Literally only has 15 parking slots (counted them myself and confirmed with the staff). Although I inquired to park since we were staying at their conference room for a 4-day seminar, they claimed they were full. I saw afterwards that there were three slots left.
I'm forced to park on the street for Php30 for the first three hours and Php20 for each succeeding.
Considering this is POSSIBLY used by transient foreigners looking for their little taste of the "Manila flavor" (and some communicable diseases), you'd think most don't bring their own cars. Saw a few cabs and Ubers pick them up.
Much like the city it's located in, the facade and facilities are outdated - though there was some effort to modernize them with a facelift. Both the lobby and conference room interior sported newly painted walls with varnished wood highlights and arched ceilings. The former even had a waterfall cascading down the front window. However I could see its age from the room exteriors. The windows were the old, swiveling horizontal glass panels which is trying to replicate the "tropical" allure.
More like a deserted island feel than tropical paradise.
