This place was just lovely! 128523 Ambiance is cozy, nice place to read, but I might find it hard to study here cause of the coziness hehe

The coffee was good too. I had a "frozen" drink, but it's really just blended hehe the United Coffeeccino they call it.

My boyfriend enjoyed his Hot Flat White too, but he found the smores pie hard to eat cause of the marshmallows haha

Need more comfy neighborhood cafes like this!!! 128077

Finally! After weeks of being deprived with dessert i finally had a perfect excuse to eat some! 128523 and it involves spoiling my brother 128517

I took the advantage of ordering two of the most appealing slices of cakes i saw in their display, well actually they're all appealing but since i have to consider the calories and carbs i just had to narrow it down to two

Smores pie
This is their best seller since this pie made united coffee famous, well it does not disappoint given it's reputation as one of the best rendition of smores, graham base was intact and did not taste buttery which is a plus for me, brownie was so fudgy and had a rich cocoa bitter-sweet taste topped with slightly burnt mallows that literally binds everything. I'm willing to run a full marathon just to have a slice of this 128523

Blueberry cheesecake
I've already found the perfect cheesecake and so i really have high standards and tend to be easily disappointed when it doesn't reach even half of my expectations but this one is quite good, not as much as my ideal but i can consider it as third best 128077🏻

For the coffee I tried their Affogato as not all coffee shops have it on their menu, two of my favorite things combined, the perfect harmony of bitter and sweet, the contrasting cold-hot feel in your mouth that you tend to mix it together to balance the temperature, and the creaminess that breaks the strong taste of coffee makes it a perfect way to end a meal, you won't have a hard time deciding whether to have coffee or dessert after a savory meal.

The place on the otherhand is designed for both the busy and the bum 128513 sockets are available at every table, chairs are comfy, some have pillows. This may be my go-to place whenever i need a place to work

I stand by my belief that this is a "minnie food crawl"128522 We are quite full and we all agreed that coffee place nearby will be a nice idea. The same area where Diner on 16th is located (dunno the name of this food compound, but I was so happy to be here) just few walks and stairs to climb, we found United Coffee Ph.

Just like the other food place in the location, its like in a trailer van. Nice interiors conducive for hang out, reading books, catching up with friends. And nice lighting for picture taking☑️

The place has wide range of coffee (they brew local coffee too), they have iced coffee, smoothies, hot drinks, pastries, and pasta.

With the scorching heat of the sun, I prefer. To order Cafe Mocha (P160), served in a standard size cup. I find it a bit pricey, but its good and refreshing (its one of their best sellers). I enjoyed the bitter sweet blend 10084

My two buddies : Yna had hot matcha while Christine had mango smoothie. Which is also good 128077🏼

Now for our last Kapitolyo stop #2

United Coffee PH was located at the Second Floor, 16 United Street, Kapitolyo, Pasig City. It made me curious when we passed by here because we had our lunch at Diner on 16th, The place is nice and quiet, good for us to chat. we opted to look for it. And thanks to the shop’s signage, finding it was a breeze 128518128077🏻

I order Matcha Green Tea Latte (Php130) * it was creamy matcha, not totally sweets and I loved it #MatchaLover 128523128523128523

After out tattoo session at Mandaluyong, we decided to visit Kapitolyo to have late lunch. I have always been curious about the restaurants behind Nav and Longganisa Sorpresa. And there are A LOT of hidden gems there, I must say.

Tried out United Coffee first because of the good reviews I read about it. I ordered their bestseller, the Espresso + Milk + Mocha(P160). It was good. Sweet, but you can still taste the strong espresso shot in it. I also ordered the Classic BLT(P195). It was kinda small but the bacon was sooo tasty. It had just the right amount of saltiness. 128076🏻 It had a few chips as well!

For dessert we got the Brownie S'mores Pie(P110). Although I really like s'mores, I was already full so I wasn't able to eat as much as my tastebuds wanted to. Lol.

Overall, it's a good place to hangout wih friends. Can accomodate around 30-40 people I think. I shall return to try out other places here. 128077🏻128077🏻

"There is something in the nature of tea that leads us into a world of quiet contemplation."

On rainy days, best way to chill is to have a cup of tea on a cozy place like United Coffee.

We were looking for Milky and Sunny here in Kapitolyo. Apparently, they transferred to Marikina. 128532

Good thing I heard that United Coffee has its Cozy place so we went straight here. Its a bit sketchy to reach the place coz its sooo maloob. Lol

We ordered Carbonara, Brownie S'mores Pie and Frozen Matcha. Kinda pricey-ish but worth it. 128149

We'll definitely come back here.

Now for our last Kapitolyo stop, simply because the establishments in the area were getting ready to close, we decided to go for a nice and quiet place to chat. The coffee shop in the Nav compound made me curious and after our meal at Diner on 16th, we opted to look for it. And thanks to the shop’s signage, finding it was a breeze. But the climb up wasn’t due to my aching knees. >.<

Hello, United Coffee.

There were only two other tables occupied when we arrived. The interiors reminded me of a humbler Yardstick—warm and cozy. We settled in one of the window seats.

The place is still on its soft opening, having opened its doors last December. Menu is not very extensive but since I was already full and slightly sleepy, none appealed to me. The friendly server suggested their bestseller, Espresso + Milk + Mocha (PHP160) and as a sucker for bestsellers, I gave it a try. I wanted to try the S’mores cake but I just do not have space for it anymore. 128555

I got my glass of hot mocha in less than 10 minutes and it was just enough time for me to take photos of the place.

It was love at first sip. The mix of espresso, milk and mocha delighted my taste buds and awakened my spirits. (Okay, more of my appetite.) It was sweet but not to the point that will make you question if they really added espresso in the drink. Though faint, the espresso’s taste lingers. I read from some reviews that this place gets its drinks from EDSA BDG. But since I’ve never been to that hipster café, I have no clue. All I know is that this place serves good coffee.

I’ll definitely be back to try the pastries and try the other drinks. 128513

There was definitely a lot of attention put into detail in this cafe - from the window pockets seats to the coffee related wall art. I believe they get their coffee from EDSABDG too. As much as I would love to keep them obscure to the world, if I want them to stick around, I have to do my bit in helping them get some awareness. Patronize the independent local shops vs the giants
