I had such a bad experience two years back that I shied away to any invite to eat here. That also includes telling people to avoid it as well. Shakey’s was full and the kids wanted pizza. I had no choice.

So we got two Brick Oven Panizzas. It’s the rolled up pizza with greens and tomatoes. A novelty in Italian restaurant circles. I think they own this variation with a number of their stores around. Not many also has adopted it. I am glad however that this time around, it had more toppings.

We got Uncle Cheffy Favorite. It has oven dried tomatoes, mushroom garlic, onions, anchovies, chili flakes and three types of cheese. This one is a safe pick and perfect for pescatarians. I love the mixture of fresh and sweet tomatoes paired with the distinct taste of its mushroom.

Seafood Lovers had a nice array of sea creatures. You have the usual shrimps. Uncommon ones in your usual pizza includes salmon, squid and clams. It was wonderfully combined with herbs and more cheese.

We ordered three pastas. They all look the same but they do have different traits. The Seafood Marinara was really kicking with flavors, Arrabiata had nice simplicity and value at Php 130 while Fettuccini with Chicken Fillet had delicious tomato and olives complimented by well seasoned chicken strips.

Baked Chicken however was a big miss. Without its gravy or sauce it was one dead meat. It’s a bit tough and mostly grease taste. I would recommend that you pass this for their great meat selections.

Attentive servers. Love it. And I've always loved Uncle Cheffy's.

All meat sampler dish + plain rice for Php 1,000. It's actually good for 3-4 persons already so good try.

My friends and I decided to eat here, our "pagpag" place for that night...

We decided to stay outside but it was hot and humid... We ordered their set meal of ribs and panizza... I don't know why I didn't enjoy it as much as I used to... I enjoyed the company more9786

The serving of pasta was huge. Waiter said that it can be for 2, but I think it can even be for three.
The only thing that I didn't like about the place was the ambience. Place wasn't so clean unlike the one at Eastwood. It can also get pretty noisy here especially if there's a performance outside (Eton Centris open area). And ugh, there's a huge fly inside the restaurant. 128528

Craved for Italian inspired resto, i tried for the first time Uncle Cheffy at Centris Walk, Quezon City. Well, i have no choice that day because i arrived there at the middle of the night, good thing there were few establishments open 24/7. I ordered of course Salad, Italian Pasta and their best seller thin crust pizza. The Tessie Tomas Salad was the first dish to serve. Well, the presentation is quite nice based on the picture attached to this review however i did not entirely enjoy it since the veggies were quite have a bland taste. This was ten followed by serving an Italian Pasta (Chicken Fillet with Tomato based Pasta). Luckily, this dish diverted my attention. I seriously loved the sauce used in the pasta dish plus with all the condiments, it was indeed almost perfect in ny palate. Pizza however lacks my expectation, almosf a dough with few toppings. The base is quite crunchy due to its way of cooking but still no use of course because toppings were quite limited. I almost wasted my money on it. Got disappointed though.

Uncle Cheffy's Favorite pizza is perfect for forgetting the world for a second to get lost in the loving arms of perfectly blended three cheese, basil, tomatoes, and onions. Definitely a must-try!

More steak. My friend and i ordered the fish barbecue (different kinds of grilled fish served with two sauces-- garlic and some sweet teriyaki) and the beef baby back ribs served with three different sauces.

Yummy!!! The baby back ribs had a sweet and mildly spicy flavor, and the teriyaki sauce went really well with the fish.

My friend, the ultimate Mr. Rockefeller fan, totally loved the food here. And for a cheaper price at that! We paired off our meat and fish with the brown rice pilaf-- good combo, although the potatoes that come with the viand were also good as a side dish.

I honesty thought that Uncle Cheffy only served good pizza, but now, am definitely coming back for some steak session after a hard day's work at the gym ;D

This was actually my second time to eat at Uncle Chefy but by this time I was kinda disappointed. The Uncle Chefy pizza like Dear Darla was kinda dry. The lettuce served was a not even fresh. Kurt didn't also like the taste of Spaghetti Alejandro. The service was also mabagal like we waited for several minutes just to request for parmesan cheese. Basta! I think we both felt the 'busog' not because of their food but because of the water we drank.

The only food I should recommend is their raw Oyster in lemon juice 128588 (not in the picture)

Love Uncle Cheffy's! Their Cheese, Cheese, Cheese panizza is a real winner for me =) I love food that you can eat with your hands, so this interactive panizza roll-up is some thing I always enjoy... Dyahe naman to start eating without utensils in fine dining restos, so when the opportunity presents itself, I go with it=)) seen here is their ribs, also really good and tender! =)
