Fast service. Lots of toppings to choose from. Very affordable. Moist and not too sweet. 128077128077

Light as a feather. They even give you instructions on storing and serving their cheesecake. I love it warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds to make the cheesecake a melt in your mouth experience. Bliss!

What can I say about this cheesecake? I actually forgot to post a review since nothing was special about this.

Few months ago, hubby and I were in MOA when I saw Uncle Tetsu full of curious peeps. Just out of curiosity, I tried their small round cheesecake for 99 pesos thinking that it was that good. I was deceived! Nothing was special about this cheesecake. Yes, it was fluffy but you really have to try your very best so you can trace the creaminess of it. Ending - I took 2-3 bites and let hubby finish the rest.

The cheesecake really has the melt in your mouth effect. No need to chew 128516 It's so fluffy that you can eat it in one seating. 128077 Pricey but worth the money.

Got one whole for takeaway. Passed the creaminess and moistness requirement but definitely needs more flavor.

I finally managed to try the famous Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake! I got a slice of the original/classic cheesecake (php70) which was just perfection. Light, fluffy, melt in your mouth goodness - just the way it was supposed to be. You can even add toppings to your cheesecake but I opted to get mine plain so that I could savour it in all its original glory. :)

All that said though, I would rather go back to Green Cheese at Hole in the Wall in Century City Mall - it's cheaper (only php50 for a slice), just as fluffy, and tastes cheesier than Uncle Tetsu.
