VIET FOOD! 128155128155 After LA's, we went here for lunch. I forgot how we decided to go here instead of the banh mi place but no regrets because we liked and enjoyed our lunch here. 128077🏼

PLACE: Place is very simple. Kind of weird. Since it's Monday, even though it's lunch time, we were the only customers. It's quiet and kinda sad.

FRESH SPRING ROLLS. Too big that it was too hard to eat/bite.. also there were too much lettuce and noodles inside and too little/few pork and shrimp. 128528

FRIED SPRING ROLLS. AHHH!! So gooood! Perfectly fried spring rolls served with lettuce, fresh cucumber, noodles, and a really yummy vinegar something dip. We enjoyed this so much that we ordered another one right after! 🤗 Btw, you can ask for more lettuce and noodles for free. 128521

BEEF PHO. Another good dish. Loved how flavorful the soup was. No need to add hoisin or sriracha since it was already good on its own. Generous amount of tender beef slices, as well. 💯

BANH MI. Banh MEH. I don't think this is the traditional banh mi. I was expecting a strong/thick liver pate taste but I couldn't taste any. No hoisin and mayo, too. The bbq meat was good though. Tasty. Bread was so so. Not crunchy and was kind of too thick.

SERVICE: Service was just okay. Kind of slow but not the annoying/irritating type.

Still giving 4 stars because the BEEF PHO and FRIED SPRING ROLLS were both really good. Skip the fresh spring rolls and banh mi. 128521

I notice a vietnamese restaurant near the jeepney terminal mainly at C Point. So me and my Boyfriend try some vietnamese cuisine. We order Bahn Mi and Cold Vietnamese Coffee. The Bahn Mi cost 125 pesos and the cold coffee cost 75 pesos. That day we went at viet garden for lunch. The Banh mi is great, we order chicken Banh mi. But we almost waited 30 minutes for the vietnamese coffee. We thought they forgot our order so we done follow ups. But we notice that the table near us was serve first with vietnamese coffee than us. So we tried to cancel the order but apparently we can't. The coffee is good like a legit vietnamese coffee I tried at Ho Chi Minh with traditional tin can drip, but my boyfriend haven't enjoy the coffee because of the poor service. Maybe next time they should do first come first serve service.
