We stopped in on a Sunday and the lady server could not hide her disdain for our presence. Slow to service, clear annoyed facial reactions upon orders and follow ups. Not a single smile. We got our own water cuz she was busy. we felt unwelcome. we changed our minds about ordering food. We wanted to take our money elsewhere.
Second the place has a lot of character, yes, but also could use some sprucing up and a general cleaning. The fans were broken and it was a particularly sweltering summer day. Wall decors (and there were alot) super dusty, electric fans also dusty and tables on the sticky side. We could have forgiven this second point had we gotten a better server.
Skip this place. Save your money and calories and go elsewhere.

If it wasn't for that gorgeous view, I would have disliked this place.
Stopped over for lunch on Friday; and I just ordered their Caesar Salad. Looking at their menu, I think the food there are mostly for sharing. But since I was third wheelin' on this weekend trip, and my couple friend ordered a clubhouse sandwich for themselves, just opted for salad, which I thought was a good pair with their sandwich (in case they wanted to share their food to me as well, hihi).
Serving was big, really good for sharing. Or not. But only if it tasted lusciously, and looked heavenly. The lettuce, though crisp, were pale. There were chunks (and i mean, chunks!) of croutons, shredded chicken, and bacon (or was that thin pork bits?) The salad dressing was too thick that I was not able to artfully pour it on the salad itself. Generally, it just tasted so sad. Same goes with the clubhouse sandwich.
Paid for around 280php (including service charge) for the salad. Good thing I was feeling a bit full, I just finished all those pale green leaves. Staff were friendly too, and was helpful especially when I was looking for socket/s where I can recharge my phone. Not really recommending this for a stopover place when traveling up north!
