Was told that one section holds the 50% discount, grab some on that section and waited at the long line for like 15 to 20 mins. All items that i grabe are not on discount according to the cashier. Wasted my time here 128544

I always find myself gravitating towards Tous Les Jours everytime the clock strikes 9:30pm.  I can't resist the 50% off deal.  And i am addicted to their wicked ball of carbs with cream cheese filing.

I think i bought 10 of 'em and the flat croissant-ish pastry with almonds is wicked good too.

I guess i have to stay out late to get my hands of them later.

As of this writing I’d been to the place twice. The second time I saw a queue of people waiting outside the store, which reminded me of that one time my friend and I waited at French Baker to avail of their half-price promo. I soon learned that TLJ indeed has a promo, it’s buy one take one on all of their breads, which starts at 8:30 p.m.

Custard cream pastry (Php 38) is the best. It is soft and the custard filling is light and creamy.

Fresh cream bread (Php 48) has thin flakes of almonds on top. I consumed it the day after I bought it, I’m not sure but I think it somehow reduced the quality of the bread.

I love red beans so the Sweet red bean donut (Php 38) won my approval. It is covered with cinnamon and sugar.

My least favorite, Lets twist (cinammon sugar) (Php 18). I just found the cinnamon a little bit too strong for my taste.

A box of fluffy breads from my sweet gfriend... Knowing I haven't tried this yet.. So I'm not sure with the exact names of each & she didn't ask too. Just ask the staff to fill the box up with their house specialties

Everything was delicious, and above all, unique. All the sweet pastries were made with this lighter than air dough that just melts in your mouth & very lightly sweetened enough just the way I like it

Choco moist bread with a line of sweet chocolate creamy film top & bread sprinkled with walnuts chunks makes its really luxurious to taste.

Soboro bread taste like peanut butter made bread with lightly sweet
crumbly nutty toppings & sporadic little chunks of sweet yellow chestnuts. Damn, this is good (sorry for those of you with peanut allergies).

Sweet potato cream bread or custard pan I'm not sure but it's so soft with custard like filling so fluffy u feel the richness of the wheat bun with sweet potato cream custard like filling inside ... lightly, simple yet delicate .

Black sesame rice bread with black sesame cream cheese....flavor was reminiscent of cheesecake, but this one has a creamier and softer interior fill. The black sesame seeds are not just on the surface, it is also mixed in with the cream cheese. The dough gives a nice creamy explosion of flavors in the mouth.

This is the laziest so-called baker in the city although I've tried three times to change my mind. Great looking French bread is pretty much for display purposes only and what you really get is just another purveyor of over-sticky over-processed sweet foods that are overpriced, low on imagination and served by under trained staff. Ok, yep, I'm over it.

The location means suckers will pass by frequently and yet if they stay in business for long Ill be surprised.

Best cheesecake in Manila. Nothing else even comes close. Get the New York one, not the fluffy and light Jap one. Dense, rich, decadent, moist, cheesy, it doesn't get any better than this. Just as good if not better than some of the authentic stuff (Juniors/S&S) from NY. Trust me it's that good.

Not cheap (1300 for about a 6") but it beats buying individual slices for a hundred or so from places like Banapple or Sugarhouse and feeling extremely unsatisfied afterwards. This cake will change your life.

Rest of the stuff at this bakery is decent as well. Fancy packaging. Similar items as you would find in a bakery in Korea/Taiwan.

Flaky. Mmmm. Flaky. Was craving for flaky and this isn't your average dandruff on an old guy, flaky. Was heading out for lunch and passed by Tous les jours. Bought a chocolate waffle, a custard-filled pastry and another cheese filled item. I got soft and a not so creamy filling for the custard. The waffle was hard and I couldn't taste the chocolate. Bleh.

Soft & chewy like it should be. Pop it in the toaster for a flakey treat. I thought at first it was an asado roll but it was some sort of corn-cream filling. Tasty, would have probably spread butter or something else to make it a tastier snack. :)

Got this cute pre-made birthday cake for my not so cute anymore younger brother! I love him and he deserves something special! So i got him this very cute cake around P600, mahal daw according to my friend, but I find it reasonable.

The exterior is made out of chocolate! And ang sarap! It's not too sweet in the inside! A perfect pair for the chocolate exterior! Plus the cake is just so soft, light and fluffy ng texture! it's my first time to eat something like this. :) so happy with my purchase! My brother and friends who helped me suprise him also loved it! :)))

Mocha Cake. On presentation alone, this would have easily gotten 4 stars. The cake came in a green striped box with its own slicer and 4 long colored candles. Unfortunately, it looked so much better than it tasted. I think there was liqueur in the cake which immediately turned me off.

Also, what's with the French name when this is a Korean bakeshop? 128559 I don't get the connection especially since they don't serve purely French pastries.

It's difficult to enter a shop when you can't even pronounce its name. Hee! But for one of my son's monthsary ng kapanganakan, I decided to try their cakes!

The taste I have forgotten, it must be ordinary. As to the presentation, kudos.

Was craving for danish pastries, the nearest place to buy from was tour les jours (pronounced as tu-le-juru from tous les jour's own website, though i initially thought it is too-lay joor), french of "everyday".
Hubby got mango and kiwi. I got really disappointed as both were soggy (made me think they weren't freshly baked) and not flaky. The fruit toppings were sour - not a big deal though but the cream was scarce and the bread was tasteless. Even though it was relatively inexpensive, I still think it was not worth it.
The pastries didn't come close to their posh bake shop and nice packaging with dainty looking paper bags. Too bad, was thinking this could help pick my mood up a bit, but it didnt help beat the blues 128544

We bought this cake because we're fond of Macarons. Hihi But I didnt know that this flavor is mocha. People say that their cakes are delicious plus they're baked in different cute figures but this one didnt reach my expectation maybe I should try more of their cakes.

All I can say is, you must try their BLACK SESAME RICE BREAD with BLACK SESAME CREAM CHEESE!

It is a delight!!! For 48.00 pesos, it is well more than worth-it!

Stopped by Tous Les Jours because I wasn't able to have lunch and we were running on a schedule. Not hungry anyway so I just grabbed a croquette. One of the personnel there recommended the vegetable croquette, saying it tasted the best among the croquettes because it had a mashed potato-like filling. Just for that I immediately thought that this wouldn't exactly be a healthier option. I initially thought he maybe thought I was a vegetarian or something, haha!

Without much thought, I decided to get one of the recommended pastry, forgoing the other interesting variations such as spicy kalbi or beef bulgogi. The bread had a good crust, very crispy. The inside was light and soft. True enough there was some potato puree with red bell pepper and a few peas. I know it doesn't sound so appealing but the flavour was really good! It went well with the perfectly fried dough! Imagine an oilier version of a J.Co donut with a perfect crusting and a savory filling. Well, it isn't really the same, but just for comparison.

On the down side, it was really REALLY oily :( I could probably almost soak a pieace of tissue with the oil from a piece of croquette if I had any. I guess the type of batter soaks up lots of oil, like some churros or bicho-bicho versions.

Still, I'd still probably crave it every so often. Bad, I know :(( Why do fried foods taste so good??

My bf ordered corn bread. It had cream corn inside and parmesan cheese on top. It was pleasant as well. It tasted much healthier than mine though. The bread was a bit drier and tougher than the croquette, but without the comparison it would have been perfectly fine.

Not bad really, I expected much worse from all the negative reviews I've read about the place, but ended up liking it.
