A healthier way Sushi place can be the first of its kind here. They use organic, free range and even brown rice instead of Japanese white rice for sushi. It’s definitely a welcome thing.

Their wasabi is on the light side. I guess this is to appeal to a bigger audience. I suggest adding water with kikoman to maximize the wasabi taste and not too salty.

The best one we’ve tried is the Spicy Seared Salmon Sashimi. Wait that’s 4s. Anyway the combination is heaven in your mouth. The Japanese mayo is not dominant so that’s a preference for me.

Another great pick is the Soy Chicken Brown Rice Sushi. Although the rice is as tougher, I didn’t mind because the well flavored chicken that matched well with it.

The Edemame was well prepared as the beans inside come out real fast. The Gyoza’s though small were filled with goodness.

I guess the next thing is to do a create your own sushi? I’d love to have the Soy Chicken or Chicken Teriyaki with Avocado, Carrots and maybe Edemame?

We stumbled upon their promo usually available during closing time. Just buy their warrior pack (350Php) and get free sushi. We got fresh salmon and avocado.

All of this for P250? It's not that bad. When I'm looking for a light lunch or heavy snack I always head to Wasabi Warriors and get the Salmon and Avocado Roll in Brown Rice for P150.

Ordered the Salmon & Avocado roll (PhP150). Considering the serving size, I was hesitant to order at first. It was too small for its price. But after tasting it, medyo sulit naman. The Salmon tastes fresh - probably the only place I've had good salmon roll in Manila. It doesn't taste frozen at all!

I ordered their Tuna Mayo and Avocado in black rice. While I didn't get to taste any hint of avocado, I still found the maki satisfying. I do get that maki craving once in a while and my only options before were getting maki ala carte in Japanese restos. That means I have to shell at least P200 just to satisfu my maki cravings and the serving would be too much for me.

Wasabi Warrior's maki at P120 is just fair enough for its serving size. Another good thing is that the price is the same whether you get the white rice variant or the brown or black rice ones. Some restos would jack up the price when they use healthier options.

Not your usual maki roll place. I personally don't like wasabi but their wasabi mayo is likeable.
Ordered: Pork Katsu and Avocado roll / Spicy Tuna roll
Verdict: new and unique taste plus filling.
4-stars for now will come back for more lol

Tried one roll, the katsu roll if I can remember correctly.
And guess what, I NOW LIVE FOR IT.

I am a Japanese food junkie and sushis and makis are my weaknesses. I saw this stall while shopping when my friend told me to try one. Seeing how good they look in those wooden boxes and how well they are presented, I didn't think twice. One roll cut into 5 pieces would not cost more than 200. I think mine just costs 125php.

Their mayo is the real deal as well tho, I would suggest not to put too much of it so that you will be able to taste the real flavor of their different rolls.
Will go back for the rest! 128156

It was 6PM and my mom and I weren't hungry enough for a full-blown dinner, but hungry enough to have a filling snack (hehe). Decided to go to Wasabi Warriors because it was near the exit, and it looked pretty inviting for a small open shop. We got their best-selling maki set (forgot the name, but it's the one with all seafood) and edamame. 127843

They were both prepared on the spot, and surprisingly, the tuna and salmon and all tasted very fresh. Although there was too much rice for my liking in the maki, I still enjoyed it and I wouldn't mind going back 128539

After lining up and getting our froyo we headed here at Wasabi Warriors just across BLK.

Now I often walk past their branch at Century City Mall and they would always offer free samples and honestly I'm admitting that I've taken them for granted!

As we got our sushi on we were quite pleased about he variety of sushi they had.

To name a few which we tried and found really delicious were
1. Spicy katsu- deep fried pork with cucumber and chili powder. 120.00
2. Chicken teriyaki 120.00
3. Spicy tuna- its like cabbed tuna with mayo, cucumber and chili powder 100.00

All were good cause they serve these babies with wasabi mayo or spicy mayo. They use japanese mayo ofcourse

Take note that the price is per rolls and each roll gives you 4 sushi.

I'm a guy of few words. Their maki rolls were ingenious and great! I would rate this 6/5 if it is possible.

Just passed by this small stall of japanese maki rolls at megamall and got me interested (fan of japanese foods). They offer different kinds of makis starting with regular ones until those with a twist. They even have special description beside the price depending on the ingredients being used as they are organic (I wasn't able to ask every description as time was limited). The price starts from 100 php and they serve it fresh.

What i decided to order was the brown rice California maki and the spicy tuna roll. Once u order, they will slice the roll into 4 parts, put it on a plastic container and serve you with wasabi mayo and spicy mayo. Both dips were delicious and compliments the two rolls i have ordered. But for those who still like kikoman, they have that too.

When i visited, the stall was still being decorated and some finishing decorations were being done.

I will definitely go back to this food stall. Suitable for organic, healthy and on the go individuals.
