Still a place for horse riding and there's still foul smell because of unmaintained horses. The park at the top which is in front of the Mansion is a good place to walk and roam around but cars park at the side now and they pass by too which makes walking uncomfortable. There's this cutie St. Bernard at the end of the road and he is so cute. So big at 1 year old! Traditional places to go to Baguio.

PS: There's the Ketchup Community across Wright Park that you might want to visit. I'll give a separate review on that.

Both the Ketchup community and Pizza Volante (both food places) were jampacked so we decided to skip lunch for a while and just roam the park and the mansion. We also skipped the stairs from the horse area and went straight to the Pool of Pines.

I don’t know why it’s called “Pool of Pines” since there are no more pines surrounding the area. Hahaha Huhu. It used to be prettier. Not that I’m saying it’s not anymore. There were more flowers, more pines, less trash. Still, a beauty.

If you wanna experience horseback riding, this is the place to be.
But if you just want to roam, you know, walk hand-in-hand with someone, this is also perfect.

Wright Park is just in front of the Mansion. I didn't get to roam the place much, I just went to buy pasalubong there.
I took the picture while inside the car and parked near the stalls to buy pasalubong but from what I have taken I know the place is a great place for strolling with loved ones, I saw they have mini horses there too, the one with colored maines for kids who want to experience horse-back-riding. You can also fly a kite there. Perfect place to chill and spwnd time with family. 9786

Honestly I forget about the Wright Park, I’ve been to Baguio when I am a little girl and all I can remember is the Mansion. So it’s time to re-visit! 128522

I love parks because they have this different romantic vibe for me. So, Wright Park is not an exception. It’s still like what I pictured, two walkways with a pond in the middle. The tall pine trees gives shed to people who walks around, whooshing cold wind and produces calm and relaxing sound. It’s perfect place for couple or lovers who wants to appreciate each other alone in the wilderness. It’s a sweet spot, perfect for some “me” time, to unwind and reminisce things. There is a gazebo in the middle, you can sit down and just stare at the trees, plants and clouds. Chirping birds is the music here. Very serene place.128524

Ohh, tip! I visited on a weekday, maybe that’s the reason why there isn’t a lot of people. So if you want to experience what I’ve experienced, come on weekdays. 128522

This was my 11pm photo-shoot with 'Eminem'. The good news here was it only cost me PhP20 to take a photo with this darling horse. (Perks of closing hour customer) 128074 9996

One of Baguio's premier tourist spots. Named after Arch. Luke E. Wright, the park features an elongated man-made pool if water named "Pool of Pines" and has a horse range below after a flight of some 100+ steps (Horseback ride now costs 300/hour.) The park fronts the Mansion, the official vacation residence of the President of the Philippines.

Passed by this park before having lunch in Ketchup Food Community.

I'm scared of having a photo taken with the horses. 128584 I don't know why. 128517

This part of Baguio is quite not polluted. 128524Good thing!

128162 TAKE NOTE: This is a super MABABAW review! Hahaha! 128514

We were both planning to have horse back riding but boyfie doesn't want since I was wearing skirt. (But it's a maxi skirt) 128529

Anyway, we ended up strolling along Wright Park. As you can see, a lot of vendors will follow you with their product. Yung tipong maiinis ka na. Hahaha 128518

But this one captured our attention! "Mam, bili po kayo ng Strawberry Ice Cream! Para po yang DQ, I'll serve it upside down or else it's free!" HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! 128514128514128514

Well, he nailed it! 128526

Baguio is kinda known for their pink ponies. When I was young I would always ask for the biggest, whitest horse. I haven't gone back here since my age was a single digit, despite my frequent trips to Baguio.

Its smelly, because horses are smelly. Malinis naman sya ngayon. At least mukang alaga ang horses, they werent skinny or malnourished. They have small to large horses depending on your fancy.

The kids we brought here loved their horse rides. There were a lot of people but not too much. They have a gentle track that beginners can use. You can opt to have the horse owner walk or ride with you if want. If you're more adventurous they have a route you can take outside of the park too.

On the park is a small nursery where you can buy plants. Across is Ketchup when you get hungry.

4 stars because the kids had fun.

The park is famous for horseback riding especially to kids. 127943 I didn't like it that much coz it stinks.128547 But I'm sure I enjoyed this when I was much younger. Haha!128103

I just like the view of pine trees at the part of the park fronting The Mansion. 127794

Lots of vendors though. Kinda annoying coz they'd really follow you until they successfully convince you to buy.128527
