The pizza had too much time in the oven, resulting in burnt edges and dryness. The vongole pasta was so-so, the clams were so small! They should've indicated baby clams! 128078🏻

Good Friday means a LOT of closed restaurants - maybe 85% of the entire Metro restaurants were closed. We went to Rockwell thinking since the place will have a lot of expats so there would be some places open there - we're glad that we actually found a place open and a great place at that!

The sad part is that we had a heavy breakfast, so we only got a pizza for this order. We had the margherita pizza since it is after all no meat Friday. The pizza was thin crust, good distribution with the tomato sauce, AND very generous with the basil which I really like.

For drinks, we ordered the Kiwi-Strawberry cooler which was nice for the heat of the day. I saw the dishes the Expediter was hauling out - we will be back for the Tagtialle and the 21 layer lasagna which looks really good as they headed out to the other tables!

Had dinner with my friends here last night and we all enjoyed eating here. The place was a bit cramped but still cozy.

We ordered Cold Cuts (Piccolo/5 selections) and it was quite good. Make sure you include prosciutto.128539 This also comes with olives, a few slices of crunchy bread, and super awesome candied walnuts.

We ordered their Funghi Bianco Pizza but it was just okay. The mushrooms were overpowering the cheeses, we couldn't taste anything but mushroom. I'm still open to trying their other pizzas though. The pizzas from the other tables looked really interesting.

We also ordered the Black Tagliatelle pasta for sharing. This was the bomb! We all agreed that this was even better than Va Bene's. There were lots of seafood in the dish, so it was very good for the price. The pasta was flavorful on its own, and it was cooked perfectly al dente. I just wish they would add more noodles. I'll definitely get this for myself (no sharing!) when I go back.

I think I found another favorite pizza and pasta place!127837127829

The pasta is very tasty. In fact I remembered the place as "wild fire" since I can still taste the spice from it even as I write this review. They have a nice selection of pasta and pizza dishes although they do have to get their roof fixed as it is leaking.

The food in this restaurant has always been good; the problem was their aircon was always busted! But finally, I think, they have fixed it, and found a way to also cover up their oven, which was aggravating the heat in the restaurant. It was good to be back! The Tutto Carne pizza was good as ever, and so as the black tagliatelle pasta I ordered! Time to check out again!

This is my mentor's fave pizza place! Not really just because of the pizza but he extremely loves their 21 layer lasagna. I can't argue with him because it's very delicious!

On our last visit, we ordered mushroom pizza, Scampi (Shrimp), Asparagi (asparagus, cheese and prosciutto), the usual 21 layer lasagna, chocolate cake, strawberry panna cotta, white wine and Apple Mango Mint juice. :) They were all very delicious except for me the Panna Cotta didn't taste really good. I should've chosen mango as toppings instead.. :/ Minus one star because of that.

Overall, we love this place and the staff are really nice. :)

Since I enjoyed my pizza well yesterday my sweet cuz tot of letting me try another type of pizza & pasta here... But OMG... A complete fail... How can anyone go wrong with a simple cheese pizza? ... Just see for urself how dry & unappealing it is... Enough said , the pasta though is nothing special to rave about too

Actually my pic made the actual pizza looked way better 128565.... Oh well

Cousin D welcome me home by bringing me some foodie ... Yay... Haha...All meat pizza was surprisingly good this time or it tasted better coz love & thoughtfulness was coupled with each slice 128518

I had a bad experience here before ... They said the difference between wood-fired brick oven versus using commercial gas or electric oven is the consistency of the crust. Maybe my palate wasn't refine enough coz I can't seen to taste the difference & the smoky crust tasted too bitter on some occasion...toppings are said to be more flavorful ... But they shud use good toppings to start with 128514

The all meat this time was tasty & loving the chewy crust ... A little too salty for my liking but my palate isn't normal still, due to my medications ... Might take some time ... But I feel great already 9786

Picked up a pizza to-go. They were really quick about it but the crust was a bit too thick for me. That being said, convenient if you live in Rockwell.

I've been craving for stuffed pasta since forever so when i saw that woodfire had a spinach ravioli i couldnt help myself eventhough i promised i would only split pizza with some friends.

The ravioli was yummy. The red sauce was perfectly sour and the goat cheese on top complemented the dish well! 9786

We also got the caprino, a pizza with goat cheese, leeks, garlic confit, bacon & egg. I maybe would've preferred it with thin crust tho but it was alright! The prices are really affordable for good food too. 97869786

Definitely worthy of a revisit. 9786

It was my birthday on the 25th and as a treat to my family I was looking for a good restaurant that delivers because my dad never likes driving to eat out. I got on City Delivery and there was only a limited amount of restaurants that appeared that I could choose from, so of course I checked looloo. After reading a bunch of reviews I chose this place. I ordered 4 pizzas (tutto carne, margherita, funghi, 4 cheese) and 4 pastas (21 layer lasagna, spinach ravioli, carbonara, salciccia). I didn't get to taste the tutto carne but almost all of the pizzas were bad. 128514 The funghi pizza smelled funny (I mean come on, mushrooms don't smell that "earthy" 128586), the 4 cheese pizza tasted stale. Some of the pastas were okay, but I especially disliked the 21 layer lasagna. It had absolutely no flavor. I understand that food quality deteriorates when it's delivered, but to that extent? It's a good thing I ordered Bonchon chicken too, and that there were plenty of other dishes, otherwise I would've been really pissed. I'm not even bothering to edit the picture I took. 128529

Forgot the name of the pasta, but it was really good! We had the Cheese & Mushroom Pizza. It was okay, i didnt like the crust though, it was bland and not crispy thin enough. Will give it another shot and try their tomato sauce based pizzas.

Not a good day.. Hahaha... Once again... Wasn't impressed with the food but the architecture was nice with a real brick oven ... So u see how ur pizza is being cooked... I had the capricio pizza I think or the goat cheese ... It's their top seller128530... Nothing great.. Quattro formaggi is too dry for my taste but with chunks of cheese... So it's kinda different .. Either u hate it or love it.

Pasta... Well ... Not worth mentioning really

I just love the scampi.. Haha.. Shrimps fresh, crunchy with every bite & just enough spice to give a kick . Time to go home now .. Been eating the whole day ... OMG!!!!!1285559786128561128139

The lasagna was very good - creamy but not overly so. Tiramisu too. And an Iwata unit was helping cool the place so much a diner requested that it be turned off.

Great food, lousy aircon!

The last time I reviewed this place was a year ago, and I already mentioned the bad a/c. But I decided to go back, as the food is undeniably good. Only to find out that they have not fixed the issue! What, after a year, ganoon pa rin problema!

The moment I stepped into the resto, I saw a big pail in the middle of the resto. It was trying to catch the water dripping from the a/c above. And, again, the a/c was not working!!!
The place was very warm, notwithstanding the wrong open kitchen design in the first place. The staff kept apologizing, saying that it will be replaced soon! Really?!?

Since we were there already, we decided to just brave it, although several times, I regretted not having turned my back as soon as I saw the a/c not working, especially in this sweltering 36.5C summer heat! The food better be good, or else... 11088️one star coming! (Calling Odell R!)

Good thing , the food has not changed, and remained awesome! But I have to minus two 1108811088️ here! It is a pity really!

I recommend you order the Tutto Carne (salami and mozarella pizza cooked in wood oven), and Black Tagliatelle (seafood aglio olio black pasta). Sarap! Sayang, not coming back until they fix the a/c, or reopen as a hole in the wall open air pizza corner at half the price!

For a 'classy' resto like this, I think, they should, at least, be giving diners free ice cold drinks if their a/c broke down again, as a matter of courtesy.
