We had dinner first before heading out for drinks elsewhere. We ordered Salpicao Rice (280Php) and Vintage Tapa (250Php). Both dishes were not bad, the meat was seasoned perfectly.

Then I was curious to try their cocktail. So I ordered Mojito (140Php) wasn't happy with it. It tasted like medicine.

Great place to have a few bottles after work as beer is cheap. Quite noisy, but wont break your budget even if you need to unwind everyday

This place is really convenient for yuppies who like to drink and eat after work.

My officemates and I stayed here last Friday. We really wanted to play board games, but Ludo closes at 2am. So what we did was to purchase Avalon from Ludo Jupiter branch, and transferred here. We were not so hungry so we just ordered nachos and beer. And yes, crispy pata. Haha what more kung gutom kami? 128541 Good thing Whistestop is open 24/7 so we stayed until 5am.

P.S. Their Lychee Iced Tea is really good for only 80php. For breakfast, I like their corned beef hash. 128584

Ordered the Beef Tapa (P170) which was served on a HUGE plate with garlic rice, fried egg and sliced tomatoes. Serving of was a little small for me but the taste was good. I loved the place, not too noisy. 128522

Also, I ordered Brew Kettle as a 'panulak'. Lol.

Whistlestop was a watering hole I frequented during my younger days. My favorite is their corned beef hash so on this breakfast visit, I decided to give it another try. I was a bit disappointed though as the one I remember is made of pure corned beef patties. This time they used a lot of potatoes and breading. The quality and good taste of the beef is still there but the one I remember is much better. But I should make a disclaimer here that I never liked having potatoes in my corned beef so if you are the type to not mind the combination then their offering might work for you.

Good, chill, and affordable place to drink and eat with your friends or officemates after work. I like this place because my officemates get to drink and I get to eat. 128517 I don't drink so I should be able to eat something good! Here, they offer both! Best of both worlds! 128077🏼

Had a super early breakfast here with some friends last week and we are quite satisfied with the food. Their 1977 Vintage Fried Chicken was really good! Sort of a hong kong style fried chicken which is crispy from the outside and juicy inside. I also loved the whistlestop crispy pancit which is a generous serving of crispy noodles dripped with their signature sauce and topped with meat, shrimp and some veggies.

The only thing I hated was their orange juice which was too pricey for it's too artificial taste!
