This isn't really a part of the Sabtang tour. If you want to go here and spend a night, you should tell your tour guide and request for it.
It's actually a cattle ranch owned by the Sabtang Cattle Owners Association. There's a house built for caretakers so they have a bathroom and water supply. But we brought our own water supply just to be safe. We didn't sleep in the house either since we opted to sleep in the open "kubos". They have one solar polar so there's a light a night.
Funny thing, we didn't get to see cows while on an island intended for free grazing cows. The dog shooed them away when we went to the place where they usually eat.
There's also a cogon reserve here. According to Kuya Rudy, this is where the people of Sabtang get their cogon for the houses.
During fiesta, they would get cows and slaughter it for the feast.
Oh, the ride going to Ivuhus would be a faluwa, but a smaller version. 1000php per boat, one-way. Your tour guide will arrange for the transfers. Bring your own food, cooked or otherwise.
