There were alot of people when I went here but service was pretty efficient.

I had the wildfour breakfast and had the ham replaced with the bacon steak. It tastes like fiesta ham but juicier. I would have preferred the ordinary crispy bacon. In any case, I still enjoyed my meal.

I had this with the bone marrow. I was surprised with the huge bone marrow serving. It was pretty good although I had it cooked some more as I preferred mine a little bit more toasted.

We then had the carrot cake. The slice was humungous. 3 of us shared the carrot cake. It was so sinful I loved it! It's creamy and moist.

I loved the ambience here! Will definitely be back!

Found myself wandering the (still) busy streets of BGC this Maundy Thursday evening. Dropped by Wildflour to avail of their 50% off breads and pastries. Wildflour is one of the restaurants open this Holy Week and people are still dining in droves. Service was swift, someone was all smiles helping me make my choice on the limited bread left on display. Bought the Parker Rolls, a couple of plain croissants, a gruyere brioche and a butter rum cake - all under 300pesos. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase and enjoying my brioche as I finish typing this very short review. Recommended.

Plus points I saw my #fitspiration Solenn with the gang - apparently they just came from their morning box. :D

I have to get this done now before i forget details, misplace pictures, and whatnot. 128517

This review was literally MONTHS in the making. The first time i had breakfast at Wildflour i knew i'd be coming back again and again and again! This is why i knew i'd have to compile, keep, and note everything until i've tried every breakfast item ++ on my wishlist para i won't spam and isang bagsakan nalang na post and review. 128517

Problem now is, where do i start? Haha!

Dang, this is THE place for breakfast. From pastries to healthier options to full on breakfast meals... they seem do everything right each morning and they've got something for everyone. All the while staying true to what makes Wildflour, well, Wildflour. And that's inspired food influenced by what the chefs themselves like to eat with an impeccable quality and attention to detail.

My absolute fave would be The Wildflour Breakfast. Now this seems like their take on the McDonalds Big Breakfast. And i've been a huge fan of McD's big breakfast since i was a kid. Sausage patty ✔, scrambled eggs ✔, French baguette in lieu of a muffin ✔, and potato hash in place of a hashbrown ✔. You can even switch up the sausage patty for a thick juicy slab of bacon steak. Gahd.

I love eggs with that "holla-holla" sauce, the croque madame and the salmon on toast did not disappoint in that regard. Chicken and waffles were amazing and that gravy tho was so creamy. Pancakes came stacked and fluffy. Shakshouka and chorizo fundido were new breakfast experiences for me and were VERY good. 128076 Tomatoes and eggs ftw! 127813127859 The Kimchi rice is bomb and LEGIT, not "pa-Korean" at all. And speaking of legit, so was the vietnamese coffe and matcha latte.

Alright, at this point i'm a bit overwhelmed 128517 and I think i missed mentioning a few things. But in short, the gist of it all is that i absolutely loved everything i tried. And in my opinion, this is definitely a VERY good choice to take someone to impress and/or just have a good hearty breakfast; whether its your hot chick the morning after, an expat guest, a balikbayan friend, kabarkada who lives nearby, or even if you wanna chill solo.

Why is everything in Wildflour delicious? Well, almost. I'm a fan until a very unfortunate event happened when I provided a feedback through their support email for Farmacy and the response I got was disappointingly defensive and alta and well, self-serving. But my friends and hubby just love the place.

Lunch date with the husband, a no telling where type, got me to Wildflour.

Since I just had their Grilled Cheese, and I liked it, I opted to get their Soup, Salad, Sandwich for 450Php. It has the same simple side salad and grilled cheese that I had with mah hommies last time and for 160Php more, I got a bowl of tomato soup. I'd say skip the combo coz the tomato soup was just okay. IMO, not worth the additional 160Php. The grilled cheese was good as the last time - crunchy toast, gooey cheese, sweet caramelized onion all working together to give a delicious taste buds party in every bite. I imagined that the salty sandwich could use a bit more sweet contrast so I requested for honey and they gladly obliged for no extra charge! Whiw! Drizzled the sandwich with honey and every bite was made even better! Perfect for sweet tooth like me!

Hubby ordered Kimchi Fried Rice for 520Php and he liked it! Loved the Kimchi rice with just the right amount of Kimchi. The beef chunks were tender and tasty! Don't forget to mix the runny yolk from the sunny side up egg into your rice for a delectable treat!

For dessert, I used all will power to shy away from the Young Coconut Pie and order something that I know hubby will enjoy too. We ended up with a slice of Strawberry Cream Cake which was good but not super. Three thick layers of plain chiffon, soft and not too sweet, layered with light cream and fresh strawberries, frosted with more cream and garnished with a single whole strawberry. I liked that it wasn't sweet but IMO, this needs more strawberry flavor.

Overall, it was a pleasant lunch date. Servers where attentive, as usual and the ambiance - always perfect!

So the grilled cheese obsession continues. 128155128155

It's nice that Ruth D is also in a "must find the best grilled cheese" phase and we have supportive friends!!! Yayy! Win-win! 128518128540

Wildflour's grilled cheese is one of my favorite (Borough's my top fave 128525). I loved this sandwich when I first tried it w my mom. It was really good that I knew I needed to try it again.

GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH served with a side salad (290). First reaction when this was served to us was, "ayyy parang iba na?". It looks different now, the bread is not as toasted unlike before. But surprisingly, there was still that "crunch" when you slice or bite it. It had the right cheesiness for me and we all liked the sweetness from the caramelized onions. The flavors worked well together. I just wish we also ordered a tomato soup so we can dip the sandwich for that complete comfort food experience. 128517 The side salad was good, light, and refreshing.

Tip: If you just want the sandwich, you can ask for the Grilled Cheese sandwich since this is not in the menu. But if you want the tomato soup as well, order the SOUP SALAD SANDWICH from the menu which costs around 430 pesos?

For dessert, we tried the "famous" Buko Pie. I've seen, read, and heard a lot of good good reviews about this pie that it's a must that we try it, as well.

YOUNG COCONUT PIE (220). With just one taste you'll instantly understand why people are loving this one. Yes, all the positive reviews are real. This pie is a cutie pie and it's a yummie pie! 128518 Also, there's a good reason why this is pricey (a slice for 220?? That's a whole box already!!!). It's because a single slice is packed and siksik with so much coconut meat. The crust was buttery and not too makapal or manipis. Best enjoyed w the not so sweet milk syrup! Ahhh, my mom will surely love this one!! 128525

While taking a photo of the buko pie, a certain dessert caught the attention of Jairus d and Clarissa P so they ordered a slice (daling kausap! 128514128514).

CHEESECAKE FLAN (190). Cheesecake + leche flan?? Interesting. But, sadly nothing special. This was just okay. The texture was weird, I was hoping for a thick rich texture almost same w a cream cheese or a cheesecake. Also, not sure how I would describe the taste.. I don't like vanilla so I didn't liked the vanilla taste, there was a slight hint of citrus which I hope was not just a "slight hint", the sweetness was just right (still kind of sweet for me though) but according to them, this would be better w more of the caramel sauce. 128563

Overall, it was still a nice merienda w mah homies. I can't wait to let mommy try the Buko Pie the next time she visits me. 9786128155

Back at one of my early favorite restos in BGC, Wildflour! And it was because of the Pistachio Au Lait!

Post-KFIT yoga session at Life Yoga, the queue was ridiculous at Locavore, thus we ended up here for our comfort food.

For the 4 of us, we shared the kimchi fried rice (P495), squid ink mafaldine (P525), crispy duck confit (P795) and roast organic chicken (P630).My personal favorite was the kimchi fried rice with a tinge of Korean spiciness. It was a wrong move to order the duck and chicken dishes - as only the seasoning varied but the meat itself almost tasted the same; however, I wouldn't say it disappoints, these were still made with quality ingredients. The squid ink risotto was as good too!

Being tired post-workout, it was a filling meal and the Pistachio Au Lait was just perfect for my cravings.

The ambiance as usual is always homey for the right kind of catch-up with good old friends.

I think most of us are guilty for ordering the more photogenic dish over the tastier one. More often than not, I find myself asking the server if the dish I’d like to order is photogenic and hesitate when I get no for an answer. But there’s a restaurant with a menu packed with pretty AND photogenic dishes. Yes, I’m talking about Wildflour.

Hello, Wildflour.

I’ve never seen Wildflour empty and it proves that this restaurant is not just a craze or have lost its charm after the market lost interest in Cronuts.

The homey café-slash-restaurant is one of Foodgrammer PH’s favorite restaurants and since we miss our fairy god foodie, we decided to have lunch there one time to celebrate how good 2016 was to us.

Ruth S and I arrived a few minutes past 12 noon and we were greeted by F who was already there munching on the complimentary bread.

Since we couldn’t seem to decide on what to order, R and I decided to share dishes and went with French Omelette (PHP345) and Chia Bowl (PHP350). I wasn’t able to take note of F’s order but it was an absolute egg porn dish!

Sadly, service was not as fast as it should have been. It’s just so interesting how restaurants are like printers, it could sense when you’re in a hurry. In our case, we only have an hour to enjoy our lunch.

Half an hour later, our food arrived and all looked so beautiful and seemed like it came straight out of a magazine feature.

After a few snapshots, we finally feasted on our hefty breakfast dishes for lunch and we fell in love (again).

The French Omelette was a fluffy scrambled egg stuffed with ham and ricotta sitting on a delightful tangy bed of tomato sauce and topped with arugula and parmesan cheese.

The tangy sauce and cheese were beautifully balanced by the divine egg and flavorful ham while the arugula added crunch and a bit of healthy taste to the dish.

If I were to choose what I’d like to eat every single morning, I’d choose this bowl of happiness.

I had no idea that a bowl of fresh fruits with chia seeds, almond milk, coconut milk, honey and toasted almonds would make me so giddy. If healthy living means eating this every day, sign me up!

Though it might be pricey, the huge chunks of premium fruits make up for it. (And chia seeds are not cheap too!)

As a treat, F bought R and I some puffed pastry which reminded us of cream puffs. I just don’t remember the name but it sounded like bon bon. I just hope that I didn’t massacred the name.

Overall, it was another pleasant lunch. It would have been better if service was fast. But food and company were great so it was still a lovely experience.

Afternoon snack pre-PPD happened in Wildflour Net Lima with mah foodsocietyph homies - Jairus d Ruth D Ruth S (Reich T bakit mo kami iniwan?!? Hahahahha)! We were supposed to try their Grilled Cheese Sandwich only to support Ruth D's hunt for the best grilled cheese sandwich in the Metro! But of course, we will not stop there! I went for a slice of their famous Buko Pie and then we saw their Cream Cheese Leche Flan from their bread section and got a slice as well.

The Grilled Cheese Sandwich came in with a simple side salad. I loved the crunchy toast! Inside was a gooey mix of cheeses that was good but didn't have that sharp cheese taste that I was looking for. But then again they included caramelized onions that gave a hint of sweetness and contrast. The side salad had a nice mix of crisp greens in a light citrus dressing.

The Buko Pie - Young Coconut Pie - was HEAVENLY! Imagine this - layers after layers of young coconut meat with some custard, thin buttery crust and buttery streusel on top! Each bite was light and refreshing, nothing cloying. This slice came with a side serving of sweet milk that you must pour over the pie. It was velvety smooth, rich in milk, butter and vanilla flavors and the best part? It wasn't too sweet! It's the best Buko Pie in the Metro for me!

The Cream Cheese Leche Flan was good but it wasn't wow! Maybe it was because of the texture? It wasn't as smooth as I have expected, needed more of the caramel but I liked the tartiness from the cream cheese, the richness from the flan, the nice and subtle lemon kick and the vanilla specks.

Honestly, I can't wait to go back for more of their grilled cheese and Buko Pie!

PSA: all of their sandwiches are available until 5PM only!

Wildflour Café

We were searching for a good Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Wildflour's got suggested. I liked the crunchiness of the bread but I found the taste of cheese too subtle. BTW, their sandwiches are served only until 5pm. Also, it says on the menu that the Grilled Cheese is served with soup and salad but you can order just the sandwich and it's still served with some greens.

We also ordered their Young Coconut Pie which was served with some "secret" sauce. There's probably milk in that though. Ang sarap! It has a generous amount of coconut and a flaky crust. It wasn't too sweet, not even the sauce, but it totally works.

So it's true: Wildflour is now open from 6am! I thought it was just for the holidays, but I am now here on a Monday morning getting my Vietnamese Latte fix (which btw has upped its price to Php 150 128557).

One of my new favorite heavy breakfast items here is the breakfast club, because it has everything I loved: croissant french toast, bacon strips, egg, and strawberry jam 128523. And if it's too heavy, I can just save the rest for lunch or dinner later. Heheh.

What a reliable restaurant. They were open on new year's day. (But i did not notice them open last Christmas leviste branch)

128204128525 vanilla almond latte @277PhP
What? That pricey?! Why?!
I only discovered last week that they do offer two sizes of drinks. So back then i was always given a short order. Now the content of this mug is extremely satisfying. It was on of the most pleasurable moments. My drink was a little bit thick. A little bitter and nutty.
Insider: it's pretty weird that the servers that i talked to did not know that they have bigger size for this drink. She had to confirm inside.

The service was good naman, even though they were quite full. They completely attended to my wants. Plus, they also offer free bread and butter. I don't know if this is their SOP but it's my first to experience being offered Bread and butter. I refused to have one anyone, i just came from Passion by GD.
This new year since there were less restaurants open, wildflour is jam packed inside so now that it was, i opted to drink outside instead where it's breezy and chill. It's a good thing it was partly cloudy.
The wifi is weak outside though, if you really enjoy browsing the web while having coffee by yourself, then it's advisable to stay inside; otherwise you should turn that mobile data plan on.
That afternoon's crowd were almost all foreigners, young couples.

I've been eyeing Wildflour's omelet and chia bowl so when we were deciding where to eat, I suggested Wildflour and gladly, they agreed! Yay! The force is strong and it is with me! 128518

Anyway, so one Monday noon, I had quick lunch here with Mary Love and @foodgrammer.ph for our "Christmas get-together". 128513

Mary and I decided to share so we can try 2 different dishes.

RICOTTA AND HAM FRENCH OMELET + CHIA BOWL = Best breakfast combo!! 128588🏼

RICOTTA AND HAM FRENCH OMELET. Ahhh, the omelet was super good. The egg was cooked perfectly - fluffy and not dry. I like how loaded the omelet was - lot's of cheese and slices of ham. Also, it was not salty. The tomato sauce and arugula made the whole dish so much better. I cannot wait to bring Mommy here to try the omelet. 128155127859

CHIA BOWL. I loved this one. A LOT!! I know this is not sulit for almost 350 pesos because I can easily make this at home but this one's so much better than the ones I prepare. The fruits were all fresh and sweet plus there's almond. This one's really really yummy + healthy! Definitely a good way to start any day. 127817127822127819127827

BOMBOLONI. This one is like cream puff but bigger and sweeter. I love cream puffs and I think they're better but this one's pretty good especially if you like all things sweet. 128518

Wildflour is the cafe + bakery that slays and slays and slays even more. There is nothing they can do wrong. They say they're not just a brunch place, but hey, brunch pa lang i-ffive stars ko na haha.

The grilled cheese sandwich is deadly! Buttery and gooey just like a grilled cheese should be. The Wildflour Reuben is deceptively loaded with pastrami and comes with a ton of chips on the side. The squid ink pasta was wonderful and the mac n cheese... THE MAC N CHEESE. Just looking at it is enough validation of how good it is. Kahit amoy pa lang!

And the pastries are some of the best around. Matcha croissant, nutella kouign aman, the ever famous cronuts, beef pies, lamb turnovers... you name it, they probably have it, and they slay it! Yeah i do line up after 7 to get the pastries at 50% off! Imagine getting 5 delicious pastries of my choice for around P200++ lang??? Pag sinagad ko P500 ko, i come home with 2 boxes!

Special shoutout to the coconut pie. That has got to be my favorite buko pie. They did it more in the form of an apple pie and it is stuffed to the brim with buko. Icing on the cake is the milk you pour over your slice.

And may i add that i love how the place lets natural light flow in so freely. No matter where you sit in the resto, you're bound to still take a really awesome photo of what you're eating! 📸

The salted egg craze has taken over the Metro and I was so curious how they would translate this into a filling for croissants. My daughter and I swear by the croissants of Wildflour because they are perfectly crisp, flaky, light and buttery! A Salted Egg Croissant from Wildflour sounds so tempting.

I've been hunting for this Salted Egg Brulee Croissant and each time I pass by, which is around noon or night time, it's always the first thing to fly off their shelves. I wondered if it was that good for it to get sold out right away! With a priced pegged at 135Php, it wasn't cheap at all but the size was relatively big.

Then came this day when my daughter and I passed by Wildflour a little earlier than usual and I saw the Salted Egg Brulee Croissants! Got two pieces right away! I was giddy to try it! The smell of the buttery croissant itself made me excited! A bite into the flaky layers, I got a little of the brulee. I thought it was good! There was just a hint of the salted egg but then I only tasted a little of it. Took another bite and when I was near the center, the filling exploded! I was overwhelmed! Gosh! There was too much of the custard like brulee. It was thick with lots of vanilla bean flecks, a good vanilla flavor I must say, but there was a very subtle salted egg flavor. The consistency of the brulee was in fact great but then again I wanted a bit more of the salted egg flavor.

Oh well --- I still loved the flaky and buttery croissant with that hint of sweetness in it's a little burnt shell.

Breakfast might be my favorite meal of the day 9728️ Not only is it the most important but it also has diverse delicious and comforting dishes. I love how breakfast automatically jump starts my day! Although on my days off, I usually like to sleep in until 9am so I go for brunch instead 128149

Wildflour has become a staple place of dining for me. From their wide variety of pastry choices to their hearty meals, you'll be sure to feel satisfied once you leave the cafe.

Upon arriving at the cafe, we were immediately ushered to our seats. Servers came with glasses and a bottle of water while handing their menu to us. A minute later, freshly baked bread with butter is served as appetizer for free! Loved how the bread was so warm and fresh 127838 Place was stunning as the natural sunlight shines through the whole room while their wooden tables instantly gave that homey feel.

For starters, we were first served with CRISPY PARMESAN CHURROS [P240] 110881108811088
Churros were properly fried. It has a nice crisp texture as you bite into it. However, I didn't like the taste of the parmesan flavor with churros. The dry + dry thing just doesn't work for me. Maybe it's just a personal preference, but I like it better with chocolate 127851

CROQUE MADAME [P420] 110881108811088
Country Ham • Gruyere • Bechamel Sauce • Fried Egg
The first time I tried this half a year ago, I immediately gave it 5 stars. So when I did visit again, without a doubt, I called dibs on it. However, upon tasting it, I felt like the quality has lowered. Flavors were not that rich as some ingredients were lessened. The bread was a bit soggy too. I just felt sad eating it 128575 Although it's still good just not the best as it once was.

127754 SQUID INK SPAGHETTI [P520] 1108811088110881108811088
Calamari • Prawns • Squid • Manila Clams • Garlic Butter • Lemon
Not a fan of squid ink or any food that looks almost all black. It just creeps me out a bit 128514 But because the Wildflour staff really recommended it, I went for it. Great decision, if I say so myself, because the Squid Ink Pasta did not disappoint! It was sooo flavorful and that squeeze of lemon gave it that instant freshness. Seafood and pasta was cooked perfectly too 128077🏻

128069DULCE DE LECHE CROUGHNUTS [P120] 1108811088110881108811088
To cleanse our palette, we ordered this crisp and sweet dessert. We decided to share since we got bloated from all we ate. Wildflour serves one of the best croughnuts I've tried so far and it's a bit sad that it runs out so fast. Better call 128222 and reserve yours a day ahead so you don't run out of it!

It's always a pleasant experience whenever I visit Wildflour and today's not an exception. Well maybe the croque madame did but everything else was fine 128522

Meeting a friend at Net Lima Park Building in BGC and decided to take-away pastries at Wildflour Cafe + Bakery before heading to Team Kaladkarin's 1st Year Anniversary Celebration at Hey Handsome. I already saw Jayson and Sandy at the Black Caravan having coffee before I go to Wildflour.

The service staff assisted me at the Wildflour Cafe + Bakery. The bakery was in full house due to the 50% promo on selected breads and pastries. I got 3 kinds of pastries for take-away, all of it were included in the promo.

Pain Au Chocolate for Php110.00 - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5
"The bread looks like croissant with stuffed chocolate inside"

Almond Croissant for Php130.00 - 1108811088110881108811088️ 5/5
"The croissant topped with almond cream is really good, especially the custard filling inside the croissant"

Vanilla Rose Strawberry Cake for Php120.00 - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5
"The cake is soft and moist. I like the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry over the vanilla cake."

While waiting for the settlement of the bill, I noticed that Wild Flour Cafe + Bakery used warm colors at night. The cafe is very intimate where you can discuss your private or business conversation freely.

The service staff were very accommodating, they assisted and provided good service during my visit at Wildflour Cafe + Bakery.

Wildflour Cafe + Bakery is located at the Ground Floor of Net Lima Park Building, Bonifacio Global City Taguig. You can also try and check their branches in Makati and Ortigas Center.

After one million years, I have finally got to try Wildflour! 128569 I know this place has been around for a while now but I haven't had the chance to dine here, especially living in Cebu. I'm so happy my bestfriends listened to our inner Tita souls and went for brunch, instead of our usual dinners and drinks afterwards. We decided to go here because we had to meet in BGC and this typically screamed brunch all over! It was such a #TitaofManila moment because my bestfriend brought her son with her, my super cute and handsome godson! It was so adorable too because we each had our own super large bags! Tita to the highest level talaga! 128569

Since I was the "tourist" now, I got to call the shots on ordering. And everything we had was thanks to |ooloo recommendations and mouthwatering photos from their Facebook page. 128571

I got the Matcha Latte and it's as delicious as it looks! Sweet but still with the familiar deep roasted and leafy Matcha flavor, I absolutely loved this drink! 128571 I also got a sip of my friend's Iced Cubano and it was a Cinnabon as a drink! It was great too, but a tad too sweet for my taste. My other girlfriend was so thirsty she finished her Agua Fresca before I even got to try it. She seemed to have found it very refreshing and really good too though. 128569

For food, we chose three plates and shared. I had to try the Wildflour Breakfast with their famous Bacon Steak. This was easily my favorite thing in the world now! 128571 As in liempo siya, sweet and smoky and had just the right amount of fat! The whole breakfast plate was so well thought off and absolutely delicious! Portion size was large too, even as I really want to finish this alone I probably can't so it was a good idea to share. We also ordered their Pork Belly with Arroz Caldo and it was delicious too! The pieces of pork had a nice crispy skin and super tender meat. The porridge was seasoned well and it went exactly as needed with the meat. 128568 Lastly we ordered their Kimchi Fried Rice. I was a little apprehensive to go with this just cause I've never really been a fan of the Korean side dish, but I really loved this one! It was tangy and salty and had a hint of creaminess because of still runny yolk from the fried egg. And the pieces of beef were just divine, tender and perfectly seasoned! We all loved this dish too! 128571

I'm amazed that somehow this place doesn't seem to run out of guests. I take this as a really good sign. When we went here, we were asked to wait for about five minutes to get a table which wasn't so bad. That was about 11:30 AM. Had we arrived just thirty minutes later, we wouldn't be seated as fast. Their food is worth the wait though. Quite pricey but all good with the quality and portions. I can't wait to come back! 128077🏼
