Uke box is a hip hawaiian-inspired cafe found in libis, quezon city. They launched a completely new menu this week that includes hawaiian favourites like spam, pinapple, and coconut-based dishes.

I was able to try the salted-egg chips, spicy hawaiian ribs, spam fries, and garlic soup. Most of the dishes were hearty, and had good flavours. My favourite was the spicy ribs dish. The ribs were really really tender and smothered with a sweet barbeque sauce with a kick. The salted egg chips were a little heavy, but totally addicting. Garlic lovers would love the strong but balanced flavours of the smashed garlic soup.

This place not only has good food, but they offer ukelele rental and lessons for a minimal fee. Ukeleles are also on sale, and priced between 1500-3000.

The ambiance is pretty cool. Aside from having regular tables, they have double-deck bunks with bean bags where you can have their specialty coffee from around the phils.

Uke box is definitely a must-see if you're in the area.

Great ambience (bright and colorful, cushions on the floor) if you're in the mood for that.

We had the tuna marinara pasta (normal) and Mt. Matutum (good). Overall the experience was pretty meh, didn't do it for me.

My favorite place in the world (next to our house of course hahaha). Ukebox Caffè a place for relaxation, coffee and music. You will never doubt going here. Mesmerizing ukuleles displayed on walls. Colorful ukuleles which are very cute. Relaxing ambiance with views of summer. It's always summer at Ukebox Caffe even if its raining hard outside. Taste different kinds of coffee from different moutains/places in the Philippines. Sagada, Mt. Atok, Mt. Matutum, and Kitanglad. Try their all day breakfast with free coffee or iced tea. Tasty fried rice with viands that will surely catch your tastebuds' attention. Love taking selfies? Well they the interiors of UkeBox Caffè which is great for your selfie background plus they can print that selfie on your blended drink! Edible ink, safe to consume and nice to look at. The feeling of drinking and seeing your selfie on a cup of cold drink gives you that narcissism feels. Play the ukulele for 1hour for just Php 100.00. Or better yet learn to play the ukulele in their free ukulele workshops every Saturdays and Sundays. Where a friendly teacher will help you learn to strum a ukulele. Meet new people every Friday and Saturday nights where they have an open mic. Jam and play with strangers turned acquintances or maybe turned into friends in the future. Ukebox Caffè is a place to socialize on the weekends and a place for quiet time on the weekdays. A place where introverts, extroverts and ambiverts can enjoy. #henrysinstaxgiveaway

Hihihi. Ganda ng concept kasi pwede ka rin humiram ng ukelele sa kanila. I dunno if tuturuan ka rin nila. :)

I believe this is the only cafe that I know that sells SELFIE COFFEE for 220php. You just have to send them a screenshot of your desired photo then wait for them to create your chosen drink along with the photo. I liked how they did it though it's not something that I would rave about when I get to visit again. The place is cozy & what's interesting they have vast selections of ukuleles to look at. They sell some of it as well. If you'd like to check this out, it's in Libis going C-5 South route, adjacent to MDC bldg & in front of Eastwest bank.

It's a nice little cafe in one of the buildings along Libis (Southbound side). Try to go slow as you drive by coz you might miss it. It's on the 2nd floor.
We went there on Sunday lunch. There were no other customers so the crew accommodated us immediately. The place is bright, with wooden furnitures and colorful ukuleles on the walls. I like the look & feel.
We ordered the rice meals. The viand I got was the Longganisa & it was really good but the rice looked half a cup only, like it was as small as the rice you get at fast food restos. The coffee that comes with the meal is really good. We also got a strawberry iced tea, which is also good as it seemed to have strawberry bits & had that tart taste. We loved the ferrero cake!
I think the restos strength is with the drinks & desserts. Will try pasta or sandwich next time.
Giving it a "Liked" since it's not easily accessible & the rice was small.
Just a side note, they have ukulele classes for kids.

Uke Box Caffe is a hidden gem along C5 Libis Road, giving it a really cool speakeasy vibe.

The cafeteria itself is fairly small but I'm pretty impressed by how the owners managed to turn this tiny space into a beautiful Ukulele Paradise. The inside of the cafe was nicely decorated with colorful, locally made Ukuleles. The ambient lighting gives the restaurant a warm and romantic feel, but it's a great place for any occasion.

At this cute cafe, you can enjoy a proper coffee service tailored especially for you. Yes, you heard me right. Uke Box Caffee brings the #SelfieCoffee. Send them your selfie/photo and they print it on top of your latte. This brings narcissism to a whole new level. :)

I recommend getting a cold drink if you want the picture to last on the foam longer. There are plenty of coffee flavors to choose from and there are also non-caffeine drink flavors like the Matcha Green Tea, Strawberry Banana, and Dark Chocolate. A bit disappointed that the Selfie Coffees came in cheap-looking plastic cups like the ones used for Bubble Teas. Nevertheless, it did not affect the overall coffee experience and I greatly enjoyed my cup of Java Chip Selfie Coffee. I also like the fact that they are using locally grown coffee beans such as the Sagada, Mt. Atok, Mt. Matutum, and Mt. Kitanglad.

Light bites such as sandwiches and cake slices are available. Our group can't stop raving about the Monte Cristo Sandwich! Imagine, perfectly done French toast, warm, semi-melted cheese, and slices of ham in between then finished off with sprinkles of caster (icing) sugar... It's the stuff dreams are made of. So, so good! A bit pricey for P250, but I guarantee that you will get your money's worth.

The Carbonara was amazing. The portion looks a bit smaller but it's extremely creamy and filling. The Aglio Olio Pasta was also good. The noodles were perfectly cooked (al dente) and it had fresh tomatoes, parsley, basil, and parmigiano. The flavors were so bright and herbaceous enough to stimulate anyone's palate.

Uke Box Caffe reminds us that eating out doesn't have to be an average experience. This cafe is perfect for music and coffee enthusiasts and offers all the kitchy goodness you can handle, and you won't need to listen to a bit of whining while you wait! The Ukes, the beach-inspired wallpapers, the bunk beds, the coffee, the music playing--everything and the whole experience made me feel like I wasn't in a busy city.

Overall, the experience was wonderful, service was good, most of the plates were excellent and the price wasn't too bad. Be sure to check this place out when you are in the area!

Cheers
Mickey

Forgot to take a photo before I finished.
I just had a cup of Sagada brew that has me wanting another cup not for the caffeine but for the enchanting taste. In a world with speed-service coffee, it's a pleasure to again have a perfect cup.
Well brewed, Uke Box. Well brewed.

Sit back. Relax. Dine and play the Ukelele127928127928127928

Another unique concept of cafe in the metro. UKE BOX CAFFE! I heard so much of this place. I always wanted to go here but doesn't know where exactly in Libis.

UKEBOXCAFFE is located at Unit 12 187 Village Center Brgy Bagumbayan Libis QC. To give you tip it's near Loft Details.

Open Monday-Saturday 9:00am to 10:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm - 9:00pm

The place is at the second floor of the building and I suggest you go here early to avoid crowded people. We were the first customer that day. I was able to enjoy taking pictures of their ukeleles127928127928127928 That is the highlight of their cafe aside from its good food your paying with the good ambiance.

They have couches there and we were able to sit comfortably while waiting for the food. We got carbonara which is good for sharing, cafe mocha for hubby, mine was a real taste of sagad coffee9749️ and banana Nutella cake for dessert.

They have wifi and an open mic at weekend night 127908 You'll fall in love with this place. A cafe that will make you relax and enjoy

Fast service and prices are affordable

Loved the interior of this place! One side was adorned with different ukuleles and the opposite side was a beach-themed seating with big comfy pillows where you can sit and enjoy your order. I liked how they maximize the space by designing a bunk style dining area ideal for a group of 4-5 persons. This gave a relaxing and laid-back vibe which we got to experience.

They mostly serve light meals like cakes, pastas, sandwiches, frappes, and coffees. We ordered their ferrero cake, tiramisu cake, black forest frappe, hot cappucino, and aglio olio pasta. The ferrero cake was a winner. Very rich chocolate cake with ferrero chocolate filling. The tiramisu though was a miss. Didn't like it much. Black forest frappe was good as it looks! I also enjoyed aglio olio. Pasta was al dente and not too oily with olive oil.

Will surely go back here again. Food is good, ambiance and music are cool, and prices are pocket-friendly!128521
