It has been a long, long while since I got the chance to finally try Wingman at The Collective.

It was during the Fete de la Musique event when we were there so we didn't let the moment pass.

Given that the interior part was already full, we decided to stay outside and enjoy the reggae music coming from B Side.

Wingman's menu is literally straightforward and direct. With its variety of wings and flavours to burgers, sandwiches, burritos and sides like fries, mashed potato, etc., your cravings will definitely be satisfied here may it be for lunch, dinner or midnight snack.

Abbey and I ordered their 6 pieces Mango Barbecue Wings and their Bean Burrito.

Both items tasted OK for me. Both were good for sharing. The wings tasted more of the mango than the barbecue. If it was spicier, I may have liked it better though. The burrito was generously served and I liked the fresh and healthy fillings it has --- vegetables, beans, rice, chicken --- that was really filling and fulfilling.

Will surely go back here to try more of their items.

You might be thinking it's weird and out of place to have salad at a sports bar on a Friday night, but I have no regrets with this Cajun Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad! 128525 So much love for it and i don't think it's that healthy anymore with the proportion of leaves to dressing. For the wings, we chose Classic Buffalo and Honey Garlic flavors. Honey Garlic was the bomb. Not spicy so it's recommended for those who can't take the heat. Wingman has my heart (but if we talk about wings per se, it may be at par with Frankie's).

Price – Quite overpriced. For half a dozen wings, 235 seemed quite a stretch.

Flavours (Jamaican Jerk wings) – Comme ci, comme ça. Nothing really special, but definitely not mediocre. The cook on the chicken is perfect but I found that it was steeped in too much sauce which is a shame because I would've liked to taste the crisp come through.

Service – Good, quick.

Ambience – Very good. You're provided plastic gloves and there are table napkins at the ready.

Perfect place to have o-beer-time! They have beer jugs (that are bigger than my face) worth around 180-250, depending on what brand you choose. Plus you actually need the beer to chug down their super spicy wings (medium-pinaka range).

When we first had a bite of their buffalo wings (medium spiciness) it was crazy hot! My friends didn't want to eat the remaining pieces anymore. Until we ate it as we drank beer and the spiciness was neutralized with the drink's fizz and bitterness. Their apocalyptic spicy option was topped with chopped red peppers. It looked scary. You may have to drink more beer to gain some courage for that.

We got a dozen of wings and the other half of our order was garlic parmesan. The garlic flavor really seeped into the meat. The flavor wasn't that balanced, it was really more garlicky and it needed more parmesan cheese coating to go with it. Good thing we had an extra order of bleu cheese dip to remedy that.

I was the third wheel, so I thought it was pretty witty to order their "Solo Flight" meal. It had three pieces of wings, rice, veggies and a choice between red iced tea or blue lemonade for the drink. I got hot classic Buffalo wings, which I started to regret when I tasted their medium spiced wings. It was a good meal but I still think Frankie's boneless chicken with rice is still more sulit! Plus Frankie's wings are A LOT bigger! 128557

We also tried some appetizers like the onion rings and quesadillas. The onion rings were okay, it wasn't that oily and salty. The quesadillas are a lot like the ones Army Navy serves. The pita and salsa was similar in taste and texture (it just lacked that tiny wooden spoon Army Navy gives out). It was served with sour cream tasted a lot like cream cheese.

Wasn't able to take photos since their electricity went out (no discount for eating in the dark boo)! They also had to close early on a Friday night (around 11) because of that.

Wingman = best wings in town! I've been going to Wingman for years now and I've never been disappointed. My favourites are the garlic parmesan (sorry KFC but I think this is much more finger lickin' good) and buffalo wings (you can choose your level of spiciness). Then I request for the blue cheese dip on the side. Ooh la la, c'est magnifique!!

I was at Wingman again last Sunday and had the garlic Parmesan wings - great as always, my half dozen order was demolished in 15 minutes! I love that they also provide you with plastic hand gloves in case you don't want oily fingers (but where's the fun in that?). My friend had the corn puppies which were also pretty good, though I thought the batter was slightly too sweet for me.

One of the perfect go-to places in the metro to satisfy that wings craving! Went here for yet another "Happy Thursday" with my best friend and although it's my second time to dine at Wingman, I haven't tried their signature wings. So this time we got 1 1/2 dozen of wings (just for the two of us 128514). If you get a dozen you can split the plate into two flavors. Since we got 1 1/2, we chose 3 flavors: Garlic Parmesan, Hickory BBQ and only for the brave... INFERNO! I loved all but since my heart will always belong to spicy food, I succumbed to the undeniable goodness of their inferno. Really lives up to the warning "only for the brave". That was incredibly spicy, even for me. 128293

Order a beer while you're at it! Wings + beer = perfect match.

Still one of my fave chicken wings joint!

Ordered the usual garlic parmesan wings. My ultimate fave! Had it with the bleu cheese dip. Sulit, promise!

Also ordered the lemon pepper wings and asian invasion wings. Both good! I like the asian invasion better though. Spicy, saucy and yummy! 128522

I will keep coming back to this place. I do hope they open a branch in Salcedo or Legaspi Village Makati.

It was our first time to try eating at Wingman and gladly, we weren't disapointed at all. My boyfriend and I ordered a dozen of wings- honey garlic and garlic parmesan where the flavors. We loved it. We loved the after taste and the saltiness + sweetness of their wings.

The place looks so chill, with wifi and television (for sports fanatics I guess) plus they provide plastic gloves to actually enjoy eating their famous wings.

Buffalo chicken burger??? What?! its boneless of course! Haha! The spiciness level is perfect for my taste! A lil sour-y type of spicy plus their twister fries is sooo good also! Yummm!! My fave beer and good food place of all time! I tried bringing a date here, not bad at all for a fun date night! Haha! 128076128516

I have been craving for wings for over two weeks already and I asked around for the best spicy wings in the Metro. A couple of friends mentioned Wingman near B-Side so I figured I should give it a try.

We had ordered a dozen of wings, half of which were classic hot flavored, and the other 6 were Hickory Barbecue. For sides, we ordered curly fries and rice.

My honest verdict: disappointing.

The price was reasonable, but lacked the flavor I was looking for. Hotwings were not spicy enough for me, and the hickory bbq just didn't taste right. Also it took them a while to serve the food :/

This is my first review. Not fond of any literary styles on reviewing, I just love eating and do some judging.

Not a chicken critique, but, if you're looking for some place to chill and a nice place to watch some basketball, Wingman's definitely the right choice. Their buffalo wings are heavenly. Their Hickory Barbecue and Garlic Parmesan flavored chickens are the must-try snacks here. Match it with their One-Liter Beer mug. Ughh! Heaven! Definitely going back to this place to chill-out. Plus if you happen to be part of any LaSallian student orgs, just present your GCA Card and get some discounts.

I only gave a 4/5 because the place was too small. If people discover this temple of happiness, they'd definitely need more space. Plus the servers don't smile...well, some. :)
