Had my haircut again last week. Look for ROBERT ATieNZA. He has been cutting my hair since like in 2005 when he was still working for another good salon. He has good experience with customers and gives good advices on hairstyles. Highly recommended.

Since Bench Fix was full, my aunt decided that we'd have our hair trimmed at Vivere. We were catching a movie so we were kind of in a hurry 128517

I don't think words are enough to express how awful my experience was at this salon. It was my first time and I've heard great reviews about Vivere so this was a huge disappointment. Warning: this is a long post.

Let me start with the shampooing of the hair. First of all, the attendant was not able to shampoo all of my hair; she was not able to wet the bottom part of my head and still tried to use the foam to shampoo it which was not effective at all. There was also that "ngawit" factor. The head is naturally heavy and the least she could do was guide my head up, not hold my head for a second and expect me to just sit up straightaway with my hair wet.

Next was when they were blowdrying my hair. The air was so hot that it felt like it scorched my right ear and the middle part of my scalp. It was so painful that I couldn't help but wince. Seriously, are they trying to mimic the heat of the sun?? After she blowdried my hair, I tried to fix it tapos medyo napaso ako. It was THAT hot.

And lastly, both the blowdryer girl and hair stylist asked who shampooed my hair (at different times). When I answered, they were like, okay. Then, they talked to each other in a dialect I don't understand. Seems fishy to me.

Still, the outcome of my haircut looked awful. I said 2 inches and he cut like 5 inches off my hair. My hair lay flat and limp against my head while some strands were standing straight up on my head. This is just... 128547

I think I might not ever return to this place again. Horrible.

P.S. Sorry for the rant. 128517
