Was a bit sad with today's visit. The instructor was ok, even the receptionist was very lively and welcoming but their small yoga room had mosquitos!!!!! I have 3 mosquito bites on my right arm. It is so difficult to concentrate knowing something is going to bite you and it was itching as i was doing the poses.

I really love this new wall art at Yoga+. So serene and peaceful 128524

It was nice doing yoga on a gloomy afternoon. This Flow class by Clarice Capili was somewhat relaxing. I find this somehow similar as to how she conducts her Yin Yoga class. This was a good restart to my workout routine. I now feel relaxed. Namaste 128524

The best yoga studio ever! A but pricey but the facilities and quality of teaching makes it worthy of splurging. Cannot wait until my next class. I recommend taking Yin Yoga classes for destressing and relaxation.

It's been awhile since my last session here. I've been meaning to go back because I really want to live a healthy lifestyle. Despite of the rain, I braved through it & attended their Hot B class. Ryan Chester really is the master of this class! Always makes me want to do my best every time I attend this 128170

My favourite studio to practice yoga!

The Makati branch of Yoga+ is their biggest so far, featuring 2 yoga rooms, separate locker rooms for men and women, and a lovely reception area with comfy nooks. They offer a variety of yoga classes such as Hot A (based on the Absolute Yoga sequence), Hot B (the Bikram sequence), Hot C (hot yoga focusing on core work), LED Ashtanga, Jivamukti, and Yin Yoga. All the teachers are friendly and highly approachable, and I must say that my practice has greatly improved under their tutelage. They know when to push you harder. :)

Another thing I love about Yoga+ is that everything is provided for. They provide students with Manduka yoga mats, yoga towels, and bath towels (just need to leave your ID and Php100 for the towel, you get them back upon returning the towel). Alkaline water is also provided for free, just bring your own bottle! Lockers are also available for storing your bags, just bring your own padlock! Each shower stall also has a 2-in-1 shampoo/bath gel. All you really need to bring is a change of clothes!! :)

They also offer workshops once in a while, open even to non-members. These workshops feature well-known yogis in the international community such as Victor Chng. Definitely must-not-miss opportunities to deepen your practice!

They really have classes to suit your yoga "cravings". A bit pricey but the yogis are really good and friendly. Plus, the place is really nice too. You don't even have to bring a mat, mat towel and bath towel. They'll provide it for you. 128077

Yoga+ has been offering Capoeira with EBC for a few months already, but this was my first time to visit the place.

Once the elevator door opens, you arrive at the receiving area, where you take off your shoes and let the receptionist know which class you want to take. The floors were clean and the place actually looks fairly large, with several rooms for different kinds of yoga.

I was led to the men's changing room, which has 2 showers and a toilet. I felt it was a bit small, and could potentially cause some backlog if all the classes end at once.

They then told me I could leave my bag on the shelf or in a locker, and that it would be safe since only customers entered the premises. I decided to keep my bag anyway, since my water was in there and I needed somewhere to keep my glasses.

When I entered the room, the whole room was covered in a soft material (like yoga mats I guess), and there was a cool breeze coming through the windows. During yoga sessions, I suppose those are closed and the heaters are turned on. 128558 The room was quite spacious, and the soft floors were perfect for doing capoeira tricks! There were even whiteboards inside, which were helpful for practicing portuguese!

Overall, Yoga+ is actually quite a nice place. It's clean, there's ample space, and the staff is pretty friendly too. I think I might consider taking more Capoeira classes here too, since the environment feels a lot more calm and peaceful than in the MMA Gym. I might even consider cross-training Yoga one day!

I've been practicing yoga for about 3-4 years now. My practice started and developed in Iloilo (where I'm based) with Sir Ravi as my teacher.

I recently transferred to Manila for my Master's degree. I've been looking and trying out yoga studios near my place for the past 2 weeks now. So far, this one's the most convenient in terms of location and the one that caters to my preferred yoga style.

Yoga + (Makati) offers hot yoga, flow, yin, led ashtanga, jivamukti and acro yoga. My favorite so far are flow and hot yoga. I've yet to try the rest of the styles. 128522

It's a small studio with 2 wide yoga rooms. It has a toilet and a changing room, one each for guys and girls.

I love this studio because they provide you with everything! I don't even have to bring my mat with me to the sessions (minus all the hassle of bringing a lot of stuff to or from school)! 128077 they maintain good hygienic practices by giving each member a fresh mat towel before the session. They also supply bath towels once you're ready to shower.

Everyone in yoga+ is so friendly and accommodating that would make you feel "at home" in an instant.

Btw, I just received my membership card (pictured above)! So cute! 128522

Perfect Day to start a new year. Some Peace and Quiet.

Love the facility. I now know to attend the early morning class so the room is not too cramped. Not so many early risers in makati :)

Great facilities!! My only issue is they pack their classes. Too cramped.

I experienced the same at their fort branch.

But happy that they offer HOT yoga, almost daily.

Thanks for adding yoga+
