Service was terrible. We had a group of 10 and considering the amount of food we ordered they didnt even think of giving us water until we asked. Maybe because they had a buffet service at the same time but there wasnt even a lot of people. And two from our group availed of their buffet. They were slow and the some of the servers seemed like they didnt know what they're supposed to do. Food was okay. The serving for the medium soup was super big good for 7 when they say its good for 2/3. Beef medallion was a fail! I expected to much from it cause the photo was so appetising. 128530128078

We shouldn't throw the word "love" like it's just any other word.

Loooved everything! I cannot remember the last time I was in a food coma–or I think I went straight up to heaven already!

We couldn't stop talking about how good the food was while eating. Everybody MUST try the brick-oven panizza-seafood lovers. Fans of Yellow Cab's Dear Darla, come over to the dark side. This is heaven on earth!

We also had baked salmon, ribs adobado–SOLID, and sinigang na bacon. Bacon slabs and sinigang, aren't you on panic mode already?

Love is such a perfect word.

My family and I had a quick rendezvous to Nuvali it was pretty late we wanted to eat something light so we head on over to this place to eat their panizzas. We had the uncle cheffy favorite and the east meets west. We also had an order of their baked oysters. It was yummy, reasonable prices, good service!! Have to go back to try their meats and such.

The chocolate parfait was delicious, as well as the creme brûlée. Our buffet had tuna and roast beef. We had very good food indeed.

I discovered my love for Panizza at Uncle Cheffy.

It's so fun and delicious to eat. Roll the pizza with lettuce, tomato and alfalfa sprouts.

After which, take a big bite and savor the scrumptious toppings.

It's so great! 128521

P500 for the large one, it's priced okay.

**FOR MEAT LOVERS ONLY. WELL, MOSTLY.**

Uncle Cheffy's famous for their barbecues. Whenever we go here, we always choose between their all-meat or surf and turf platter. Any of the two will surely satisfy the whole company. They serve it with four kinds of sauces so they got all of the peepz in your table covered. Meat that's nearly falling off the bone, pork with the satisfying fat in it, tasty lamb, and of course, the typical chicken, they all have it.

They also have panizzas that closely resembles Yello Cab's Dear Darla pizza, but with different toppings. Yes, you also get the chance to roll your all-meat panizza with lots of arugula sprouts.

If you like noodles, try their Tiuey Noodles. Can't describe it much now since it has been a while since we last ordered it, but this one I remember, satisfied my tongue too. We ordered this twice, I believe.

And of course, for dessert, the dish we never fail to order everytime we dine here is their Chocolate Roulade (the one in the picture). You just have to order one when you get the chance to eat in any UCs around the metro. You will get it when you taste it.

Will I come back? Definitely. But this isn't the resto that you will look coming back for within two weeks time. Maybe in a month? Or two?

The flavor of their pizza, together with the concoction of alfalfa sprouts, lettuce & tomatoes made every bite very delicious!

Our initial order was: seafood panizza, salad, spaghetti alejandro and memphis bbq. That would have set us back at about PHP1000 or so. I continued to check on the menu to check for other stuff we might want to try the next time we visit. I saw that they had budget meals which for me was a better deal because we could try different things in smaller servings. We called back the waiter and changed our orders. We got these instead:

Seafood panizza
Memphis bbq meal = memphis bbq + spaghetti alejandro + rice + brownie PHP170
Pork ribs meal = pork ribs + rice PHP120

Now here's my review...

The place was really clean and nice and the service was superior. The waiters were so attentive that when my water went half-way, someone would be there to refill my glass. (Half-full or half-empty? LOL) For me that's good service because the water isn't something I'll be paying for. I wonder how it would be had there been more than 2 tables to attend to.

The food:

Memphis bbq tasted like baked beans with a smokey feel.
Pork ribs was OK but the meat was on the tough side. Would've liked it if it was tender and fell off the bone.
Panizza was good but there were like 8pcs of tiny shrimp max, 2pcs of squid, etc. anyway, just check out the pic hehe.
The spaghetti alejandro which looked so good on the menu and had a very nice description "spanish inspired pasta with tomato sauce, smoked chorizo, pimientos, and edam cheese" tasted like ta-dah... Jollibee spaghetti. I'm so glad we just got this as a part of the budget meal to taste this. I would've been really disappointed to pay for the regular order which was about PHP300-400 and get that. Could be OK for others but I'm really not a fan of sweet spaghetti. Plus if you liked that kind of spaghetti, you would be better off getting it at jollibee (may hotdog pa! Haha)
The brownie that came w/ one of the meals was good, chewy, moist, not too sweet and really chocolate-y.

Everything was OK but my problem here is this, if I wanted bbq ribs, i'd just get it from chubby's which is just a couple of meters away. If i wanted brick oven pizza, there's a really good italian resto in tagaytay. If i wanted sweet spaghetti i'd get it from jollibee. BUUUUUUUT... since our bill was only PHP550 i think we got the best value for our money, it beats eating fast-food because the food + service is better. Had we paid about PHP1500, the food wouldn't be sulit for me because we'd be better off ordering the same stuff at some other place.
