatively sour and spicy.

128204128525 Grilled Blue Marlin Belly @125PhP/100gr
Some bloggers defined the marlin to be bland, but for me, i like it. It’s because if you’re gonna pair it with drinks, then this is good enough. No need for extra tasty. Given that this marlin is already boneless and super tender! (Note tuna is tougher)

128204 Baked Oyster @235PhP
I think i have tasted better oysters, but i find this okay.

128204 Gambas al Ajillo @275PhP
What’s here are spicy gambas over fried shoestring potatoes, the thing is the potatoes stood out more than the gambas. 128517
And i like the shrimp served in the nasi goreng and seafood curry.

128204 Crispy Pata @500++PhP
Promo alert! Grab this crispy pata to go for only 395PhP!!

128204 Thai Style Tapioca @95PhP
This is like ginataan.

128204128525 Mango Oatmeal Crumble @100PhP
I like the mango ref cake taste palette blended with oats! For those who like ref cakes, try this one!

Tony’s also got party packages, if you need a place good for 100? 200? or even 300 pax, try it here!! Their assisted buffet per pax starts as low as 350PhP!

Good for parties indeed, because they got a huge side yard for parking.

Tony’s Bar & Grill have been a staple for more than a decade and it has been a go-to place by nearby residents. They started with Filipino dishes and now inspired by the different tastes of Asian cuisine.

It’s not only a restaurant but it’s also an event places. That can cater from 30 people to 200 people that also includes affordable and mouthwatering meals.

They finished renovating their function rooms and they are planning to renovate the restaurant in the mere future.

Main course:
Nasi Goreng (Php 195) their best seller and it’s a complete meal in itself. It was full-flavored dish too.
Mixed Seafood in Buko Shell (Php 295) it was a bit difficult to dig in the buko shell maybe if it was cut in half it would have been easier. Coconut meat and the curry sauce was a great combination too.
Sizzling Sisig Original (Php 180) topped with mayonnaise which made it sweet and savory.
Tilapia Fillet in Honey Mustard (Php 255) another surprising flavor. Honey mustard and fish? Man! It was a delicious combo.
Sinuglaw (Php 270) one of my favorites. It was tangy and sour. Kulang na lang beer.
Baked Oyster (Php 235) huge oysters, yum!
Grilled Blue Marlin (Php 125 for 100g) it was soft but needed more seasoning
Gambas Al Ajillo (Php 275) the shrimp lacked flavor. I’m used to gambas dishes with a lot of spices to give that gambas kick.

Crispy Pata is currently offering a promo from Php 550 to Php 395 until supplies last. It was soft and tender. The skin was not to tough to eat.

Newest dish:
Fish Fillet in Vermicelli - it was light and healthy. It was a great meal starter.

Desserts:
Thai Style Tapioca (Php 95) I love tapioca so this is a winner for me. I’m thinking about it now. 128523
Mango Oatmeal Crumble (Php 100)

A huge thanks to owner of Tony’s Bar & Grill for a wondering and flavorful feast.

Tony's Bar & Grill is an okay place. They have an outdoor dining as well as an indoor dining which is well-ventilated. When it comes to food, Tony's Bar & Grill offers delicious Filipino dishes which are priced reasonably.

My family and I went there for a quick lunch. Though we ordered simple dishes, we enjoyed every bite. Also if you're bringing a car, no worries because they have a parking space and a security guard.

When I'm looking for someplace to just chill and relax, this is my go to place. The ambiance is just right, and the staff are friendly enough. Price is okey. Love their Tokwa't baboy the most.

The serving size was too small for the price. Nagsama sama pa ang malalakas mamulutan. And the service charge is a WOW 200php!

Pricey. Food was nothing to die for. Service kinda slow but it was a weekend so I guess that's expected. Ran out of san mig lights though so that was a buzz kill.

Place looks good. Perfect for barkada chillinom.

What sucks is that they close at 2AM. Too early for a bar IMO.

The food was just okay though. We got all types of sisig (chicken and pork). We also ordered baked scallops. The cheese of the scallops was just ordinary keso.

Actually, I got really disappointed with their food. I'm giving them 3 stars because I liked the ambiance when we went there.

If you're looking for a "chill" type bar, look for other places.

I went here many times before for lunch and dinner and drinking but that was before when my work was (ironically) even further northbound and it was a luxury to go to this area.

Loved their food and service. They have intriguing dishes and a bit too much variety to believe they'll really specialize in it.

But I enjoyed their Nasi Goreng (for its price), sisig kapampangan (ok, it ain't Aling Lucing kapampangan but I liked it), and calamares. I wish they had a better location cause I liked their food but maybe I've outgrown places like this na. 128556

This place has been standing since late 90's. With its cheap beer, delicious food and very welcoming ambience definitely proves why they are still up until today! They evolved from simple "gimikan" to restaurant-style with banquets. Along Mindanao avenue so you dont have worry for crowded streets and with reasonable space for parking. Lil bonus for those "hygiene-sensitives", they have several cubicled restroom as no need for falling in line with yes! clean, well-maintained and well-ventilated restrooms.

Ice cold beer, cheap at 35per bottle.
Fresh seafood - the squid has the tenderness of a morning catch! You craving for a crunchy sisig? This rivals Demcios :) 5 of us and we were drunk and full to the brim for only 1200pesoses! You gotta try this
