The salted egg craze has taken over the Metro and I was so curious how they would translate this into a filling for croissants. My daughter and I swear by the croissants of Wildflour because they are perfectly crisp, flaky, light and buttery! A Salted Egg Croissant from Wildflour sounds so tempting.

I've been hunting for this Salted Egg Brulee Croissant and each time I pass by, which is around noon or night time, it's always the first thing to fly off their shelves. I wondered if it was that good for it to get sold out right away! With a priced pegged at 135Php, it wasn't cheap at all but the size was relatively big.

Then came this day when my daughter and I passed by Wildflour a little earlier than usual and I saw the Salted Egg Brulee Croissants! Got two pieces right away! I was giddy to try it! The smell of the buttery croissant itself made me excited! A bite into the flaky layers, I got a little of the brulee. I thought it was good! There was just a hint of the salted egg but then I only tasted a little of it. Took another bite and when I was near the center, the filling exploded! I was overwhelmed! Gosh! There was too much of the custard like brulee. It was thick with lots of vanilla bean flecks, a good vanilla flavor I must say, but there was a very subtle salted egg flavor. The consistency of the brulee was in fact great but then again I wanted a bit more of the salted egg flavor.

Oh well --- I still loved the flaky and buttery croissant with that hint of sweetness in it's a little burnt shell.

Breakfast might be my favorite meal of the day 9728️ Not only is it the most important but it also has diverse delicious and comforting dishes. I love how breakfast automatically jump starts my day! Although on my days off, I usually like to sleep in until 9am so I go for brunch instead 128149

Wildflour has become a staple place of dining for me. From their wide variety of pastry choices to their hearty meals, you'll be sure to feel satisfied once you leave the cafe.

Upon arriving at the cafe, we were immediately ushered to our seats. Servers came with glasses and a bottle of water while handing their menu to us. A minute later, freshly baked bread with butter is served as appetizer for free! Loved how the bread was so warm and fresh 127838 Place was stunning as the natural sunlight shines through the whole room while their wooden tables instantly gave that homey feel.

For starters, we were first served with CRISPY PARMESAN CHURROS [P240] 110881108811088
Churros were properly fried. It has a nice crisp texture as you bite into it. However, I didn't like the taste of the parmesan flavor with churros. The dry + dry thing just doesn't work for me. Maybe it's just a personal preference, but I like it better with chocolate 127851

CROQUE MADAME [P420] 110881108811088
Country Ham • Gruyere • Bechamel Sauce • Fried Egg
The first time I tried this half a year ago, I immediately gave it 5 stars. So when I did visit again, without a doubt, I called dibs on it. However, upon tasting it, I felt like the quality has lowered. Flavors were not that rich as some ingredients were lessened. The bread was a bit soggy too. I just felt sad eating it 128575 Although it's still good just not the best as it once was.

127754 SQUID INK SPAGHETTI [P520] 1108811088110881108811088
Calamari • Prawns • Squid • Manila Clams • Garlic Butter • Lemon
Not a fan of squid ink or any food that looks almost all black. It just creeps me out a bit 128514 But because the Wildflour staff really recommended it, I went for it. Great decision, if I say so myself, because the Squid Ink Pasta did not disappoint! It was sooo flavorful and that squeeze of lemon gave it that instant freshness. Seafood and pasta was cooked perfectly too 128077🏻

128069DULCE DE LECHE CROUGHNUTS [P120] 1108811088110881108811088
To cleanse our palette, we ordered this crisp and sweet dessert. We decided to share since we got bloated from all we ate. Wildflour serves one of the best croughnuts I've tried so far and it's a bit sad that it runs out so fast. Better call 128222 and reserve yours a day ahead so you don't run out of it!

It's always a pleasant experience whenever I visit Wildflour and today's not an exception. Well maybe the croque madame did but everything else was fine 128522

Meeting a friend at Net Lima Park Building in BGC and decided to take-away pastries at Wildflour Cafe + Bakery before heading to Team Kaladkarin's 1st Year Anniversary Celebration at Hey Handsome. I already saw Jayson and Sandy at the Black Caravan having coffee before I go to Wildflour.

The service staff assisted me at the Wildflour Cafe + Bakery. The bakery was in full house due to the 50% promo on selected breads and pastries. I got 3 kinds of pastries for take-away, all of it were included in the promo.

Pain Au Chocolate for Php110.00 - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5
"The bread looks like croissant with stuffed chocolate inside"

Almond Croissant for Php130.00 - 1108811088110881108811088️ 5/5
"The croissant topped with almond cream is really good, especially the custard filling inside the croissant"

Vanilla Rose Strawberry Cake for Php120.00 - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5
"The cake is soft and moist. I like the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry over the vanilla cake."

While waiting for the settlement of the bill, I noticed that Wild Flour Cafe + Bakery used warm colors at night. The cafe is very intimate where you can discuss your private or business conversation freely.

The service staff were very accommodating, they assisted and provided good service during my visit at Wildflour Cafe + Bakery.

Wildflour Cafe + Bakery is located at the Ground Floor of Net Lima Park Building, Bonifacio Global City Taguig. You can also try and check their branches in Makati and Ortigas Center.

After one million years, I have finally got to try Wildflour! 128569 I know this place has been around for a while now but I haven't had the chance to dine here, especially living in Cebu. I'm so happy my bestfriends listened to our inner Tita souls and went for brunch, instead of our usual dinners and drinks afterwards. We decided to go here because we had to meet in BGC and this typically screamed brunch all over! It was such a #TitaofManila moment because my bestfriend brought her son with her, my super cute and handsome godson! It was so adorable too because we each had our own super large bags! Tita to the highest level talaga! 128569

Since I was the "tourist" now, I got to call the shots on ordering. And everything we had was thanks to |ooloo recommendations and mouthwatering photos from their Facebook page. 128571

I got the Matcha Latte and it's as delicious as it looks! Sweet but still with the familiar deep roasted and leafy Matcha flavor, I absolutely loved this drink! 128571 I also got a sip of my friend's Iced Cubano and it was a Cinnabon as a drink! It was great too, but a tad too sweet for my taste. My other girlfriend was so thirsty she finished her Agua Fresca before I even got to try it. She seemed to have found it very refreshing and really good too though. 128569

For food, we chose three plates and shared. I had to try the Wildflour Breakfast with their famous Bacon Steak. This was easily my favorite thing in the world now! 128571 As in liempo siya, sweet and smoky and had just the right amount of fat! The whole breakfast plate was so well thought off and absolutely delicious! Portion size was large too, even as I really want to finish this alone I probably can't so it was a good idea to share. We also ordered their Pork Belly with Arroz Caldo and it was delicious too! The pieces of pork had a nice crispy skin and super tender meat. The porridge was seasoned well and it went exactly as needed with the meat. 128568 Lastly we ordered their Kimchi Fried Rice. I was a little apprehensive to go with this just cause I've never really been a fan of the Korean side dish, but I really loved this one! It was tangy and salty and had a hint of creaminess because of still runny yolk from the fried egg. And the pieces of beef were just divine, tender and perfectly seasoned! We all loved this dish too! 128571

I'm amazed that somehow this place doesn't seem to run out of guests. I take this as a really good sign. When we went here, we were asked to wait for about five minutes to get a table which wasn't so bad. That was about 11:30 AM. Had we arrived just thirty minutes later, we wouldn't be seated as fast. Their food is worth the wait though. Quite pricey but all good with the quality and portions. I can't wait to come back! 128077🏼

At last! I was able to dine at Wildflour after months of gawking at their glass wall, or entering but limiting myself to buying their bread. Wildflour is pricey, that anyone who goes there regularly I would automatically categorize under the rich and the wealthy. I am not rich, well not yet, so I only bought what I could afford, their great-tasting bread that go half a price starting at 7PM. I've tried a few and the best would be croissant. I would go as far as say that this is where you can find the most delicious croissant.

Now let's go to the part when I was finally able to eat there for breakfast. As soon as I got off from work (night shifter here), I went to Wildflour to meet my friends. We had the most recommended by reviewers, Kimchi Rice (PHP 495). It has eggs and braised beef brisket and the good reviews were justifiable because it was spicy, flavorful, and everything that is good in this world. It's that good. A plate can be shared by 2 people, but there were 4 of us, so it left me wanting more.

We also had Gluten-free Apple Almond Pancake (PHP 295) to remind ourselves that we were having breakfast, with banana sliced into two, made more interesting with burnt sugar (caramelized). This pancake is unlike anything I've had before, the dough has a consistency and texture of a brazo de mercedez. It was divine!

For drinks, a friend had chocolate drink, another had Matcha Green Tea latte (PHP 160), then I ordered my favorite, Vietnamese latte (PHP 130). The Vietnamese latte is creamy and very sweet because it uses condensed milk, so I would only recommend it to the non-diabetics and the sweet tooth. Matcha latte was a pleasant surprise, because despite the unmistakable taste of matcha, it didn't taste like I was chewing grass; which is what I hate in most matcha-infused drinks.

Another friend arrived and she ordered Granola Parfait. It's granola with pieces of banana and mango and yogurt. It's the kind of healthy you wouldn't mind eating because it is yummy.

Good interiors, nice location, great food. Wildflour is almost perfect. Almost because the goodness doesn't extend to their staff. And that's the reason I'm giving this a 3-star rating instead of 5. They didn't smile, took long to respond, and they were also kind of in a hurry to clean our table. They went back every so often to our table to clean up. It would have been okay if it wasn't for the fact that one of them almost cleared a bowl that clearly still has food in it. My friend almost called out the manager, we calmed her down. There are many foreign patrons when we were there and we didn't see the staff treating them the same they did us. The blatant display of snobbery and white privilege made me want to puke. I sure hope it's not true with all Wildflour branches. But I think the staff could use some training with manners. It's a shame because we paid like everyone else yet we were treated differently.

Today's brekky was carabao ricotta on toast. I thought it was gonna be served deconstructed like I've always had it for appetizer. This is the first time I saw the breakfast item. Not bad, quite filling - I still have half left over.

Avocados are the best! Aside from being oh so good and delicious, they're so useful and can be prepared in so many ways - be it savory or sweet! 128077🏼

What most do is they add milk & sugar or condensed milk to make an instant Avocado ice cream or avocado shake! I usually just add fresh milk and I'm one happy kid already. 128513128525128077🏼

Also, aside from the usualguacamole, you can also add them to your sandwiches!! Avocado toasts and sandwiches are the best!! 128154 You slice/mash them, squeeze some lemon/lime, add salt and pepper, chili flakes if you want, spread it on top of your toast as generously as you want and enjoy!! Some would even add egg (sunny side up, poached or scrambled) on top! I swear it's so good, I always try to make it at home! 128525 But as much as I enjoy making and eating it at home, sometimes the avocados we get are not the best and "most flawless". So I searched for all the establishments that offer avocado toasts and/or sandwiches around BGC and Makati. I will try my very best to try all of them before the end of the avocado season. 128154

First on the list is Wildflour. Since this is just across our office, I dragged my officemates to have lunch here. I simply need to mention "Kimchi Rice" to them and I now have my lunch mates! 128513128588🏼

It was already almost 1pm when we arrived and there are still a lot of people inside. Mostly expats and titas who lunch. 128517128518 Luckily, we were still able to secure a table for our group and since it's late already, we ordered right away.

While waiting, we were served with their complimentary bread. Hard and crunchy on the outside but oh so soft on the inside. Most of the time, I try to avoid bread but not here because Wildflour's bread is so good. You just cannot not have it. Best enjoyed while still hot with butter and salt, if you want. Mommy loves this bread. 128076🏼

Kimchi Fried Rice
- didn't tried this one anymore but my friends enjoyed this delicious and tasty dish. Is this one of the most ordered dish in Wildflour? 128517

Chicken and Avocado
- THIS WAS GOOD. I looved everything about this sandwich. Served with a salad on the side - just lettuce and a light dressing but wow, so good and refreshing. The citrusy sour taste paired well with the richness and creaminess of the sandwich. The multigrain bread was toasted well, still soft with a bit of crunchiness. It was not hard and messy to eat. And the star of this sandwich, the chicken and avocado filling, OMG! Shredded chicken with mashed avocado, tomato slices and basil aioli sauce. I don't know how to exactly explain the taste but it was creamy and even better when you add pepper and chili flakes. I enjoyed every bite of this sandwich. If you love avocado, you have to try this!!! 128154128154

Service, as always, was good. Despite being full, you won't feel neglected. 128513128077🏼

Okay, this restaurant is well visited by customers so I suggest getting a reservation if you don't want to wait. I've tried this place more than once, and this restaurant never disappoints. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but they offer tasty, not so usual food with outstanding service. So far I've tried their mac and cheese, some of their salads (forgot the names), the pasta with nothing but cheeses (aside from the mac and cheese), kimchi fried rice , California burger and Matcha Green Tea Latte. And although I've tried a number of things from their menu, I am certain that I'll still come back and try more. Oh, and we also got a free dessert! A scoop of ice cream (choice of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry) courtesy of Booky. It was a great dining experience.

Reich T sent me a picture of this Matcha Almond Croissant from Wildflour when she saw it from the IG of Jinlovestoeat. We were so giddy because it looked really good with a heaping of matcha topping.

Now, if you've been to any Wildflour restaurant, you'll know that they have this bread section that any bread lover will go crazy about. Their croissants are one of those that we always get for take out coz my daughter loves them and I have to agree. Since I was set to go to Net Lima the next day, I made it appoint to drop by Wildflour.

I got our usual Butter Croissant and spotted "the pastry of the hour" - Almond aand Matcha Twist. I got one to go as well. I also requested for some butter for the croissant and was told that it has extra charge, to which I said okay.

Almond and Matcha Twist - it's a pretty long log of puff pastry topped with what seemed like a mash of sort that's colored green and then topped with lots of almond slivers. For 120Php, it's not that expensive at all! As soon as we got to the coffee shop that I was eyeing after our Wildflour visit, I took it out of the box and took a big bite! The chunk was just the puff pastry, which by the way was so good - crisp layers, flaky, buttery and a tad sweet...ahhh so good! Took another big bite to taste the Matcha mash on top but the buttery croissant was still the evident taste. Took another bite and got to taste the topping. Errrr the Matcha flavor wasn't there though there was a sweet and somewhat milky flavor coming out of the mash. I got so impatient that I scooped some of the topping, sans the almonds, and tried to figure out the flavor. So there - just a hint of Matcha which you will not get if you're chewing up the topping with the puff pasty.

I was a little disappointed but then still giving it four stars because Wildflour knows how to make mean croissants! You will not be able to stop munching!

There are so many new restaurants in Bonifacio Global City and I always get overwhelmed when someone asks me where to eat. With hundreds of options, how can I choose just one? A few weekends ago, I met up with some of R’s friends from his Shanghai group and since we were running late, his friends made the decision to have dinner at Wildflour.

Hello, Wildflour.

This restaurant never lost its charm. The place was packed on a Saturday night and shortage of parking space did not seem to bother the diners (unless they live around the area).

Since R and I were quite famished, we quickly ordered Kimchi Fried Rice (PHP495) and Mac n' Cheese (PHP310). R also ordered one Baked Escargot (PHP75).

While waiting for our orders, we munched on the complimentary bread and chitchatted with R’s friends who were exhausted from braving the sun to walk around Fort Santiago.

After a couple of minutes, our Mac n' Cheese arrived.

R found the baked pasta a bit bland so I asked for parmesan cheese. But apparently, there is an extra charge for it. (WHAT THE?!)

We finally let go of the fact that the mac n cheese lacked taste when the kimchi fried rice arrived.

The beef brisket bits were flavorful went really well with the kimchi. It was a nice harmony of saltiness and tanginess. The sunny side up egg also added texture to the slightly spicy dish and made it so addicting.

The baked escargot arrived last and it was just so-so. The pastry puff and the garlicky butter were great but the baked escargot itself was quite ordinary and forgettable.

Overall though, it was still a good dinner thanks to the kimchi fried rice. I’ll definitely order it again. Or perhaps try the organic chicken R’s friends ordered.

It was only a matter of time they too will have buco pie and they call it young coconut pie with caramel sauce. A slice will set you back P190. Dearest indeed. But this is Wildflour I thought and I like all kinds of good buco pie so never mind the price, splurge once in a while. It was filled with young coconut meat as declared.

Your all day. Every deym day place.

Even though they were about to close at that time Kristin A and i were still accommodated by this place. We were not rejected at all or at least we did not feel rejected lol

Cakes?
I was busy with my phone when kristin's order (we have to share) came. I was about to talk to Kristin when the cake really grabbed my attention. IT WAS HUGE. Oh no. Additional calories 128547
But then masarap nmn. Very light with mix of cute tasting strawberries. The starwberry fruit on top was really sour though

On to my 5th stamp i had hot choco hazelnut... Super sweet and thick. I don't really advise pag gabi. Too much glucose will turn to glucagon then adipose-- wahaha.

I like the cool breeze outside.

Vietnamese latte after dining at passion. I just had it for to go.

For coffee base drink, they do not have much to offer except for this lovely tasting latte.

However i do not like their to go cups. Lousy cup sleeves. No holes for the negative pressure while you drink so it's kinda effort to drink it, i actually think mcdonald's to go cup still better.

I like the city morning sound here. High rise environment. Easy cars going by. Cool breeze. The sunlight does not get through too much here (which is better than other branches cause the sunlight's freakin' hot already around 9am nowadays). But among the three wildflours? I still like rada's branch more. 128513

Tried something new today. A purse bread lol.

It's called a Roasted Garlic Knot (Php 130). A little difficult to eat but if you love garlic, this is super good. It's laid out on a bed of melted butter or oil I can't remember haha. Super filling.

Balanced it out with their Baby Mixed Green Salad (Php 330) but took out the goat cheese. Then completed my meal with what I think is the best cappuccino hehe.

Service is good as always. Place is packed (as always). Wildflour will always be one of the (if not the) best cafes in Manila for me. 128076

It has been a while since I last visited Wildflour but I still remember its delectable desserts and scrumptious pasta. And since I had an appointment right across the lovely restaurant, I decided to have a nice afternoon snack here before heading to my meeting.

Hello again, Wildflour Café + Bakery.

I was assisted as soon as I stepped in but the table where I was being directed to had a LOT of mosquitoes flying around. I quickly told the server that I’d rather sit elsewhere and she ushered me to the seat at the far end of the café.

After reading through the menu and not feeling very hungry, I opted to get Wildflour Reuben (PHP420).

While waiting, I was given a loaf of bread and Wildflour’s delicious salted butter. I managed to eat half of the loaf before my order arrived.

I was greeted by huge multi grain bread sandwiching homemade corned beef coleslaw and crisp potato chips.

I munched on the potato chips first and I loved it! It was thin, crunchy and lightly salted. It also had a slight burnt taste that I love. The bread was a bit greasy (perhaps it was pan toasted or fried) but it didn’t stop me to enjoy my sandwich. The homemade corned beef was succulent and far from being short of flavor. It was well complemented by the shredded veggies that added crunch to the sandwich.

I managed to finish half of the sandwich and had the other half and remaining potato chips to go. I ate my leftover the following day and… I was pleasantly surprised that still tasted good, if not better. This is one must-order sandwich!

See you again, Wildflour! 10084
