Workdesk Coffee is great for those who just want good coffee. They do have a few seats at the store but you can always bring your cup to your table if you’re with a couple of friends. Workdesk Coffee serves freshly roasted beans from Toby’s Estate.

I tried their latte and as a latte art lover, i found the drink quite foamy, making the artwork kinda blurry. No problem with the taste, in fact, it’s good!

Thanks to Looloo’s first halloween event, I was able to go back to Hole in the Wall. Some stores are already closed, but there are some interesting finds. Like the new Workdesk Coffee. Their corner used to be a salad bar kind of thing but I am lucky that the new ones deal with coffee.

So without further a do I tried their food. I ordered the LOX Bagel which is scallion cream cheese, smoked salmon and bagel salt. And I had my regular flat white. The LOX Bagel delivers. It’s a whole waffle cut into four. It has this amazing cream cheese with generous smoked salmon that’s perfect. I love cream cheese and it’s a perfect fit. The salmon is seasoned right, and the waffle is crunchy on the edges but really soft. It definitely go well with my flat white which is smooth a less bitter but more foamy. It’s a good combination. I was able to max out the Php 500 budget and had to pay the service charge on my own. Php 150 for the Flat White, Php 350 for the LOX Bagel.

I am happy that they have found a place at Hole in the Wall. Now there’s a coffee place there that seems fitting. I am definitely going to try the sweet waffles next time.
