I've been avoiding this place in fastbytes cos they have this kinda wet mop smell inside their shop. Ugh. But the other night I was on the hunt again for something NOT fast food so I tried this place again.
Was surprised to see they have an extensive menu (rice, pasta, sandwiches etc). I tried the 'chocoholics champorado' (php75, php85 for take out). Server said it'll take about 5mins so I went around the tiangge first.
Food was ready when I came back, they even included a small container of milk ü
It was pretty good! Not too sweet and you can really taste the dark chocolate.
Now only if they can take care of that smell 128513

I absolutely love their Tsokolate, although I hope they would put more cream or milk in it. Despite this, their chocolate drinks are quite legit.

Their pastas are admittedly better than their rice entrees. I had the Coco Liempo and I was expecting the pork to be fried like how it's shown on the menu. But I got the boiled (err, braised?) version of the dish. Good thing the flavors were quite right.

The saving grace of my meal was dessert. I got something new on their repertoire, a mango-chocolate-cream-wafer (?) creation that would remind tou of Conti's Mango Bravo with a single bite. It was divine! Glad to know I can get a great treat near my office.

This was the only place we found that's open 24HRS and less call center agents eating. We wanted to depart from the crowd so went in still, though customer-less restaus signify bad food. 128513

We ordered Creamy Pesto with Malunggay, Coco Liempo and Choco Loco.

Coco Liempo was the first to hit our table. It was Liempo served with Coconut Cream (ata?) suffused with minced chili. I actually liked it as the meat was cooked well and the mix of Coconut Cream (ata?) and minced Chili was distinctive.

Pesto is a favorite of mine if we are talking "Pastas" kahit sabi ng iba lasang damo daw. Their tale of Creamy Pesto with Malunggay was okay. I still like ä Veneto's Nut pesto with Chicken.

I liked their Choco Loco. It was velvety and not too sweet or bitter-ish since you can still taste the the Chocolate Tablea they used.
