Tried their sweet chili tofu served with brown rice and i can say it was pretty okay. The serving is just right because they have already calculated the calories. So if you're maintaining a certain caloric intake for the day, this is a good place for you. They also offer bottled juices for 150-180php. I will try that next time. :)

Following a diet plan but hunger strikes when at the mall? Looking for freshly bottled juice? A certified organic junkie? Skipping fast food or high calorie meals? On a detox diet? Craving for something healthy? Zigla to the rescue! (only at Rob Mag though)

The key seller : Whole, organic ingredients used for wraps, salads, and (black) rice meals + bottled juice made fresh.

Kind of pricy, but this serves the mentioned purpose above : TO THE RESCUE.

128581 Had the cheesy beef wrap, and to my disappointment it's only layers of lettuce, green bell pepper not even visible, small chunks of cheese, and beef seasoned with taco powder (?) Rather make something tastier and more filling at home that's inexpensive.

128581 Bottled juice costs 150-200 128561

But then again, TO THE RESCUE cause I was badly craving for wraps.

NOT GOOD. Chicken curry tasted "malansa". Parang di masyado naluto. The brown rice was obviously low class coz it's not delicious. The juice was not what I expected but it's definitely a better choice than water at that time coz I needed that to erase the malansa taste of the chicken. Grrrrrr! What a waste of good money!

If I'm going to eat this type of food everyday as my diet then I'll definitely be slim in an instant. I didn't even finish half of this meal!

Spotted this place after dinner at Ramen Nagi... feeling guilty after pigging out... I was glad to see they offered pressed detox juices 128513128513128513
Got the Red (Beet ,Turnips, Carrots and Ginger) @185 per bottle, And the Green (Kale, Parsely, Apple, Celery and Lemon) @135 per bottle... Both were ok but I still prefer Sexy Detox or Juice Jabs' versions 128513
They also offer Low calorie , low fat, dairy free and gluten free meals... maybe I'll try those next time 128512

Very expensive with small serving sizes, IMO... I get that healthy, organic, and free-range are terms that would make your food pretty expensive... But I wish the serving sizes were more generous... That aside, their Asian chicken salad (P210) was really good! Very fresh veggies! But bitin!128540

Saw this at the expo yesterday in SMX yesterday and it reminded me of Juju Eats. Though what they have are ready made salads, wraps, rice meals and sandwiches but all are on the healthier side. I didn't notice if you can DIY.

I ordered the beefy cheesesteak wrap. It has greens, beef, cheese and a dressing (not sure if it was just mayo??) in a wrap. It was okay. Not sure what the real flavor of the beef must be, basta may certain taste sya. I wish they'd serve it warm or toasted. Ang lamig kasi, as in parang galing sa ref so the wrap was not that chewy. Matigas sya. 128532 The wrap was thicker compared to Juju so it doesn't crack.

They sell bottled juices too. Sampled the Yellow Juice and it was pretty good. Ang asim.

Shameless plug: If you won't be doing anything this weekend, drop by the expo in SMX. It's on until tomorrow. Daming free taste! 128514

Tried their Buffalo Chicken Wrap a couple of months ago. A bit pricey at almost P165 but healthy, fresh and organic isn't cheap.

My only minor gripe would be it should be a bit heated instead of served cold. Decent chunks of buffalo chicken inside.

Today, I also got to try their Tuna and Cheese sampler (on whole wheat bread) on the Robinsons Magnolia City Food Picks (food tour) by RJ Ledesma of Mercato Centrale (& those 80's Royal Commercials). Good tasting.

Zigla's freshly pressed fruit and veggie juice cleansers. I loved their Orange and liked their Green.

Decided to devout the few days to some healthy fresh juice cleansing after a number of buffet ridden meals. It sucks when your plans go a-bust notwithstanding the juicing machine at home decided to go kaputz. Juju Eats was the top of mind, but geographically a challenge to visit. Glad to have read about Zigla here on Looloo ---which is more accessible for me.

First tries were the Green Juice (freshly juiced kale, parsley, apple, lemon, and, celery) and Orange (freshly pressed oJ,carrots, and lemon).

I liked their Green Juice. Herby, veggie with the tangy-sweet kick from the lemon and apple. A vitamin c, iron rich tonic juice drink indeed. Perhaps a flavor that may not necessarily appeal to any healthy-seeking taste buds. But, I guess I'm used to juicing my spinach and kale at home so Zigla's elixir was very agreeable to my taste. I would have loved it more if they added a thumb nail size of ginger. I enjoy making my home made Green Juice with a slice of ginger for healthy metabolism and that spicy kick.

I loved their Orange. The mix of tarty-sweet Freshly squeezed OJ with the carrots masked the green bite of the celery juice. The vitamin c rich fresh juice beverage was really good.

I liked the fact that their freshly pressed and bottled cleanser juices would hold good for a max of two days.

Of course nothing beats making these mixes at home where you get to play with the fruits and veggies and make your personalized elixir mix. Plus the fact, nothing beats taking these healthy elixirs fresh from the juicer. BUT, while I haven't replaced my juicer, Zigla's fresh juice blends will come in very handy. After enjoying their Green and Orange, I stocked up too with their Red and Yellow blends.

Their pricing is not bad. These healthy juice elixirs range from 135-175 depending on the mix of ingredients they offer.

A healthy juice option indeed!

The classic, "Bakit hindi kamuka ng picture sa menu yung pagkain ko?"

I tried to make my photo look really nice. I swear. From taking the photo to editing it, I tried my best. But I guess my best wasn't good enough... 127926

This barf-looking thing is their Salmon Rice. I thought the Php 299 price tag was okay because it looked huge in the photo.

Nope.

It's super tiny. I was hungry again after an hour or two. It was also pretty bland. Looking at their menu after eating, I found out they don't add salt to their food unless you ask them to.

+1 star for their Yellow Juice (pineapple, celery, lemon, apple and ginger)! The best tasting cold-pressed juice I've had so far! (Comparing this to Juju and Detoxify Bar)

They charged me 275 just for a salad!
Though it had tons of walnuts and sundried tomatoes but their cheese didn't taste like feta. Maybe it was goat's? Plus it had 43g of fat. FORTY-THREE! Pupunta nalang ako sa Mcdo!
Also got the pumpkin soup (145) which was really chunky 128525 and bankruptcy worthy. 128176
Everything was great but minus 111088️ for the price. 128542

Any good salad place recommendations? 128522

pH adjusted and non-acidic juices! Perfecto! Wish these healthy juice bars would open up more branches in other areas.

I ordered their Green and Yellow Juice. Don't expect the Green Juice to taste good - unless you like juicing halamans. 127811127807127808 This one had kale + parsley + apple + lemon. I finished this in just a couple of gulps to get it over and done with as quickly as possible. Haha.

Their Yellow Juice tasted better except it has celery. (Pineapple, apple, celery and lemon) It's also pretty pulpy like Detoxify Bar's but their containers are a bit smaller - same size as Juju Cleanse's small bottles I would say. Pretty expensive too at 185/bottle.

I also got their high fiber wheat bread. It was surprisingly pretty good, I was expecting it to taste like cardboard haha. Sucks I didn't get to try their actual meals - they look pretty good. They have (brown) rice meals and wraps!

P.S. We're trying to send candles+matches to Samar/Leyte - if you'd like to help out, let me know! 128522

I love the concept of Zigla-- 300-cal black rice meals, wheat-based pastas and bottled colored juices. It's every woman's diet dreams!

I was very happy that it was also in Robinsons Magnolia so when I do store visits in Yabu, I can now order a to-go meal and happily eat at one corner of Yabu. Their ginormous paper bag also helps me hide from the judgmental stares of our dining guests. haha!

I ordered their Beef Rice Meal. WARNING: the takeout does not look at all like the photo on their menu. It looks like the ingredients we're mashed up, teppanyaki style. I was pretty sad too that it was about half my fist but heck, that's why I ordered a 300-cal meal in the first place.

It was my first time to try black rice and I loved it! It didn't have that grainy texture like brown rice but it wasn't as soft as white. It's actually on the chewy side which went well with the teriyaki sauce and the crunchy cabbage and nuts. I also liked the beef. Definitely flavorful (it says it's grass-fed on the menu and any grass-fed animal is very tasty and juicy just like Yabu's Kurobuta and US Pork Rosu!).

It took me about 15 bites to finish it all, it was actually already extended since I was using their bamboo spoon and fork which can only scoop about half of a normal spoon. Haha! I need this bamboo spoon and fork in all my meals!

I was pretty satisfied and it feels nice not to feel guilty after a meal. At 199, it was pretty good! I wasn't too sure about the salads if they're worth 300-400 pesos but I heard they sell it at half the price at 7pm. Awesome! I have yet to try both the pasta and salad.

Don't buy the juices though, it ranges from 125-250 pesos for a small 250ml bottle. Better to just buy your own juicer!!!

P.S. they are found in the food court so that's weird and out of place because it's quite expensive compared to other budget meals there. Zigla should always be ordered for takeout or take home!

I love what Zigla is doing, delivering healthy and vegan food to mainstream eating. Located at the food court, they serve easy to eat and easy to prepare food that's delicious, affordable and healthy. Wish they could serve more vegan options but I understand they mostly come from a paleo background. Next time I'll try the create-your-meal option because it has more vegan options.

I love their breads especially the tomato roll and its not expensive too!

They've listed calories in their products if you'd like to know that. Their servers are also knowledgable, friendly and approachable.

I'd definitely come back to magnolia just for them!

Great place to eat for those who are conscious about the number of calories they are consuming. Healthy choices that are also tasty. I ordered the meatball pasta dish and it was great but the meatballs themselves were a little too "healthy". 300 calories for the entire meal. Place prides themselves in being able to produce Paleo-esque dishes and meals.
