The hotel I booked is Zuzuni. Zuzuni is a beachfront hotel located in Station 1, near Army Navy. It cost 17,600PHP for the Deluxe room, for five days and had free breakfast. I asked the hotel to arrange our transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, I would like to travel with the least amount of hassle, so I let the hotel take care of all that. Upon booking via Booking.com, I messaged the hotel our flight details, and they confirmed our transfers quickly. The transfers are not inclusive of the cost, so you must pay extra for them. It isn’t much, less than 1000PHP per person for the two way transfers I believe.

Upon checking in, I was greeted with a nice bed that had white sheets (a must) and about eight pillows! Yey! J I loved it already. First thing I do is check out the bathroom, and it was sparkling clean and smelled great! Wonderful.I liked that they give you free and unlimited bottled water upon request. I mean, I’m okay with tap water (Boracay tap water is super clean), but they serve bottled water whenever they run out of pitchers or something. Haha! Our fridge was always refilled with bottled water whenever we ask them to make up our room.

Their restaurant La Cozina serves really delicious food. Our breakfast was always on point. LOL. During the first day they asked my fiancé how he would like his eggs done, and he said country style, and he never had to ask again. Because every day his breakfast arrived with country style eggs. Those small details are the ones that I really really like, because it means that they actually pay attention.

They serve the best Chocolate Lava Cake that I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Perfectly cooked, with equal ice cream to cake ratio. Haha! They had really good churros too. Don’t expect La Lola quality, but definitely up there.

And last but not the least, is their amazing service. Staff are friendly and always greeted you with a smile. They were always ready to assist; whether it be just a random question, our 14th water request for the day, or delivering beach towels.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone, and would gladly stay here again

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and we loved it! We took an early flight and to our surprise we were allowed to check in early at 8 am! The service was very accommodating as well and they addressed all our needs. The bed is comfy and the breakfast is yummy too! Will stay here again next time we visit Boracay 1108811088110881108811088

I decided to celebrate my birthday in Boracay again but this time with Nanay. The chosen hotel - Zuzuni. It's a boutique hotel located at the tail end of Station 1 so all the activities and restaurants are pretty much near. The hotel was newly renovated so I guess it was much better than it was before.

To those who know me on |ooloo: Yes, I also chose this hotel so I can be a step away from their famous lava cake. And yes again, I made sure I get to eat the dessert everyday. #MejoMatakaw128523

We spent 3 nights in one of their premier rooms with balcony facing the beach. It was located on the third floor so mejo effort ang pag-panik. The room is a bit small that the queen size bed is already taking all of the room's space. Bed and pillows are comfortable. We can hear the noise from outside almost every night but it did not prevent us from sleeping well. The bathroom was okay if not for the window. There's no curtain or blind so anyone in the room can see you inside.128584

I mostly enjoyed the balcony. It can probably accommodate 5-6 people and it was an awesome place to relax and watch the beach from the hotel. Food was great including the complimentary breakfast. Service was above okay. 128077

Zuzuni also provides wooden sun lounges that they use as dining tables in the evening. It makes sense in a way but it was uncomfortable to lie on. Also, they don't put table clothes. Mejo unhygienic?128586

Still I'd say we enjoyed our stay and I can see myself returning to Zuzuni again if I happen to visit the Island for the third time.127946

My third time in Bora, and second time to stay here at Zuzuni. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting the beautiful Boracay. Located at Station 1, beach front. Also serves really nice food! 12807711088

I love Zuzuni! Not only the food, but its ambiance. We get to stay in their lounge beds and chairs all day drinking beer and mango shakes!

Still the best Chocolate Lava Cake in the isle (they call it Chocolate Sin- yes, sinful indeedy). Served with vanilla icecream , Pair it with their coffee (they serve Illy), tops the whole dessert experience.

The resort's restaurant is known for their excellent Greek Cuisine. But this sinful piece of dessert is what I keep coming back for.

So if you have that sweet tooth attack-a-calling, this establishment's offering would suRely be the solution. Truly a choco-lovers piece of heaven!

I thought It's just over rated at first when I'm reading the reviews, but it's too good to be true. Greek inspired cuisine that is very popular with tourist and pinoys in Boracay.

- It's just small. 7 tables only if I'm not mistaken. Wooded chairs with comfy pillows. Their service is good and fast too!

- I can't remember how much exactly it is but what I know is that it's a "bit" stiff, but the serving of one meal is good for two. The taste of the food is good. Really worth a try. Especially the moussaka, that's their bestseller!

No wonder they are listed consecutively as one of the best tasting resto in the Philippines. 128077

I really wanted to try Greek Cuisine, so when I saw Zuzuni in the top restaurants in Boracay, I decided that I have to go check it out.

The presentation was really awesome and made the food much more appetizing. Everything tasted really delicious except for the Lamb Gyro that I ordered, which was not bad but not as amazing as my friends' orders.

One thing that I noticed is they use top quality potatoes because their fries, chips, and marble potatoes are really good despite not seeming like anything special was done to it. I especially loved the Greek Salad; the combination of the feta cheese and cucumber in your mouth is really delicious.

But if there's one thing I could really rave about Zuzuni is their Mati Chocolate Sin (P250). It's a chocolate cake served with a huge serving of vanilla ice cream. The combination of the hot fudgy chocolate and cold creamy vanilla ice cream in your mouth is spectacular, although it gets better: after some time, a creamy chocolate cream will come oozing from the center which is insanely delicious when combined with the cake and the vanilla ice cream. Talk about foodgasm!

I admit that my review does not give justice to the awesomeness of Zuzuni, especially the Mati Chocolate Sin, but it's definitely a must-try. A little caveat though, a single serving might be too much for one person, so I recommend it to be shared by two-three people.
