Sunday is a family day, so we went yesterday morning to Greenhills Shopping Center for a shoes shopping.
End up brunch at Wendys. I had this bacon mushroom melt which is my favorite a long time ago and comes up with cheesy fries and drinks. Then I add a regular macaroni salad. Wendy's is known for their fresh salad, the taste is still the same but the serving is getting little and little as time goes by.
This branch is just small and they don't offer salad bar here.

I apologize for the lack of photo but the one I took was sucky and I'd rather not post that.
Anyway, this is really something. Pretzel buns instead of the regular ones...I must say Wendy's for this one. It was good and I was expecting the pretzel bun to be hard to bite and all but it wasn't! Plus the pretzel buns really added to the over-all taste of the burger!
4 stars because they gave me a burger that had sauce all over the bottom bun...like literally the bottom of the bottom bun is "saucy" hahahaha oh well, t'was still good :)
EJ D here's a review! Hahaha

Frosty with Butterfinger.
Let me just say that nothing beats the original chocolate frosty.
This is basically a sundae with chunks of butterfinger in it. I love that it's in chunks and not the "ground" up version where you can't tell whether it really is butterfinger or not. Other than the chunks of goodness, this was like your typical sundae you can get from any other fast food chain.

Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger - 100% pure beef patty, melted cheddar cheese, smoky honey mustard & strips of bacon all in a soft, warm pretzel bun. It's not just your ordinary burger.
This is what you'll read in their flyer and watch over their tv commercial but for me it's just an ordinary burger! The beef patty is manipis and matabang, bacon is not maalat, the lettuce in my sandwich is the end portion not the leafy one, and the onion is just that in the picture.. sobrang tipid. Maybe, half the price of my meal goes to Heart Evangelista as a payment for that commercial ! The pretzel bun is quite amazing kasi medyo may konting kunat yung outer layer, mukhang sunog tho.
I bought Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger meal that consists of Upsize less calorie iced tea, small fries (that is actually not suitable for consumption dahil kulukulubot na, matigas at lumalabas na ang oil) which I asked to be replaced and that burger in the picture (which I topped with ketchup), all for P215! Expensive!
I still prefer their Bacon Mushroom Melt, my favorite since college days.
The service of this branch is kinda slow, I ordered at 1:45 pm got my food at 2:00 pm take note; this is with the kulukulubot na fries, when I asked for a replacement, I waited for another 10 minutes kasi niluluto pa. When it was served I'm finished na with my burger so I asked them to place it in a take out bag.
My staffs loved the newly cooked fries!
-1 star for that slow service
-1 star for that kulukulubot na fries pero dahil pinalitan I'll add up 1 star again
- 1 for the burger na tinipid
3 stars in all.
