I always loved Wildflour's ambience and the mouth-watering selection of pastries on display. This time, we tried their Coconut Pie and OH MY GOODNESS! Best coconut pie ever! The coconut meat is thick and juicy and the custard filling is just enough to keep the coconut pieces together (unlike the ones you buy in Tagaytay where it's 80% custard filling). The crust adds a nice nutty flavor and texture and the milk sauce serves as the perfect finishing touch.

My other favorite dish here is their soup and salad with grilled cheese, although I remember the tomato soup being more delicious before than it tastes now.

The mushroom toast was just so-so. Frankly, nothing special. Good thing the coconut pie made up for everything!

Before anything else, I'd like to apologize because this photo might not give justice to its actual taste. I was too hungry to find a better angle.

Wildflour, by my standards, is already expensive for a usual meal. I went here for lunch and ordered Chicken & Avocado Sandwich (P450). The price may seem high but the serving is quite big. Big enough for sharing, actually, because I had a hard time finishing the second half.

The taste is superb too! This sandwich is bursting in flavor. Sometimes I wonder how come healthy and tasty food doesn't come cheap? Because I really wish it does.

There's something about Wildflour's ambiance--with its wooden tables and chair, and display of an array of varied bread and pastries--that would make one repeatedly visit, whether for coffee or drinks, dessert or a hearty meal. True, the seats may be too near each other resulting to an overall feeling of a slightly cramped venue. However, the rustic, homey "feels" and of course, the food and drinks they serve, make up for it.

I had after-lunch dessert/coffee in their Podium branch with a friend. We ordered their Salted Chocolate cake, iced Pistachio Au Lait, and Cafe Americano, and sat at the "outdoor" part of Wildflour.

The cake is good as usual, soft and moist chocolate cake with yummy, gooey frosting. I love my iced Pistachio Au Lait; very tasty and refreshing.

However, to be honest, I like the Wildflour BGC and Makati (Salcedo/Rada) branches better as this branch is very mall-ish. There is indeed both an indoor and outdoor area to sit by, but the latter is still inside a mall so there's no view whatsoever.

Customers service also was unfortunately not that satisfactory when we visited. The staff had this style of looking everywhere but us so we had to call their attention most of the time, if we had to request for water refill, a picture, etc.

Nevertheless, this is one of the few decent cafes in Podium and will still visit them again primarily because of my new favorite drink (Cafe Au Lait128522)!

After lunch last Friday, we quickly decided to have some coffee & dessert. Once you enter the place, you'll be welcomed by fabulous patries at the counter. You'll be having a hard time to choose, I swear.

Our orders were taken once we are seated. I had an 8oz cappuccino (P150). Foamy and creamy, and strong coffee blend. Its good!

And my Dulce Cronut (P150), which I shared with my 2 friends. This sweet treat is consist of flaky baked dough, its cripy & airy like its deep fried. Each layer is filled with creamy custard with Dulce de leche on top. Perfect for my coffee!

Verdict: Nice ambiance and service. Would be willing to go back once un a while, though this place is quite pricey, its the quality of food that really counts. 128076🏼

We made a quick stop at Wildflour before going home when we visited Podium around a month ago. Anyway, we tried their Wildflour reuben sandwich, and it was just okay, although my mom and I didn't really like it. I also had their vanilla milkshake, which was, again, just okay. The place is pretty small as well. Service was fast. 127800

Me and my dessert buddies Sandra Y and Lorie Mae B decided to have a short bonding moment at wildflour!

The place was always jampacked!I know why, because they served really good food and good service. When we got our seats we were given a complimentary toasted bread with butter...we forgot to ate it when it was served hot, because we are busy on groupie shots thats why the bread was really crunchy 128513128513128513

Opens at 7am!
The store smells heavenly with all the newly baked bread.
Prepare to spend around 1k+ for two.
Food reminds me of green pastures menu.
Overall, it's an expensive dining experience that can be worth it if you are trying to impress a date. (Or maybe when you are tired of the usual -silog breakfast)

After a heavy dinner, I was looking for something sweet, pangtanggal umay. And then I remembered that Wildflour offers their pastries and sweets at 50% off after 7 pm!128111 So I ordered some pastries to take home, and a brookie for my boyfriend and I to share.

Their brookie is the bomb!!!!!!!!128163 It's a brownie with a crunchy chocolate chip cookie embedded on top. Given that I'm not usually a fan of most desserts, and this one was also really sweet, I still liked it! The brownie was moist, packed and very chocolatey. It's so chocolatey that it's on the verge of becoming a chocolate bar hahaha.128517 and the cookie on top added an interesting crunch to the soft brownie. I can't say that the cookie was necessary in making the brownie extra good, but it made it look interesting.128512

There are other brownie variants that I would like to try in the future, like the Turtle Brownie which had lots of nuts, and the Double Chocolate Brownie,

Wildflour's pastries are always a hit for me, whether sweet or savory.128076🏻

First timer here! Haha Ohh I love Wildflour!128154

This branch is a bit small and is located beside an escalator. But I don’t mind as long as I have good food.

Food.

They served the best complimentary baguettes too, crusty on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Yum!

Roasted Bone Marrow (P480) as the appetizer. It was served with two part bone with marrow along with mango salsa and warm baguette. It supposedly an appetizer but it was served last. The waitress told us that it was because of the long and meticulous process that this bone marrow gone through. I am about to get annoyed because of the delay but when I first scooped the bone marrow and spread it all over my warm baguette and then topped with mango salsa…. “Ooohhhhh!” I forgot my name!128561128525 It’s good, very delicious. The food presentation itself was interesting and the taste is “ooooohhhh!” 128525128525 I kept bragging about this appetizer to my officemates and I show them the picture that really speaks a thousand words! Haha128518128522

Spicy Chicken Caesar Sandwich, there’s nothing so special about my sandwich but it was served in huge portion. It has citrus mostarda, tomato, lettuce in multigrain bread. Healthy and tasty.128522

I will try to visit Wildflour again and try their main entrée. As far as the Roasted bone marrow’s concerned, I fell in love with this place. Totally! 128076128076128076

Another Wildflour date with the sister and this time we ordered one cup each of that heavenly Vietnamese Latte. It is that good that's why we didn't want to share. Weird though that there wasn't any latte art and the server even said wala daw talaga. I guess the one we had from months ago was special haha

My sister went for the Gluten Free Apple Pancakes. Not a fan of fruits so I just took a tiny bite. This Pancake had the consistency of a Bibingka. It was huge and very filling and my sister wasn't able to finish it.

I got my sister's favorite Chicken and Avocado Sandwich. I totally get why she loves this. It tastes different and the chicken and avocado go well together. And she's a big pesto fan. The bread is pretty tough to bite and chew though.

Pretty sure we'll be back again for the Vietnamese Latte and Chicken and Avocado Sandwich.

This is the huge a$$ Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake from Wildflour. 128563 Moist chocolate cake, very rich chocolate/caramel layers that's then topped with sea salt!

Props to you if you can finish this by yourself. You can add that to your life skills. 128514

That Ricotta with honey, herbs and nuts with sourdough bread is fast becoming my go-to appetizer in Wildflour Cafe and Bakery-- it's simple, filling and so damn good!

Wish they could be a bit more efficient with their billing out process. We had to follow up twice, and this has happened more than twice in the past.
