Love their Tagline. Do your health a Flavor 128513128513. It's hard to be healthy especially when there are a lot of temptations here and there. I for one don't want to restrict myself from eating sinful sweets. We only live once and we gotta make the most out of it. Yeahh? Agree??
Soooo, I tried Yoh Froz. I know that yogurts taste a little sour but this one's different. Not too sour for me. Plus it also has a lot of toppings you can choose from. Of course it's a bit pricey conpared to the usual Ice cream but health is wealth isn't it?! I also like their Red Velvet Ice cream sandwich 128077🏻128139

Me and hubby enjoyed our yoghurt ice cream and yoghurt shake while my girls are having their caffeine fix at nearby CBTL.

Yoh Froz was the 1st yoghurt ice cream i have tasted and it became my favorite then. It is creamy compared to other newbies and the taste is perfect 128077

I have always liked yogurt even when I was a kid. So when Frozen Yogurt became popular, I kind of got addicted to it.

Yoh Froz, on the other hand, has a different approach. They offer ice cream sandwich. It's chocolate flavored cookie with vanilla yogurt inside. It's so good and healthy.

Their yogurt is simply my favorite!!aside from red mango! or should i say im a froyo addict! There are froyos that are too sour or too sweet but yoh froz is in the middle 128077128147128109(bff bonding time)

Let's face it, yogurt can never quite substitute creamy ice cream. However, yogurt is still delicious in itself. And it's only really that healthy if you put the right toppings on it.

Yoh-Froz was my first yogurt experience. It used to be much more sour than today. They've narrowed down the choices in toppings a little and the price is a little more expensive than what we used to pay when I was a kid but the little fun in ordering hasn't ceased.

It's good they have their own spot here in Greenhills so you could see that they actually existed, compared to hiding inside Hobbes & Landes. Now, they've expanded their menu from just plain frozen yogurt with your choice of toppings, to frookies, milkshakes, parfaits, etc. And i'm glad more Filipinos are appreciating yogurt now compared to before. Just hope yogurt joints keep the integrity of the healthiness in yogurt.

F I N A L L Y!!! Yogurt! 128131 I've been craving for this for how many days and while we were on shopping, saw this and there you go! Yogurt with semi-healthy toppings. Hahaha. Marshmallows, Chocolate chips, and my two favorites, almonds & granola!! I'm still overwhelmed with what I had. 128147128514128561 spent 140 for this. 100 for yogurt with 1 topping (marshmallows) and when I saw the almonds and granola, paid it for 40 pesos. Not bad! 128077128077128077

yoh froz is my second go to place to satisfy my yoghurt cravings, that is if am in greenhills area and if bonchon got their long lines again.

so after having a hot mami I craved for a cold dessert and so I went to promenade cause I was thinking for a bonchon yoghurt but then there was this tarp of frookies that greeted me and invited me to sink my teeth into them. went straight to yoh froz. I always liked their place even if its an open area, somehow I feel private even the place is open to public especially to those who are using the escalator. good thing their cozy sofas are so welcoming and homie that reading a book can be one of my goals into coming here.

I like their yoghurt but am up for their frookies, thanks to the lady at the counter for telling me that the berry velvet was their number one but a red frookie wasn't that inviting then, so I opted for the cookie batter frookie which was 95pesos. and oh, thanks again to the other one at the counter for opening the plastic container for me.

the frookie was big, bigger than dq's dilly sandwich. the cookie were chewy and chocolatey, but tasted like an old stock cookie. the yoghurt ofcourse was a good sour one! but mixing the two in my palate wasn't the best thing a yoghurt can be. 128529128533

will cone back at yohfroz bonchon's line would go crazy but never for their frookies. sorry 9996

I'm done with cupcakes, done with Cronuts and now it's time for "Frookies"

After hubby and I had dinner at Dimsums and Dumplings in greenhills we went straight to promenade and really wanna try the Frookies. Its like a DQ sandwich

We ask them their best seller and they told us that it was the berry velvet.Yey I'm velvet fan128077

For only 95pesos each you can have it.The berry velvet Frookies was good and hubby eve like it.128077.Imagine a yogurt inside that velvet sandwich.Good thing is that yogurt is good for our body and I'm a fan of yogurt too.It is 98% non fat and cholesterol free.

It's time for us to keep healthy right???Health is wealth128591

A "healthier" version of the #throwbackthursday Coney Island Eskimo Roll, Yoh Froz has this line of yogurt cookie sandwich called, TA-Daaaahhhh, Frookie! Uhhhhh, okay...

I asked their best sellers and this was mentioned, their Velvet Frookie. Red Velvet cookies sandwiching strawberry yogurt. Lol. Healthy kuno.

Their peanut butter looks interesting. But I doubt I'll order this again. I don't often do yogurt kasi. I deviated by not eating the Cafe Xocolat Oreo cheesecake and Banoffee that my wife and her friends ordered. Ok, I bit into them. Hehehe.

Anyway, Yoh Froz and Cafe Xocolat are adjacent to each other in a good nook of Greenhills Promenade. Nice place to hang out in.

Was looking around Promenade for a snack I could munch on while watching Fast 6 but I didn't want anything oily or heavy so I ended up at the Yoh Froz stall. I haven't had froyo in a really long time so maybe this caused me to really enjoy my plain frozen yogurt with adventurous toppings. By adventurous, I mean peaches (they didn't have mangoes) and crushed graham crackers 128514128514128514 I like their froyo 'cause it isn't as sour as the one from Red Mango.

I guess you can easily tell from the photo above that this is our favorite Mochi Ice Cream. They're priced decently too. I know that flavors are a matter of preference but I highly recommend their strawberry, chocolate & taro when you visit!

The branches that we frequent to are usually the ones inside Hobbes & Landes so that our li'l one can play Lego too. :)
