Because we wanted to have the complete Tagaytay experience, we decided to have Bulalo for dinner!

You can sit in their bahay kubo inspired kemerut for a better view of the volcano but when we got here, it was night time and the kubo's were full so what's the point? Haha!

We ordered bulalo, chopseuy and inihaw na liempo.

Maybe I was expecting too much that's why I got so disappointed with their Bulalo. The soup was too salty and the beef had this "panghi" feeling.

I enjoyed the chopseuy more than the Bulalo and that's so sad haha! I liked how fresh the vegetables were that time.

It's a good thing the food wasn't that expensive tho. But I'll definitely not come back here if I crave for Bulalo. Maybe for drinks in their kubo and for a view of Taal but not for their bulalo. 128514🙄128557

Got some visual and gustatory delight in this resto overlooking the famed Taal Lake. Don't expect much from the restos ambience and design it was simple and spartan, but the view was great while dining. 128522

THE VIEW (photo) is Tagaytay's lead over Baguio. I invited some friends and luckily they were all free. They suggested to dine here for Bulalo which I don't really like so I ordered myself BBQ. The food was okay but our view of the lake was picturesque from where we are settled. That's a plus for me so 4STARS instead of 3.

Anlameeeeeg! Open 24 hours. A bit pricier than MM's maybe because the place is more presentable.

Really good bulalo and tawilis. The bulalo soup isn't oily but has a good balance of tendons, meat and marrow. The serving size seems a bit small, but it was filling enough for me. Bigger eaters might need to order more...

The tawilis could have been smaller, but they were crispy enough so no worries there.

Really nice view of the lake at the lower levels.

You'll probably spend P300 per head.
