I'm giving this 4 stars because it is usually a top-of-mind food whenever we go to SM Aura. And that's saying a lot given the number of food choices there.

First off, the food is not that fantastic. But it is something you will enjoy eating. Besides, its yakitori, it would be ridiculous to expect too much. It has enough flavor to make you crave for it when you see it. We have our staple orders already.

Asparagus wrapped with Bacon, Chicken Kaarage, Steak Cuts, Sausage, Quail Eggs wrapped with bacon, and their trio of small servings of Kimchi, Chuwakawakame, and Tofu.

Waiting time isn't so bad too; fast food done right.

So, 4 stars because it is the kind of food I won't get tired of eating.

Yakitori One is my newest go-to Japanese restaurant ever since I first tried it. So I got Combo 13 which was composed of Pork Butabara, Chicken Karaage and Chicken Thigh. The meat of each was good and was not chewy. Their sauce is actually delicious even though you have it for chicken or pork.

Overall, the experience is good and the food tastes delicious. I've always wanted to order a combo meal + more sticks so I can enjoy more but the expensive price always keeps me from doing so. I'd love to hear if they have better promos or if their prices will get a little bump.

For the month of May, Yakitori One offers discounted meals good for 2 persons ranging from 199-220 pesos. 4 sticks of karaage, 2 bowls of Japanese rice and iced tea all for 199 pesos - super affordable! On regular days, I find their pricing a bit too much considering the size of their servings (small) and their location (food court). I hope that this promo is here to stay for good!

My mom, being in love with all things Japanese settled eating early dinner here at Yakitori One. We were looking for a filling early dinner for we were about to attend a concert. Grilled barbeques are their specialties, we ate them with flavored rice and Kani salad. Their Kani salad was actually really good. Grilled beef i think is the best among all other grilled items.

For a the price, I think it's a small serving. I ordered chicken thigh, sausage roll and chicken bell pepper.
I like their teriyaki sauce.. It really gives the flavor. The cold serving of red ginger blends well with the rice.

The chicken thigh and sausage were really tender.
The bellpeppers?... I think they gave me spring onions or leek... Basta hindi siya bellpepper

Rice is 40 php pero isang bowl na n cya. They have a set menu of two or three combos. Add 20php for drinks; but if you prefer to customize, you will have to pay per stick plus rice. Plus 40php for iced tea.

Service not remarkable as this branch is located at foodcourt.

The beef was quite good. However I can't help comparing this to Singapore's Tori Q and this kinda falls short of my expectations.
