Dropped by Wildflour in Podium last week, after our lunch in the office.

I ordered a cup of Hot Vietnamese Latte (P130). Its 12 oz ! Sulit for the size. Well its actually sweet yet it tasted so good. While waiting for my order, they serve complimentary french bread and butter. 128077🏼

Me and my dessert buddies Sandra Y and Lorie Mae B decided to have a short bonding moment at wildflour!

The place was always jampacked!I know why, because they served really good food and good service. When we got our seats we were given a complimentary toasted bread with butter...we forgot to ate it when it was served hot, because we are busy on groupie shots thats why the bread was really crunchy 128513128513128513

I like what I ordered Hongkong Milk tea!!!as you have seen on my photos looks like milk but it has a tea flavored and I really liked the creaminess

Opens at 7am!
The store smells heavenly with all the newly baked bread.
Prepare to spend around 1k+ for two.
Food reminds me of green pastures menu.
Overall, it's an expensive dining experience that can be worth it if you are trying to impress a date. (Or maybe when you are tired of the usual -silog breakfast)

After a heavy dinner, I was looking for something sweet, pangtanggal umay. And then I remembered that Wildflour offers their pastries and sweets at 50% off after 7 pm!128111 So I ordered some pastries to take home, and a brookie for my boyfriend and I to share.

Their brookie is the bomb!!!!!!!!128163 It's a brownie with a crunchy chocolate chip cookie embedded on top. Given that I'm not usually a fan of most desserts, and this one was also really sweet, I still liked it! The brownie was moist, packed and very chocolatey. It's so chocolatey that it's on the verge of becoming a chocolate bar hahaha.128517 and the cookie on top added an interesting crunch to the soft brownie. I can't say that the cookie was necessary in making the brownie extra good, but it made it look interesting.128512

There are other brownie variants that I would like to try in the future, like the Turtle Brownie which had lots of nuts, and the Double Chocolate Brownie,

Wildflour's pastries are always a hit for me, whether sweet or savory.128076🏻

First timer here! Haha Ohh I love Wildflour!128154

This branch is a bit small and is located beside an escalator. But I don’t mind as long as I have good food.

Food.

They served the best complimentary baguettes too, crusty on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Yum!

Roasted Bone Marrow (P480) as the appetizer. It was served with two part bone with marrow along with mango salsa and warm baguette. It supposedly an appetizer but it was served last. The waitress told us that it was because of the long and meticulous process that this bone marrow gone through. I am about to get annoyed because of the delay but when I first scooped the bone marrow and spread it all over my warm baguette and then topped with mango salsa…. “Ooohhhhh!” I forgot my name!128561128525 It’s good, very delicious. The food presentation itself was interesting and the taste is “ooooohhhh!” 128525128525 I kept bragging about this appetizer to my officemates and I show them the picture that really speaks a thousand words! Haha128518128522

Spicy Chicken Caesar Sandwich, there’s nothing so special about my sandwich but it was served in huge portion. It has citrus mostarda, tomato, lettuce in multigrain bread. Healthy and tasty.128522

I will try to visit Wildflour again and try their main entrée. As far as the Roasted bone marrow’s concerned, I fell in love with this place. Totally! 128076128076128076

Another Wildflour date with the sister and this time we ordered one cup each of that heavenly Vietnamese Latte. It is that good that's why we didn't want to share. Weird though that there wasn't any latte art and the server even said wala daw talaga. I guess the one we had from months ago was special haha

My sister went for the Gluten Free Apple Pancakes. Not a fan of fruits so I just took a tiny bite. This Pancake had the consistency of a Bibingka. It was huge and very filling and my sister wasn't able to finish it.

I got my sister's favorite Chicken and Avocado Sandwich. I totally get why she loves this. It tastes different and the chicken and avocado go well together. And she's a big pesto fan. The bread is pretty tough to bite and chew though.

Pretty sure we'll be back again for the Vietnamese Latte and Chicken and Avocado Sandwich.

This is the huge a$$ Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake from Wildflour. 128563 Moist chocolate cake, very rich chocolate/caramel layers that's then topped with sea salt!

Props to you if you can finish this by yourself. You can add that to your life skills. 128514

That Ricotta with honey, herbs and nuts with sourdough bread is fast becoming my go-to appetizer in Wildflour Cafe and Bakery-- it's simple, filling and so damn good!

Wish they could be a bit more efficient with their billing out process. We had to follow up twice, and this has happened more than twice in the past.

The dulce de leche cronut and eclair are the best for me! The regular eclair, chewy cookie and choco walnut cookie were just so so.

Brekkie with friends and the bf!128522

Kaya bacon, tinapay, bonggang patatas at itlog...

Merry Kimchimas!

I'll keep this short and sweet. We spent our Christmas Eve brunch here. I made reservations via phone and I got a table for two inside the restaurant.

The complimentary bread and butter was superb and fresh as usual.

We got the Carabao's Milk Ricotta, Kimchi Fried Rice, and the Roast Organic Chicken.

Panalo lahat!

Ricotta - The sourdough bread went well with the cheese. The local honey tasted divine and added a smooth texture to the cheese.

Kimchi - I was feeling a bit adventurous so I ordered this, although I never eat kimchi at some Korean restos. But I don't regret it, the flavors were there, without the overpowering taste of fermented veggies. The beef was also well seasoned and tender.

Chicken - Divine! Good for sharing (kimchi rice had big servings as well) and this was a great addition to the kimchi rice. The mashed potato was perfect--creamy yet with some texture, milky but still flavorful.

We got a glass of their Altozano Shiraz Rose. Yep. Drinking in the pm such a badass.

Too bad they had a lot of pending orders for the buko pie but I'll surely return for that.

Hazelnut and vanilla bomboloni with their Vietnamese latté to cap off our Wildflour experience. The best.

Service was good as usual.

Happy Holidays!

Adios! 128111

Wildflour
It was was my second time to eat at Wildflour yesterday, first time I just ordered a pie and forgot to take a picture of it so I forgot to review it.

Anyways, yesterday my team and Here are my thoughts...

They serve you bread and butter while waiting for your order.

I ordered a Watermelon Iced Tea, but it tasted more of like Watermelonw Juice. I asked if they have normal house blend iced tea, but they didn't.

The roasted chicken came first, and it was delicious! Very tender and juicy, perfectly cooked.

And it was huge! It was half a chicken! LOL.

Next came the burger...

The patty was as thick as my face! Awesome.

And last, but not the least, my lasagna...

Sinful I tell you, sinful! One of the best lasagnas I've ever tasted.
Though I loved the food, I wish they would have told us that the servings were for at least two people. Four people ordered the lasagna but no one was able to finish it, and we are not light eaters I tell you. Lol. We could have just ordered two and shared them. The chicken as well.

But you do get the value for your money. It is epensive but the servings were huge, if only we knew. Lol.

I've been to Wildflour a handful of times with mom and dad but this was the first time with my sister. She's been trying to eat healthier and trying to influence us as well.

On the table
🔹Baby Mixed Green Salad, Mangoes, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese - interesting mix of flavors. Mangoes were sweet. I pawned off the walnuts to my sister. It was pretty ok overall.
🔹Wildflour Reuben - a bit too sour for our liking. We kept passing the sandwich between us to see who would finish it. We had no problems devouring the potato chips though.
🔹Chocolate Bundt Cake (i think) - the parts without icing were dry and hurt our throats. The icing was thick and rich
🔹Vietnamese Latte - my sister's coffee was heavenly. It was creamy and had just the right balance of bitterness and sweetness. We didn't even add any sugar. It smelled so good too.
🔹Complimentary Bread and Butter - great warm snack while waiting for our food.

I think i should have ordered something richer and yummier instead. Our tummies were full but our tastebuds not so satisfied.

Loved their lasagna so much that I had to scrape the remaining sauce with bread. It is served sizzling hot in a thick black skillet so make sure not to dive into it right away. Their burger, which I had on a separate visit, was a bit on the greasy side that I felt a bit dizzy after eating it. Their spread of breads and pastries are a sight to behold! Carbs heaven.

Cronut craze gone? Dominique Ansel should come up with something new. I still remember when it was so hard to get a single cronut from Wildflour. Those were the days 128513

I was missing the croissant doughnut of Wildflour especially the delicious sugary glaze. I got two salted caramel and I am very happy that they still have the same quality which is why people loced Wildflour's cronuts.
